A very decent hotel.
Nice spacious rooms.
The water is normal. The morning breakfast is repeated, but you can find dishes to your liking.
The staff is super friendly.
There is a swimming pool with sauna and hammam. Reservation for individual use.
Transport accessibility is excellent, there are many buses, taxis can drive right up to the entrance, but it's better to sit by the road or by crossing, you will save on U-turns.
There are large local shopping malls nearby, and you can go shopping. There is no need to talk about food, there is a lot of everything.
I recommend it for private and business trips. I highly recommend it.

Great hotel. Does not meet the stated 3 stars - full 4 stars . Cleanliness in the room, all the necessary hygiene items in the shower, a comfortable large bed, nothing to complain about, even if you really want to. But the most important thing is the responsive, good-natured staff at the reception and restaurant. They are big smart guys - the soul of the hotel. The breakfasts are very tasty. I recommend.

Excellent value for money. The rooms are spacious enough, the beds are comfortable, the mattresses are hard (I know that many people don't like it, but for me with my problematic back it's the best thing). Bathroom with shower. The room has everything you need. The breakfasts are varied, delicious, coffee from a coffee machine, very decent quality. The staff is helpful, everyone speaks Russian at the reception.
There are many shops around the hotel, a supermarket, an alcohol market, a market nearby, cafes. There is a metro and a public transport stop nearby.

The hotel is located almost in the center of Tashkent, very cozy, clean. The staff is attentive, ready to provide any assistance, answer all questions. The breakfasts are delicious, varied, lots of pastries, desserts, fruits. The rooms are cleaned regularly, and all the accessories are available. Breakfast for 2 was very disappointing, one day there wasn't even coffee, which I consider a very big disadvantage for hotels, the location is not bad. We wanted to go to the hammam, we were warned at the reception, but it was cold, and there were a lot of children in the pool (there was a large population of children) they were making noise and shouting, the administration did not approach them and did not calm them down, although we asked for it. We stayed in the 306th suite from September 29 to October 2.
Pros: clean, neat, neat. Nice responsive staff at the reception. Check-in is round-the-clock (due to the delay of the plane, they settled well after midnight, closer to the morning). The ability to change the availability of rubles for local soums (for comparison: the official exchange rate was 125. At the airport 100. In King Plaza 110). In the blackout room, the curtains really did not let the bright Tashkent sun through. Good air conditioning system. The interior of the room is classic, pleasant. You will not stay hungry for breakfast: there are hearty meat dishes, sweets, vegetables, cuts and more familiar breakfast options (omelette, eggs, sausages, cereals).
Cons: when checking in, there was no toothpaste, bathrobes, iron in the room. They asked at the reception - they brought everything except toothpaste: "The toothpaste is over." Well, God be with her, we bought the toothpaste ourselves. There is a work desk in the room, but there is no chair for it (well, never mind, we worked sitting on the couch). At breakfast, some of the food is clearly treasured, not very fresh: sandwiches, pastries dried up, as if they had been standing for several days. One day they came 15 minutes after the start of breakfast: the food was already cold. Tables after visitors are not promptly wiped, you have to sit down at dirty tables in crumbs. In the room, only one of the three lamps on the ceiling was lit in the bathroom, the shower room was without light at all. Three times they asked the reception to change / fix the lamps, but they never did. Apparently, as with toothpaste - in the room for 1,000,000 soums you need to buy and screw in yourself =)
Total: the hotel is not bad. But very overrated. The declared money is not worth it. We won't stop there anymore.

But there are small "buts". The hotel is located far from the places to visit and a 20-minute walk from the nearest metro station. But this is offset by a cheaper taxi and the availability of Yandex Go, where you can pay in cash. You will not be able to link an international card and Union Pay.

I was at the hotel in October 2023. The hotel is not bad, the staff is very polite. Cosmetic cleaning of the room and change of coffee/water in the room every day. The plumbing is new and nice. There is a rain shower. Everyone spoils mattresses. It feels like you're lying on a solid piece of granite instead of a mattress. I understand that this is useful for posture, but this is some kind of exorbitant level of rigidity. Every morning I woke up with the feeling that a dump truck was driving over me. Moreover, they swear at mattresses in reviews both half a year and a year ago. Each time in the answers, the representative of the hotel claims that the mattresses were changed, but apparently this is not true. In general, I recommend the hotel. Especially if you come with your mattress :)

We stayed in May 2023. Of the advantages, the hotel is new, clean enough. The location is not very convenient, it is far from the metro. The taxi arrives quickly, but 90% comfort without air conditioning, with the windows open. Meanwhile, there are 32 traffic jams on the street(
The staff generally works without straining. Check-in was at night, they gave me a room where other guests were already sleeping.
Restaurant. I do not know where the rave reviews come from. Honestly. I'm not quibbling, but breakfast is on a weak 3.
There is only one coffee machine, there is a queue for it. There was a shortage of dishes - I had to wait for a cup and ask to bring it.
Pastries and desserts are purchased. Why not make ordinary croissants and buns is a mystery. Eggs are only in a ready-made omelet with sausages and tomatoes, there are no boiled ones. A clean omelet, too. If something is over, it will be brought in 30/40 minutes. Food is generally scarce. There is no choice.
From the colorful oriental: mini samsa, halva and nuts.
2 waiters are not interested in working. No speed, no accuracy. Polite, that's all.
I admit that other hotels are even worse. Management should pay attention to the organization of staff work. The improvements need to be minimal and not expensive, but the impression of the hotel will be many times better.

We arrived in Tashkent in the morning. We arrived at the hotel before 12 o'clock. The very friendly receptionist quickly checked us in and escorted us to the room. The hotel impressed from the doorstep. Marble, columns, cleanliness, cozy sofas and armchairs in the recreation area. I liked the room too. Clean, cozy, with everything you need to relax. There was always water, tea, coffee, hygiene products, towels were changed every day. We were pleased with the breakfasts. Hearty and varied. There are always sausages of different types, cheeses, vegetables, sauces, cereals, porridges, samsa, stuffed pancakes and just with additional additives, nuts, fruits, stewed vegetables, boiled eggs and omelets, and simply fried, tea, coffee, juices. We came early, there was never any pandemonium. Everyone had enough of everything. The hotel had a swimming pool and sauna, but we did not have time to use them, as we walked around the city a lot, looking at the sights. The taxi arrived quickly, not expensive. Near the hotel there is a metro station, a large grocery market, public transport stops. And there is also a banquet hall at the hotel and a wedding was held there. Our room was on the ground floor, but we didn't hear any music or noise. I would especially like to thank the administrators guys. They are always friendly, neat, polite, responsive.

Well, the most important thing is what caused my negativity. A week before my arrival, I booked a hotel through a form on their website. I even booked 2 rooms: for myself and a colleague. And when I arrived at the hotel, it turned out that it was fully occupied and there were no seats for us! It looks like there was an overbooking at the hotel and they decided that it would be better to refuse guests with a direct booking. Because for guests from aggregators like booking, you would have to pay considerable fines.
And instead of walking around Tashkent, I had to choose where to spend the night.
