Everything was fine for five years. What happened now? Have you forgotten how to work? It took a week to replace the bumper. Moreover, it turns out that this work does not allow to repair the punctured wheel, which lies in the trunk.
It seems to take at least a day to repair the wheel. No one is able to answer clearly in terms of deadlines. They switch in a downward direction. And without result. I will not recommend this center to anyone

Imagine my surprise that the candles in the car have not changed since 2020, with a mileage of 80 thousand. Although in June 2024, I came to the next scheduled maintenance with a mileage of 140 thousand, where the replacement of candles was in the work schedule. They just forgot, didn't do it, didn't explain the reason, didn't apologize!!! My car broke down on the road today, I could have had an accident. Disgusting attitude towards customers, irresponsibility.
