If you’re looking for the worst dining experience of your life, look no further than this abysmal establishment. The beer here is ancient and clearly past its expiration date – it tasted like it had been festering in a musty cellar for years. The food? I wouldn’t be surprised if it was actually poisoned. Each bite was an ordeal, with flavors so repulsive they made me question my life choices.
The service was just as horrendous. The staff were not just rude; they acted like we were inconveniencing them by being there. And to top it all off, the place was filthy. Every surface was sticky, the floors looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in weeks, and I wouldn’t dare use the restroom.
Avoid this restaurant at all costs. You’ll thank me later.
The bar-restaurant is located in the city center.
Pleasant music is playing in the bar, it smells very nice.
Everything is clean, lots of tables.
The waiters are pleasant, fast, polite, and speak Russian.
The food is very tasty and fresh.
They cook fast enough.
Delicious light kilikia beer.
The world does not accept.
The freshest beer from the factory. Atmospheric interior, friendly staff. Be sure to get unfiltered Kilikia, it's only here.
A completely unexpected gastronomic discovery for us was (!) carrots marinated with lemon juice. It's very unusual and delicious, especially with beer. They also learned about the existence of the Ararat Cherry, which, by the way, made very good friends with ice cream and coffee.
It's just a pity that they didn't let us into the Kilikia plant itself (it's not here). But they presented a memorable gift in a friendly, Armenian way.
The place is beautiful, and it's free on weekdays. I really liked the service, attentive and efficient guys. The kebab is salty, the salad with lentils is too, but the fried khinkali is just a bomb, juicy and not too salty. Unfiltered beer is unusual, but it's not bad either. For some reason, the hood smells of tobacco, but they don't smoke, apparently the ventilation comes from somewhere.
A pleasant beer bar, an interesting interior, we were on a weekday, there were very few people. The waiters served the lovely girls together. I can't evaluate the beer and food myself, not my diet, but my husband liked it, was especially impressed with the fried smoked cheese in the beer set, and I noted that there are 2 vegetable slices in a large set so that a person with any taste preferences has something to eat.
The restaurant is neat, beautiful, and conveniently located.
The waiter recommended a salad in which tarragon grass was simply picked, a couple of grapes and sprinkled with a couple grams of nuts. In the recommended pasta arishte with beef, the meat is terribly salty. The price tag is above average. The waiter forgot to fill the drink, about the request to put the device on charge, there are no outlets available on the terrace. It was not suitable for calculation for a very long time, although there were practically no people on the floor at all. 20 AMD kopecks were not counted for change, but we have never come across the fact that the calculation was not in favor of the guest.
A good beer bar, the service is better than in many restaurants. The prices are reasonable, before we made an order, they brought us 5 glasses for tasting.
We came here for dinner to look at this ancient mansion. And they didn't regret it. The exquisite interior of the second floor has been carefully preserved and complemented with modern paintings. Great fusion. Everything we ate was also at a high level. Thanks everyone.
We took a walk after lunch, went in for coffee, we were greeted very kindly, it was insanely cozy inside! The music is good, calm, the coffee turned out to be delicious too. Pleasant impressions remained, maybe we'll go for lunch sometime :)
We went to Cilicia for lunch, walking around the city.
It's beautiful, I really liked the interior.
but! I have never eaten such a hodgepodge anywhere else. Its name was literally taken as an indication to action. The amount of salt made it impossible to taste the soup in principle. They also carried her for an infinitely long time. The croutons for the beer were overcooked.
And only the beer itself is good, but it no longer depends on the cook.
A large beer restaurant in the city center near Republic Square and Northern Avenue. It is located on two floors of a brick basement.
You will find Kilikia beer in many establishments and shops, it is quite decent and familiar to the residents of Yerevan. Food — maybe we were unlucky, but I didn't like the snacks I took: smoked cheese, spicy crackers, some sausages.
The branded beer bar of the Kilikia Yerevan brewery, the entire range of the plant is available - 4 beers. A typical bar in the basement, a lot of visitors, noisy, TVs show sports, the staff is Russian-speaking, the service is fast enough, the prices are not low.
Very tasty food, all the dishes were just wonderful, especially halumi cheese and the national dish with meat and noodles (unfortunately, I forgot the name, there is in the photo)
Of the disadvantages, I can mention the long service
Good-natured polite staff, not noisy, tasty, cool, but comfortable. A very tasty cheese kebab! I advise you!
I've been there several times, the impression hasn't changed!
One of my favorite pubs, I often go there and always recommend it to friends. It is very atmospheric and cozy. Delicious food and beer snacks. Local beer Kilikia.
The prices are adequate.
The best place in Armenia is where I drank beer the character is just a bomb the service at a high level was personally served to us by a young guy named Manuk Manukyan thank you for the delicious beer with a snack and for the service
Great place! Nice staff. The room is spacious. Basement water, brickwork! A large selection of everything from meat to cakes. And of course the signature beer! I was conquered!
I really liked the restaurant area. The food is very tasty, the service is excellent. Thanks to the restaurant for the hospitality.
