Excellent value for money. The rooms are spacious enough, the beds are comfortable, the mattresses are hard (I know that many people don't like it, but for me with my problematic back it's the best thing). Bathroom with shower. The room has everything you need. The breakfasts are varied, delicious, coffee from a coffee machine, very decent quality. The staff is helpful, everyone speaks Russian at the reception.
There are many shops around the hotel, a supermarket, an alcohol market, a market nearby, cafes. There is a metro and a public transport stop nearby.

The hotel is located almost in the center of Tashkent, very cozy, clean. The staff is attentive, ready to provide any assistance, answer all questions. The rooms are free, the set of accessories is decent. The room has a kettle and a set of tea and coffee bags. Buffet breakfasts, with a very diverse assortment. If you find fault with one drawback - location. There are no attractions within walking distance. But shops and cafes to eat outside the hotel are nearby. There are also branches of two banks nearby, where it is easy to change the currency, although the exchange rate is not very profitable (the most profitable was at the airport).

A wonderful hotel. Beautiful rooms (we lived in one, then in the other). The room is clean, all the consumables are there - toothbrushes, toothpaste, comb, cotton swabs, shower gel, shampoo and all this is stale. Breakfast buffet. Delicious, varied. The staff is polite. We stayed in the 306th suite from September 29 to October 2.
Pros: clean, neat, neat. Nice responsive staff at the reception. Check-in is round-the-clock (due to the delay of the plane, they settled well after midnight, closer to the morning). The ability to change the availability of rubles for local soums (for comparison: the official exchange rate was 125. At the airport 100. In King Plaza 110). In the blackout room, the curtains really did not let the bright Tashkent sun through. Good air conditioning system. The interior of the room is classic, pleasant. You will not stay hungry for breakfast: there are hearty meat dishes, sweets, vegetables, cuts and more familiar breakfast options (omelette, eggs, sausages, cereals).
Cons: when checking in, there was no toothpaste, bathrobes, iron in the room. They asked at the reception - they brought everything except toothpaste: "The toothpaste is over." Well, God be with her, we bought the toothpaste ourselves. There is a work desk in the room, but there is no chair for it (well, never mind, we worked sitting on the couch). At breakfast, some of the food is clearly treasured, not very fresh: sandwiches, pastries dried up, as if they had been standing for several days. One day they came 15 minutes after the start of breakfast: the food was already cold. Tables after visitors are not promptly wiped, you have to sit down at dirty tables in crumbs. In the room, only one of the three lamps on the ceiling was lit in the bathroom, the shower room was without light at all. Three times they asked the reception to change / fix the lamps, but they never did. Apparently, as with toothpaste - in the room for 1,000,000 soums you need to buy and screw in yourself =)
Total: the hotel is not bad. But very overrated. The declared money is not worth it. We won't stop there anymore.

Можно рекомендовать смело. Отличные номера,просторные, шикарный завтрак. Дружелюбный персонал.
Но есть небольшие "но". Отель расположен далеко от мест для посещения и в 20 минутах ходьбы от ближайшей станции метро. Но это компенсируется осень дешёвым такси и наличием Яндекс Go,где можно платить наличными. Привязать международную карту и Union Pay не получится.

I was at the hotel in October 2023. The hotel is not bad, the staff is very polite. Cosmetic cleaning of the room and change of coffee/water in the room every day. The plumbing is new and nice. There is a rain shower. Everyone spoils mattresses. It feels like you're lying on a solid piece of granite instead of a mattress. I understand that this is useful for posture, but this is some kind of exorbitant level of rigidity. Every morning I woke up with the feeling that a dump truck was driving over me. Moreover, they swear at mattresses in reviews both half a year and a year ago. Each time in the answers, the representative of the hotel claims that the mattresses were changed, but apparently this is not true. In general, I recommend the hotel. Especially if you come with your mattress :)

It's clean enough, but at breakfast one thing ended, then another. And on the day of departure, even the coffee machine did not work, the manager said that they did not order coffee on time. There were no slippers or foot towels in the room.
We decided that no one had them, so we didn't ask, but on the day of departure it turned out that they were in other rooms.

