A good salon-a large selection of evening and wedding suits for women and men (a new direction of the salon and atelier Kiko Richen). The average price segment (even by the standards of Belarus), high-quality tailoring, imported fabrics, coupled with an individual approach to each client and the friendly attitude of the young business owner Egor, will not leave any salon client indifferent!.. It should be borne in mind that during the seasons (graduations, schools, etc.)-there are time constraints-seamstresses do not have time-you need to put in time!.. High-quality wedding dresses-which, in fact, was the beginning of the business!.. And if the First persons appear in public in Kiko Richen ties, this, of course, says a lot!..
Definitely-I recommend it! The atmosphere, beautiful interior, pleasant service in the very center of historical Minsk is the force of gravity of the frontal place.
Parking from K.Marx Street-it's more convenient to drive in this way (this is a remark for guests ...)

I came here to choose a prom dress and I think I'll come back for a wedding one day! All the staff and the owner were always friendly and polite, offered drinks while waiting, answered all questions. The most important thing was that they sewed a dress that had not yet been put into production at that time, there was only a copy for the exhibition!! The seamstresses are definitely one of the best in Minsk, they have fulfilled all my wishes. The prices, considering that the dress was sewn for me, are quite low. Egor also personally helped with the order of a rose around the neck, made sure that everything was delivered on time. If you want to get exactly what you want and not waste time and money in vain - definitely pay attention to this salon!

I ordered two wedding dresses here in April (for a banquet and for a wedding) by 07/13/2024
The dresses were great, I felt like a queen!
The groom couldn't hold back his tears when he saw me, he said that I looked gorgeous)
I was worried that it would be hot with the lining (we had +38🌞)
But the dress was a part of me, I wasn't hot at all, I felt so easy in it!
We were also worried that we would not be able to dance the first dance with a magnificent dress, because the groom and I did not have time to rehearse in the images at all
But we spun and spun around the hall, we couldn't dance)) the dress didn't hurt, on the contrary, it flew so beautifully💔
On the second day at the wedding, I was told in the church that the bride should look like this: modest, but very stylish!
I also want to note that I ordered a veil here! She was also very well behaved.: it did not crumple at all, it did not tear, although it was stepped on, the pearls remained in place and nothing fell off)
In general, thanks to the work of the Kiko Richen team, I was a movie bride🤍

We were choosing a dress for a girlfriend's wedding. We were very pleased that we got into this particular salon. Customer orientation is at the highest level. Not only did they listen to all the wishes for the dress and realized the bride's long-held dream, they were also pleasantly surprised by the price of the dress. We were delighted. 5 stars for an incredibly beautiful dress, cost, quality, beauty of the salon and the competence of Egor Kirichenko and some employees. But I hope they will pay attention to this:
• At the first fitting, an inexperienced girl helped me dress up and I miraculously did not leave my foundation on my future dress. Okay, OK, it happens)
• At the second fitting, the staff discussed among themselves in a negative way that someone had sewn parts of the dress incorrectly. Damn, well, not in front of me ((I'm already worried that something will go wrong, why escalate?
• On the same day, at the exit, the admin clarified whether the payment was by card or in cash. 90% was paid, I had one more fitting left, and at the first meeting in the salon it was clearly stipulated that the last payment would be made at the last fitting on the day the dress was issued. I explained all this to the administrator, to which I received a haughty expression and something like "actually, we don't do that, I'll talk to the director." I would have paid extra without any problems if it wasn't for the attitude.
• Fittings only from 9 to 18 on weekdays. Or from 8 to 17? I still don't understand) But brides apparently don't have standard 5-day shifts, like seamstresses work from 8, but you can't come by 8 – the salon is closed. I detained the workers somewhere, arriving at 6:30 p.m. (I am grateful for the wait), and broke out from work for lunch somewhere. In short, it's not very convenient.
In general, I am satisfied with the salon and, if I went back to the choice, I would not change anything. I'm sure he has a great future, that's why I wrote the most honest review so that the shortcomings would be taken into account and worked on the service)

I went to choose a prom dress, I liked the models from Instagram.
Top-level service, a very comfortable atmosphere and friendly consultants. In 20 minutes, the choice was made and the dream dress was found. I heartily recommend it, a separate like for efficiency.