The only thing is, it seems to me that it is necessary to renovate and make the restaurant a little more modern, leaving the old motifs. There are no more comments.
Special thanks for the wonderful jazz music.
Bitter cucumbers in a salad, over-salted roast, khachapuri with liquid protein. The waiter took away my unfinished beer without asking 😬😬😬
There is excellent audibility in the hall of what is happening in the toilet🤡
A very cozy place if you want to sit with friends without too much pathos. The locally produced beer tastes great, and the food is also good. I recommend
A cool three-level restaurant in the center of Yerevan. Beer is served in samovars on the veranda and in the basement. Delicious food, a wonderful sounding jazz band. it is perfect for large companies.
Very cool place, delicious and cozy. Accidentally forgot the phone, were already on the street, the employee caught up and gave the phone, thank you very much
It was very atmospheric on the ground floor, delicious beer, but that evening the dishes were not of the best quality: khinkali did not look appetizing, croutons were overcooked, very salty kebab.
In general, a place for gatherings with friends, where you can drink a glass or two, is good. The kitchen is not very good.
It's a good place. Delicious local beer, which has been brewed since 1952.
You can also eat, a large selection of dishes. They cook well too.
The prices for beer and food are pleasant.
Unlike the restaurant in the same building, the service is longer, and I didn't like any beer in general... Generally... It is very peculiar, the interior is 4, beer is 2, snacks are 3.5, as a result, it is closer to 3 than to 4. The center is a plus)
A good bar, fast service (at least during the day), the only thing that upset me was the price for chicken wings - 4,500 drams, but the portion was very good.
To have a drink with the company or go on an unobtrusive date - definitely yes.
I'll come back sometime during rush hour to check the efficiency of the staff
The staff was polite, the food was brought quickly, but the unfiltered beer turned out to taste very sour, and the Fish and chips were just fish in batter, also red, without potatoes.
The light lager is ordinary, the shish kebab is also, the portion is not very large.
In general, I did not understand where such laudatory reviews and high rating came from.
A large beer hall. I can't call it a restaurant - the service and the quality of the food are not restaurant. Inattentive and slow waitress almost ruined the evening. Delicious and fresh Kilikia beer
It is located right in front of the Alexander hotel. The place is beautiful and well renovated. The food is delicious, the portions are medium-sized, the bread and khachapuri are very tasty. Beer is only Cilicia, which both my friends and I did not like, but there are other alcoholic beverages too. The service is good.
Very mediocre. 3 only because great live music and beer are better than other places.
Poor service. The empty glass stood on the table for 30 minutes, the beer was brought after ordering 10 minutes later. Pickled trout is just low-quality salted trout. Potatoes with whitefish are either translation problems or an error, but in fact potatoes with lard are also of poor quality.
The discrepancy between the price and reviews of the institution was especially surprising, to be honest, I have been to many places in Yerevan, I have not seen worse.
So-so place, service, not at the level, only local draft beer KILIKIA (light and dark) is available from the selection.
There is no other choice, it is acceptable.
If you just come to drink a little beer, then without 10% for the service, if you eat a little (there are a lot of things on the menu, in fact, and the waiter stupidly does not hear you when asked "what is that"), then this is the place for you, and the bonus will be clarification and + 10%.
we are not leading, but this kind of service is a little different.
A popular bar, it is not always possible to sit down during active hours. There are different types of Cilicia, you can buy a beer tower at once, a lot of snacks, the prices are affordable. Sometimes there are not enough waiters at full boarding.
The food is delicious, but there is very little meat in the hinkals, a lot of dough, the rest is good, dolma too
The only strange thing was that the hall was completely empty... we were sitting absolutely alone…
The service is good, the prices are above average
Very poor service, they couldn't catch the waiter for a long time. When we wanted to order more food, we couldn't wait for the menu to be brought to us. We decided that we would not rest here, made a remark in fact and asked for the bill, the waiter was offended, after which they brought us a bill 2 times larger than ours. After another remark, it turned out that this was allegedly not our account, although we all understand everything))
I went to this place for the freshest Cilicia, I didn't get what I wanted, and they also ruined my mood. I do not recommend it, it is an analogue of the "Mug" widely known in narrow circles with all the consequences.
Kilikia blanch was frankly sour. There are no complaints about classic. If you find yourself in good company in Yerevan, this bar is an excellent choice. Armenian cheese seems to be specially designed for beer. Especially smoked.
My colleagues advertised this institution to me as almost the best in Yerevan. I've been there a few times to try out different dishes. In the end, I liked everything, but without the wow effect of anything. A solid four, as far as I'm concerned.
Payment is in cash only (there is an ATM nearby). The owner is Iranian, communication is only in English.
There are two spacious halls with bags to lie in. You can smoke cigarettes. The host can choose the drinks to suit your taste
Nice cozy place in the basement, near Republic Square, excellent assortment, beer is fresh, snacks are delicious, the interior is beautiful, especially vintage wine bottles.
