The worst service. Waiting for a pie for 20 minutes is too much, you could have warned the cashier in advance that they are currently missing. They asked me not to put tomatoes in one of the caesar rolls, but they did anyway, and it's not the first time I've come across something like this on this drive. In addition, they didn't put a hamburger. Due to the very long wait, a large queue gathered, so when the order was received, I did not want to go back and change it to a normal one. If there were 0 points, I would have given 0, but, alas, 1 point. I strongly do not recommend it.

The waiting time is disgusting, if you stand 3-4 in line, then you can spend 30-40 minutes in the car. Deaf and brash maintenance staff. For the 2nd time, the ordered dishes are no longer reported, if you took a lot, then the shortage can only be found at home. I do not recommend this drive, it is better to spend time and go to some other one, at least do not spoil your mood.

The place itself is not bad. The only negative is that the hall is dirty . They were gray at 23.00. the tables were not wiped. It is not very pleasant to eat in the hall . But if you arrived by car and want to eat inside the restaurant, then there is practically no parking for the car (there is a small one near the building for several cars, but it is constantly occupied by office workers' transport).

The first visit was at night, first we were given someone else's order, and then we waited another 20 (!!) minutes for our own. I thought it was a night, few employees, you can understand. The second time we arrived at 5.20 pm, we were looking for a window with a living person on foot (is it really so difficult to hang a piece of paper about non-working windows?), and when we found it, we ran into "oh, you're waiting for 15 minutes!". All in one window, they ask you to park on the sidelines, as you will have to wait a long time. As a result, the waiting time after payment in the afternoon was 12 minutes....

They don't want to work at all. But, due to the fact that we live nearby, sometimes we stopped by / came in. Every time there are some misunderstandings - then there is no tea, then dessert, then they do not work at all, although they should according to the schedule!.. I had to stand for 10 minutes.under a closed window and knocking when workers are walking around inside and pretending not to notice us... In general, it's a horror, not a service.

It's a terrible place, we decided to give another chance to stop by for a meal while driving by. Now definitely not for anything! Completely ignored. We waited for several minutes, there was no reaction to the sound of the car or the signal. They went out and knocked on the window (they don't have a call for an employee) also without result. Question: what do the employees do at night in this institution? Just for the sake of looking from corner to corner?!
