FOR A WHOLE WEEK! and then I called to pick up the chair from you and they told me THAT they HAD SENT IT TO THE WAREHOUSE! although I asked not to send it to the warehouse, and in that case I was told that I would be able to pick it up only on Monday, that is, it is still plus 3 days, in general, we delayed the delivery of the chair for 6 days, you have 1/5 customer orientation, thank you for even delivering the chair at all, and then the armrests are shaking, I demand that you learn on time Deliver things!!!!!! negative to your store!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was satisfied with the purchase; the catch is that it concerns the product itself and its quality, as for the store's service - it's terrible, I won't order from these guys anymore. From the pros: we are open to pricematching, agreed to make cheaper offers from another store, but after placing an order, the pros ended. At first, the delivery was delayed for two days, which was remembered and warned only in the afternoon, when the chair was expected (the manager did not check the working days of the courier service) - okay, it happens. Two days later, the courier still arrived - and again delays. One hour, then two, and once I arrived with an incomplete order. Again - the little things, but the little things are unpleasant. But after paying for the order, it turned out that the warranty card was issued incorrectly! If I hadn't paid attention to it, no one would have paid attention to it, and the promised service would have been simply refused to me after a while. That's how they led me astray. The third day they promise me to deliver the correct ticket "in an hour and a half")) I understand, guys, that to wander around the city for the sake of one (however, quite important) piece of paper of an already paid order is a trap, but you need to correct your mistake.
It is worth noting that the review concerns the entire company as a whole, and not just this particular point, because the order was made online. Go there just to try on the product, and choose a less well-known store to buy
