I do not advise contacting this service, they do it for a very long time.. I had an electric scooter (put in for repair on July 01, 2024), I picked it up a month and a half later (August 19, 2024). They are fed breakfast (it was said that the repair will be carried out within two weeks. From the repair it was stated: replacement of wheels from chamber to tubeless (the cost of wheels with replacement is 850 Belarusian rubles, after which it was decided to replace only the cameras in the old ones, the cost of repair with replacement is 240 Belarusian rubles, it was also said that work was carried out to restore the motor wheel, the amount is 210 Belarusian rubles (although during the diagnosis, this item was not specified and whether it was generally done is not known, but they took the money), steering wheel alignment. The scooter did not even go 20 km, it was bought new from the store. In the end, I am very unhappy with the expectation of repairs. I asked to charge it, they couldn't even do it properly. Prices are above market value and they charge incredible money for the work. The order number is 2043.

They never got to work. I arrived, taking the remote control, found the unscrewed control board, asked that the nuts be returned, they were not found, referring to the fact that only the master, who will be "TOMORROW", knows about the nuts.
If they had said the next day that they did not have the strength and desire for this repair, I would have understood and my review would not have been so negative.

It is not a fact that the result will be positive, but at least you will have a chance of such an outcome. There is also a plus: instead of an obvious weak factory node, you can solder something else, but with a higher margin of safety. And this is right here very good. And the diagnosis is free!

The guys take on a job that they basically can't do. Therefore, they fool their heads for a very long time. They were given a vacuum cleaner robot to repair. They kept him for two months. During this time, they never called themselves. All the time we called and reminded that it was time to repair our vacuum cleaner. We even went to them twice, because they answered our call that everything was ready. But in fact, the vacuum cleaner has become even more blunt. They told us fairy tales that as soon as the vacuum cleaner gets home, it will immediately start vacuuming properly :)). Storytellers!!! Guys, don't take on something that you basically don't know how to do. Don't mess with people's heads!
As a result, they took their vacuum cleaner in non-working condition, although they said on the call once again that it was in good condition and working as it should.
