Here, having not found the cause of the problem, they recommended contacting another service, while without consequences for the guarantee (they are not looking for a reason, they are looking for how to help the client and this is also a plus). There is no fraternity and all sorts of horned-moose thieves are not pushed in line, everything is fair, everything is fair, and this is also a plus. The prices are of course fire!!! But this is the case with all officials.

Kia car dealership.... The car dealership itself is good, cars of different models are presented , but the guys who work there have let you down very much . We bought a car , we were told to arrive by 10 a.m. We were driving from another city, the car is not ready (they refer to each other, to a car dealership in another city, they say they did not tell them in advance) in general, the booth is ordinary. It is not clear why there are at least 40 employees there . None of them could really explain anything about where and when exactly our car would be driven out (they stayed there all day), they violated all our plans. Despite the fact that every 2 minutes we asked where our car was and when it would be in the salon. They said that they were in a warehouse, but the warehouse was a minute away and they just stupidly dragged their time for some reason.
By the evening , they gave out a car and said sign a document where they absolve themselves of responsibility if the car behaves on the road in some way wrong or breaks down . Because the car needed to be programmed and it takes a few more hours, you will pick it up tomorrow, they already say)))
Weirdos and that's all....

The girls at the front desk are very arrogant and unfriendly. The guys managers are great, they help, they explain everything. The car dealership itself is convenient, cars are available, and you can pre-order. Two, because the first impressions were spoiled. I really hope that the management will explain to these girls that they are acting as a hostess, not the owner of a car dealership.

The same problem with the configuration of future cars. What's coming is roulette. The same thing about deadlines. When and what arrives is very vague.
I didn't quite understand why there is a used car in the showroom. In general, you do not get pleasure from visiting, but you leave with even more questions than you came.
I was on warranty maintenance. The staff is friendly, the service is by appointment, so as not to wait in line. I arrived on time- I was accepted on time.
A great car dealership, we bought Seltos from them. Good service. Special thanks to the craftsmen, they made the diagnosis so quickly and easily took out the penny that got into the handbrake.
A good car dealership, decent staff, excellent professional service, but the prices for cars are just space, this is my opinion, since Kia is not a premium brand in any way, but the prices for premium cars, a budget car brand should be budget!
