Mostly traditional Caucasian cuisine with the addition of some fashionable trends. My wife didn't like the so-called homemade wine, the Georgian bottled wine is excellent. I drank only 100 grams of chacha, so I didn't have a clear opinion) The food is delicious, but slightly insular (even an ordinary Caesar may turn out to be such). Khinkali, khachapuri, khychiny are excellent. Sometimes the waiters slow down, but I think it's solely because of the popularity of the place.
