Nice staff, clean and cozy room, great view from the balcony. All-inclusive breakfast. They helped me with the translation from Georgian to Russian. The location is super. The atmosphere too.

The hotel is in the center of old Tbilisi, come out and immediately enjoy this atmospheric place. Breakfast is included in the room rate, you can have breakfast on the balcony and enjoy the views of Tbilisi. We met very warmly, everything is at the highest level. Nice hotel. The administrators are friendly, attentive, very responsive, always prompt, and around the clock. Thanks to all the staff for their hospitality!
The breakfasts are delicious, the cook is a very nice girl, I especially remember the pancakes, I really missed them!)
The rooms are clean, they may seem too small for someone, but if the room is needed as a place to relax and spend the night after walking, then this is not critical)
The location is excellent, everything is close: metro, spar, a restaurant with pleasant prices, beautiful places for walking.
If we visit Tbilisi again, we will definitely return to the hotel!

A wonderful hotel, small, cozy, located right in the center of the city, the hostess is very pretty and friendly, the breakfast was excellent, you choose the dishes to your taste and they cook with you, you can have a cup of coffee or tea during the day, everything is for guests, all the amenities in the room. We came to Tbilisi for the second time and settled in Kindli for the second time. A charming place with charming people who look after the hotel and the guests. Many thanks to Diana for solving my personal issue, for kind conversations and support. Many thanks to Keto, Levan and Inna for the kind and attentive reception! Many thanks to Natia for the delicious breakfasts and for the individual help and attention she provided us!
I like everything about this place. We fell in love with the veranda in the kitchen.
How wonderful it is to have breakfast on it and look down at the street along which people walk, and on which cozy restaurants and houses are located. From this veranda, which we love, there is a view of the Church of the Holy Trinity and the city.
The room is clean and tidy. There is everything people need! I really liked the stone floor in the shower. It feels like standing on the seashore and feeling the smooth stones under your feet.
Everything in the hotel is tasteful. The eyes look at the walls, at the doors, at the wooden windows of such a noble color and much more. The eyes enjoy the interior decoration of every detail!
I recommend this hotel to every person who wants to feel welcome. I'm lying, though. I felt at home. The atmosphere here is simple, homely, without any embarrassment. You can do anything in the large kitchen with a veranda. Make yourself a cup of tea, or pour wine into a glass and sit on this very veranda and enjoy! I would have written more, but my hands are tired of writing :)
Once again, we thank Diana, Keto, Levan and Inna, and Natia for participating in our trip to Tbilisi. Without you, there would not be the comfort and warmth that we felt every day!

An incredibly cozy and homely hotel. When staying, one gets the feeling that he did not come to the hotel, but to Georgia to visit relatives. Gorgeous view from the veranda, polite and friendly staff, comfortable rooms make your stay comfortable. I definitely recommend it.

We stayed at this hotel in early September for 2 days. We found a hotel based on reviews in Yandex. The room cost 170 GEL per day, breakfast is included from 9 am to 11 am. They were prepared by the women who came there. The breakfasts are good, include eggs, vegetables, croutons, pancakes, tea and coffee are always available for free. The location is very good, all the sights of the old town are within walking distance, near the peace bridge and many restaurants and bars with live music. Plus, this hotel has a balcony with a view of the city, you can drink wine there in the evening. The room is small, but it is quite enough for two. There is a hairdryer, TV, toothbrushes, shampoo, towels, slippers. For a fee, you can wash your clothes, buy water / beer / wine right at the hotel. The hostess is a very friendly woman, she always asked if everything was fine with us. There are guests from different countries. There is no parking like this, but if you are lucky, you can find a parking space in the courtyard of the hotel. We recommend this hotel!

A charming little hotel.
Incredibly atmospheric and soulful! Attentive and friendly staff.
The breakfast is delicious, the linen is boiling white and of high quality. The interior is stylish. The rooms are not big, but they are made wisely. Everything is there.

A great boutique hotel. We stayed there for 10 days in July 2022. It so happened that we extended our stay in Tbilisi twice and both times decided not to change the hotel.
Kindley has a very friendly staff who speaks both English and Russian. The rooms are small but quite cozy. There is a shared kitchen, where breakfast is served in the morning. It is worth saying that the menu is monotonous and not the most delicious, but I am quite unpretentious in this matter.
It is worth noting one of the main advantages - the location. The hotel is located almost in the very center of the city, the veranda overlooks the Rezo Gabreadze Theater. You can walk to most of the attractions very quickly.
Among the disadvantages: there are not enough sockets in the rooms, there is no elevator (for some it may be critical)
Overall, the hotel is very decent, well suited for the bed&breakfast format

The very center of Old Tbilisi, clean and cozy. A gorgeous shared balcony overlooking Sameba and the presidential Palace, where it is very pleasant to have breakfast.
One of the disadvantages is the lack of an elevator, it is not easy to carry a suitcase to the second floor, small rooms.
