Pleasant place, courteous staff and budget prices. Every time we visit Novopolotsk, we try to stop by for delicious kharcho soup and khachapuri in Adjarian style. Khinkali is not top-notch, but I hope it's a matter of time.

The Minsk Kinza was not lying around. Lemonades are a separate love. Ajabsandal is the tastiest I've ever eaten. The service is always fast. And cleanliness. It's super important to me at meals

Arriving in the city, we decided to meet with friends after their praise of this institution. In fact, there is nothing to praise here. When boarding at only 2 tables, the order was waited for more than an hour. Half of the menu is missing, including khinkali, although it seems to be a common "base" of Georgian cuisine. It was amazing when the other table found khinkali later. I believe that the purchased ones are frozen from the store. Kindzmarauli is not very good, although we have tried different wines in Georgia. Khachapuri, of course, is also with our cheese, and not with Georgian, but it's even better, Georgian cheese is very much for an amateur. The interior is very sparse, not catchy in any way. The institution does not deserve attention even within the framework of this small town.

We have been going to Cilantro for 2 years, at the beginning the service was not very good, to put it mildly, now it has become better. The food is delicious then and now, ajapsandal is on top, khachapuri and khinkali too. On the downside, GUYS, PUT THE AIR CONDITIONER ON. I was at this place yesterday. The service in terms of maintenance is at a terrible level. There were 3 of us. After ordering, khinkali was brought to the first guest in 25 minutes and then silence. That is, 1 guest is eating and 2 are drooling. Provided that the other 2 dishes were the same, they are delivered the 1st 55 minutes after ordering and the 2nd (authentic) after another 10 minutes. The waiters don't know anything about the word at all. I run to the counter after serving the dishes and ask for the dishes. There is no feedback. There is no interest in visitors either. At the same time, the kitchen is not bad. The owners need to decide on the staff. They cook for a very long time and the staff in the hall does not know the basic basics. Guests cannot eat in three sets. Dishes are served to everyone at the same time. I will not come to this institution anymore.

The furniture is already rolled up, the tables are swinging if you don't put a few napkins under the leg yourself.
My wife had an upset stomach after both visits.
Mine is more resilient, I'm fine. But a loaf warmed up in one place and cold in another gives away the simple fact that it was heated in the microwave, and not cooked to order. It was the same with kharcho once - cold meat in hot broth.
Khinkali is more or less, but not always successful. Sometimes they are good, then the dough is too thin (impossible to hold in your hands), then they are full of holes with spilled broth.
In general, it is suitable for familiarization with the similarity of Georgian cuisine, but it is unlikely for regular visits.

I ordered khinkali with beef. I haven't eaten such disgusting food for a long time. Any dumpling from the store is an order of magnitude higher. Where does the beef come from? Is it beef at all? In short, the main dish of Georgian cuisine is Khinkali, which is not in Coriander. So you can eat a salad if there is nowhere else. Lula kebab used to order also sucks. Good reviews from friends prompted me to go to this institution. I was upset, the order was prepared for about 45 minutes, during which time the coffee had long cooled down, by the way, the coffee was in broken dishes (a crack on the mug). I wanted to try khinkali, but they were not available according to the waiter. What was my surprise when they were cooked after 30 minutes and brought out to the next visitor. And this is without prejudice that the waiter was barefoot in flip-flops and the connection in the establishment is very bad. I was disappointed, I do not recommend this institution. And finally, a menu without a photo is a fiasco.

We have been to this cafe 8 times already, every time at lunchtime. Everything is always delicious and beautifully served , I haven 't been to Georgia , I can 't compare , but everything in this cafe is like both me and the child . Always serve quickly , everything is hot !
Neither when nor what is not confused and not shortchanged . Even some kind of discount sometimes happens ! They always talk politely and kindly . Maybe I 'm not picky or , unlike other commentators , I 'm lucky every time !

Delicious food and excellent service. The prices are just great. We were with our family, 200 rubles came out for 5 people with alcohol, I think this is unique in our time, we ate to the brim and did not deny ourselves anything, the waiters are smart. Of the disadvantages, there is only one - the cook girl occasionally went out into the hall in gloves and worked at the cash register or did some things, in general, I would recommend either changing gloves or removing them altogether and cooking with clean hands :)

The food is very tasty, three types of khachapuri, each is worth a try. Khinkali is at a height, unfortunately it cannot be compared with Georgian, but I hope it will happen someday. The hall is not the best, I like the outdoor veranda much more. The service takes time, sometimes the waiter takes a very long time to take an order, but I'll put it down to workload. Authentic music is also playing, which adds to the atmosphere. Overall, the impressions are positive.

Today was the 3rd time and it was the last time we visited this institution! If earlier it was possible to close your eyes to many disadvantages, today the doctor was spoiled for the mother (her words: "Let's get out of here as soon as possible"). She has lived in Georgia for many years... Perhaps many people will consider it a quibble, this is your right, but we do not believe that a restaurant declared as Georgian should allow itself the following:
1. Lack of service!!! The boorish attitude and arrogant responses of the waiter girls. Starting with sorting the table (we had to eat the dishes with our hands-there were no appliances, and the first class of dishes was standing; the table was not cleaned). By the way, the dishes are all broken, the edges of the plates are broken off. At least the waiters didn't argue with that.
2. A self-respecting cook will first learn at least the basic basics of Georgian cuisine! Khachapuri in Adjarian style is not served with burnt cheese and without butter (before replacing the dish, we were proved about the first one). Khinkali is a shame! Cakes with a thick layer of dough and glued minced meat, also torn a couple of pieces! They are not sprinkled with herbs! Shame and shame!!!
3. The lack of entourage and atmosphere of Georgia - a couple of pictures, artificial flowers. Music and that's it.
We concluded that the establishment is supported by prices and people who want to try Georgian cuisine (albeit fake).
DEAR OWNER OF this cafe (this is not a restaurant). Respect your guests!!!!!!! Teach your waiters the service (by the way, the next table was also outraged by their service). Find a real Georgian chef or teach your blonde young lady the basic basics of Georgian dishes! Replace the dishes!
Because the evening was ruined! Good luck to you, but we don't set foot anywhere else. There are much better establishments at the same price, but with high-level service and respect for their guest! Good luck!
