A majestic temple, and a view of the city opens. Calmly) Its history goes back to 1003 — it was then that it was consecrated as a symbol of the growing triumphant struggle for the unification of the Georgian lands. It was listed in UNESCO until someone Saakashvili decided to restore and install a glass elevator (and why not?). As a result, such an ancient temple was excluded from the world Heritage due to the stupidity of one person. There are national men's ensembles, if you ask, they will sing for you.

A picturesque authentic temple with a beautiful view of Kutaisi. An ancient temple with a history is a must-visit if you are in Kutaisi. There is a source of drinking water on site
