I have been regularly visiting the Hooligan for the past year. My master Emir does his job just fantastically, is always prudent, looks at a man's haircut with fresh eyes. Everything is as always on top. You know, it's VERY difficult to find a good barber. I recommend everyone to sign up for him. The master knows his job.

I started getting acquainted with the barbershop "Hooligan" 3 years ago, after the first visit I was delighted with the service, the staff of the Barbershop "Hooligan" are very friendly, hospitable, I want to say a huge thank you to Barber Murat, who is a master of his craft, who made an excellent hairstyle at my first visit and also a huge thank you to barber Ksusha, who is also a master of his craft, the hairstyle is great!! Barbershop "Bully". My review is very bad. Barber Muratu has no respect for customers. I am deaf, and he was shamelessly in a hurry during the haircut, which was supposed to last 1 hour and 25 minutes. As a result, the hair was cut unevenly. Murat demands respect for himself, but he does not show respect for other deaf clients. I do not recommend visiting this place. Shame.

I got a haircut 2 times, the guy cut it for the first time, cut it well, quickly, had a nice conversation, in general, it was worthy for an inexpensive barbershop. The second time the girl cut her hair, she cut it longer than the guy, cut it worse, when she laid it, she dumped a ton of styling gel on her head, the hair became just rubbery, slimy, it was absolutely unpleasant to touch, in short, the experience was unpleasant, I didn't cut it anymore. A year ago there were problems with cashless payments, perhaps now there are no such problems. Perhaps if you find your master here, it will be cool, but the impressions are twofold.

Hello everyone Today I came to this institution for the first time and was very pleased! I was cut by a real professional in his field, a master and just a great friendly guy - Murat.
I bet 10/10 for the haircut, listened carefully, accepted all my wishes and did as I wanted. When you come to a new master, sometimes you don't always get what you wanted. But in this case, everything is amazing! Working with a typewriter is jewelry! I liked the atmosphere very much too. I definitely recommend it. Thanks!
