A very welcoming salon! Special thanks to Manager Bobur. I helped with the choice of a car, provided a good discount and even had a gift. We spent the whole day at the car dealership, a friendly atmosphere was observed between the employees, the work is being carried out smoothly. There are no misunderstandings between the sales department and the service department, all additional options for the purchased car were promptly and efficiently installed. A service where you can go through scheduled maintenance or add extras when buying a car. I addressed the problem, and I left with it. The attitude towards customers who have applied for a warranty is good, unlike GM services, where they are looking for an excuse to refuse a warranty. Here, having not found the cause of the problem, they recommended contacting another service, while without consequences for the guarantee (they are not looking for a reason, they are looking for how to help the client and this is also a plus). There is no fraternity and all sorts of horned-moose thieves are not pushed in line, everything is fair, everything is fair, and this is also a plus. The prices are of course fire!!! But this is the case with all officials.

Kia car dealership.... The car dealership itself is good, cars of different models are presented , but the guys who work there have let you down very much . We bought a car , we were told to arrive by 10 a.m. We were driving from another city, the car is not ready (they refer to each other, to a car dealership in another city, they say they did not tell them in advance) in general, the booth is ordinary. It is not clear why there are at least 40 employees there . None of them could really explain anything about where and when exactly our car would be driven out (they stayed there all day), they violated all our plans. Despite the fact that every 2 minutes we asked where our car was and when it would be in the salon. They said that they were in a warehouse, but the warehouse was a minute away and they just stupidly dragged their time for some reason.
By the evening , they gave out a car and said sign a document where they absolve themselves of responsibility if the car behaves on the road in some way wrong or breaks down . Because the car needed to be programmed and it takes a few more hours, you will pick it up tomorrow, they already say)))
Weirdos and that's all....

Отличный салон. Очень вежливые работники. И чай и кофе предложат. Тест драйв авто предлагают. Внутри салона машины для осмотра тоже есть, сиди смотри трогай. Из за хорошего продавца ушёл на руках с договором. Завтра иду оплачивать авто. Чаще всего все авто в наличии, но если их нет то они записывать ваш номер и звонят по появлению авто в наличии.

Девочки на стойке у входа очень высокомерные и недружелюбные. Ребята менеджеры молодцы, помогают, всё объясняют. Сам автосалон удобный, машины есть в наличии, можно и сделать предзаказ. Двойка, так как первые впечатления были испорчены. Очень надеюсь, что руководство объяснит этим девочкам, что они выполняют роль хостеса, а не владельца автосалона.

Как я понял, это основной салон КИА в Узбекистане.
К сожалению уровень процессов весьма невелик.
Например мне не смогли сказать, что установленно на машине (какая комплектация) по вину автомобиля.
Такая же беда с комплектациями будущих машин. Что придет - рулетка. Такая же фигня по срокам. Когда и что приезжает весьма туманно.
Не совсем понял почему в шоуруме стоит б.у. машина. В общем удовольствия от посещения не получаешь, а уходишь с ещё большим количеством вопросов чем пришел.

Отличный автосалон, мы купили у них Селтос. Хороший сервис. Отдельное спасибо мастерам, они так быстро сделали диагностику и легко вынули копейку которая попала в ручной тормоз.

Хороший автосалон, приличные сотрудники, отличный профессиональный сервис, но цены на авто просто космос, это мое мнение, так как Киа никак не премиальная марка, зато цены как на авто премиум класса, буджетная марка авто должна быть бюджетной!