It's time to write a review about the salon, thanks to which only disgusting moments remain in memory. The first impression is good. They offered various versions of the bride's images. We settled on one option. After signing the contract, the attitude changed. The delivery of the dress was delayed (the date was postponed several times). The quality leaves much to be desired. The day before the wedding, they were hemmed and did not have time. The dress wasn't really ready yet. They justified themselves by saying that they had not seen or heard my requests (although initially the consultant himself suggested the chosen option). The correspondence that was conducted in the telegram seemed to have never been read. What killed me the most was the moment when the consultant started arguing with me, as if I didn't know what the request was originally. The seamstress changed 3 or 4 times and each time I was told that the seamstress did not know what you wanted. As a result: the elements of the dress fell off from the dress itself, the cups were visible through the fabric and were not sewn with high quality. There are puffs on the negligee. Only the pins that held the elements and cups saved me. Very negative aftertaste. They don't appreciate customers. They don't value their reputation. I don't recommend it.

У меня нет слов. Эти ужасные швы они называют нововведением - московский шов. Как так криво можно шить?????????
Просто ужас. Я очень хотела написать хороший отзыв , полагаясь на первое впечатление. Но я не могу ничего выразить кроме ненависти , возмущения и недовольства. Ну вот скажите как это вообще? Прихожу в салон , выбрала платье , выбрала материал который мне понравился , сказала чтоб начинали шить… прихожу на вторую примерку -оказывается платье не из того материала в который я влюбилась. Я одна стою доказываю что это не тот материал , но мне в ответ «это тот же материал» Спустя время нашли материал который нужно - после долгих разговоров и приходов в салон они согласились в итоге что это был не тот материал ;но не тут то было : мало того что они шьют криво , каждая нитка торчит из платья , пятен на платье не сосчитать… и это я обнаружила когда пришла домой и померяла все при нормальном освещении; ибо в салоне мне дали 10 минут на примерку под темным светом под которым ничего не видно , никаких косяков. Один день до свадьбы. Я прихожу чтобы вернуть деньги за этот ужас . А мне говорят что я сама поставила это пятно! Офигенно!молодцы! Ничего лучше не могли придумать??? Никогда в жизни не вернусь туда .

В целом салон понравился, если нужна минималистичная модель платья (все подбирается под человека (верх, низ, ткань, разрез, вырез….)
Но произошла не совсем приятно-понятная ситуация. Изначально цену на аксессуар сказали около 45, потом возможно 40, идя к кассе (в голове 40) спросили за 40 ? По итогу без ответа конкретного пробили за 45, мелочь, но не совсем приятно, что изначально нет конкретной цены. (С учетом, что в интернете их можно намного дешевле купить). Поэтому за аксессуарами (мое мнение) точно в другие магазины/салоны.

Заказывала свадебное платье в этом салоне. Хочу поблагодарить Kiko Richen за невероятный подход к клиенту, за приятную атмосферу, за их команду профессионалов, ну и за платье по очень адекватной цене , конечно!) Отдельное спасибо девушке, которая помогала с выбором (вроде бы зовут Мария или Марья) и очень харизматичному владельцу Егору, который вошел в мое положение и платье смогли пошить очень быстро, так как до свадьбы оставалось совсем мало времени.
У меня есть с чем сравнивать, так как еще ходила в очень известный Минский салон, но через 20 минут оттуда ушла, так как небо и земля по клиентоориентированности и атмосфере.
В общем, остались только самые хорошие впечатления от Kiko Richen. Чувствовала себя на свадьбе на все 1000%.
