One of the best residential complexes in Tbilisi.
It's the best for my taste.
Parking, convenient location, availability of a swimming pool and a sports club, as well as the best night club - in one building.

There are nuances. Most often, there is only one elevator. That is, the reality is to wait 10-15 minutes for the elevator to descend. We lived on 22 and it was annoying. There is also a club in this building. And at night on Friday and Saturday, the music is so loud that it is impossible to sleep and it lasts until 7 am. Otherwise, everything is fine.
