I would like to express my gratitude to the staff of the department in the village of Volkovichi for their conscientious work, attentive attitude and assistance to patients in very serious condition. My sister V.P. Malakhova suffered three strokes, the doctors were powerless. We were offered a Hospice. No matter how scary this word sounds, realizing that I couldn't cope at the age of 70, I made a very difficult decision for myself - to agree. The sister couldn't move, talk, they fed her through a probe, she couldn't swallow either. However, when I came to visit her, without warning anyone, I saw that she was always well-groomed, clean and tidy. Thank you very much to everyone who helped her and me in a difficult moment. I don't understand people who write negative reviews about such institutions. Everyone understands that people are sent there for whom medical care will no longer help, but the attentive attitude of people who are around the clock helps patients prolong their lives at least for a short time. Unfortunately, my sister "passed away" two days ago, but I know that in the last days of her life she saw the care, sympathy and help of caring people. I would like to express my special gratitude to Dr. Natalia Viktorovna, a very attentive, sensitive and professional person. Thanks again to everyone who took care of my loved one! This is how she will remain in our memory
5 the ward for bedridden patients is a death conveyor. Patients do not stay more than two days. What they are injected with, and what kind of ivs they put on, we will never know. Tested on your own relative.
If you want your loved one to pass away quickly, then put him in a hospice at 73a Partizansky Ave., for which doctors are listed there, it is not clear. I brought my mother for a month, she talked and her hands worked, what happened three weeks later, no one told me, and this despite the fact that I visited my mother almost every day. The left arm disappeared, the left arm stopped working and the condition became very bad. It is almost impossible to get through to the head of the department (she supervised the ward). When asked what happened to her mother, she replied that she had come back from vacation and her mother's condition was already like this. Apparently, it is customary in the hospice not to inform the head. by the department, during her absence, about the condition of the patients. Why there was an attack or stroke and none of the medical staff noticed it, everyone in the hospice doesn't care. Under good conditions of patient care, the human factor is completely absent. And I did not pick up my mother from the hospice myself, they took her away in a black bag. I am very sorry that I did not call an ambulance to her hospice on time, I relied on local doctors and put them there in general, you can save money on the work of doctors in the hospice, they are useless there.