Останавливались в мае 2023. Из плюсов отель новый, достаточно чистый. Расположение не очень удобное, от метро далеко. Такси быстро приезжает, но 90% комфорт без кондиционера, с открытыми окнами. На улице меж тем 32 и пробки(
Персонал работает в целом не напрягаясь. Заезд был ночью, дали номер в котором уже спали другие гости.
Ресторан. Я не знаю откуда восторженные отзывы. Честно. Не придираюсь, но завтрак на слабую 3.
Кофе машина одна, к ней очередь. Посуды дефицит - чашку приходилось ждать и просить принести.
Выпечка и десерты покупные. Почему не сделать обычные круассаны, булочки - загадка. Яйца только в готовом омлете с сосисками и помидорами, вареных нет. Чистого омлета тоже. Если что-то закончилось то принесут через 30/40 минут. Еды в целом мало. Выбора нет.
Из колоритного восточного: мини самса, халва и орешки.
2 официанта не заинтересованы в работе. Ни скорости, ни аккуратности. Вежливые, на этом все.
Допускаю, что в других отелях еще хуже. Руководству следует обратить внимание на организацию работы персонала. Улучшения нужны минимальные и не затратные, но впечатление от отеля будь в разы лучше.

Утром прилетели в Ташкент. Приехали в гостиницу до 12 часов. Очень приветливый администратор быстро нас оформил и проводил в номер. Гостиница впечатлила с порога. Мрамор, колонны, чистота, уютные диваны и кресла в зоне отдыха. Номер тоже понравился. Чистый, уютный, со всем необходимым для отдыха. Всегда была вода, чай, кофе, гигиенические средства, полотенца меняли каждый день. Порадовали завтраки. Сытные и разнообразные. Всегда в нарезке колбаски разных видов, сыры,овощи, соусы, хлопья, каши, самса,блинчики фаршированные и просто с дополнительными допингами, орешки, фрукты, тушеные овощи, яйца и вареные и омлет, и просто жареные, чай, кофе, соки. Мы приходили рано, столпотворения никогда не было. Всем всего хватало. В гостинице были бассейн и сауна, но мы ими не успели воспользоваться, так как очень много гуляли по городу, рассматривая достопримечательности. Такси приезжало быстро, не дорогое. Недалеко от гостиницы метро,большой продуктовый рынок, остановки общественного транспорта. А еще при гостинице есть банкетный зал и там гуляли свадьбу. Наш номер находился на первом этаже, но ни музыки, ни шума мы не слышали. Особенно хочется поблагодарить ребят администраторов. Всегда приветливы,опрятны, вежливы, отзывчивы.

Отель новый и современный. Не то, что большинство в Ташкенте. Расположение, конечно, очень не удобное, далеко от центра
Ну а самое главное, что вызвало мой негатив. За неделю до своего приезда я забронировал отель через форму на их же сайте. Забронировал даже 2 номера: для себя и коллеги. А когда я приехал в отель, выяснилось, что он полностью занят и на нас мест нет! Похоже, в отеле произошёл овербукинг и они решили, что проде будет отказать гостям с прямого бронирования. Тк за гостей с агрегаторов типа букинга пришлось бы платить немалые штрафы.
И мне вместо прогулок по Ташкенту пришлось выбирать где мне переночевать.

Останавливалась в отеле в марте 2023 на 4 ночи. За разумные деньги хороший номер. Уборка, смена полотенец- каждый день, завтрак вкусный, с восточным уклоном. Отзывчивые сотрудники, есть чайник, маленький холодильник. Метро в пешей доступности 10 мин пешком или такси в центр, не дорого по Яндексу.
Рекомендую отель! если есть необходимость, рядом посольство Америки

Очень крутой отель, завтрак -шведский стол незабываем, вкусно, красиво. Огромный выбор блюд, а кофе… мммм…, да с местными сладостями!!!! Персонал очень отзывчив, пошли на встречу с оплатой (были только рубли, взяли по хорошему курсу). Обязательно рекомендую, и если окажусь еще в Ташкенте - то только туда!

Maybe I came across such a room, but the impression is terrible: the heating did not work in the room, it was 17-18 degrees, the terrible condition of the bathroom, especially the suspended toilet, which was not well attached to the wall and I thought every time what would happen if I sat on it and it would fall off. Poor room cleaning, my sneakers stick to the floor after cleaning. I left one thing in the closet because of forgetfulness - they didn't call, they didn't offer to pick it up. Terrible noise from the hood of the restaurant, which is located in the same building.

Отличная гостиница. Далековато от центра конечно, но и по цене зато соответствует. Метро недалеко, да и такси в Ташкенте весьма недороги.
Чистенько, свежо, внизу парковка и бар, в соседних зданиях магазины и ресторан.
Вежливый персонал. Рекомендую вообщем.

Отличный отель, персонал просто обалденный. Завтрак утром шведский стол. Спа зона просторная и уютная. Номер чистый, в номере имеется чайник , сейф. Все удобства.

Отель новый, хорошие уютные номера. Есть спортзал, сауна и хамам, маленький бассейн. Прожили 3,5 недели. Из положительного очень хорошие завтраки.
Плохая уборка в номерах или вообще не убирались. При чём приходилось по несколько раз в день просить об уборке, часто игнорировали. За такой продолжительный срок постельное бельё меняли 1 раз.
