The staff is very hospitable, the service is top-notch, the food is always delicious, everything is clean! Well, if you come to visit Khorezm, then stay at this hotel

The hotel positions itself as a 4-star hotel. There is not even a 1 star. We were corporate clients and upon arrival, the administrator did not give us the keys, was rude, raised his voice. Horror. It was September 30th. In the evening, when I returned, I bought a coke and a mineral water. The guard went to check if I had alcohol there? And THIS hotel positions itself as 4 stars!!!!!! There are many hotels much better than this hotel
