It's a disgusting place. A friend found this place and did not look at the reviews, which we really regretted.
The administrator does not speak Russian, I do not claim that he is obliged, but it is generally unpleasant for Russian speakers here. They didn't even try to understand us.
When booking, they clarified whether there is a movie "Puzzle 2". We received a positive response in response.
And what did we get? A pirated movie in disgusting quality. Why couldn't I have been warned? One disappointment. Promotion for hookah chips and cola. Um, well, how can I tell you. Disgusting hookah with no choice of taste. The smallest chips and mini cola.
Spoiled mood, that's what you are guaranteed when visiting this institution. I give a rating of 0/10
I will add a little bit to my review.
I came up politely to ask for a partial refund, as we did not plan to stay. At first, we were simply refused. Then they were supposed to pay for hookah, chips and cola and then they would have returned 2000 tenge, in fact they just wanted to cheat. We paid 5,000, an hour of cinema and hookah chips and cola came out 10,000. They were supposed to pay another 5,000 and then they would have returned 2,000. We are not stupid and we can count.
After 30 minutes, they condescendingly gave away 2000.
Think carefully about whether you need such emotions from visiting this institution.
