The water is wonderful, it's good that the gates are always open and people can pump water for themselves. But it would be possible to put the engine on, because the 21st century is already in the yard, and we still have "everything manually". And it wouldn't hurt to reconsider the idea of calling at 6:45 in the morning when people are still asleep. Isn't this contrary to the law and common sense?
