I would like to sincerely thank the hostess of the beautiful Cypress Hotel and all the staff for the warm atmosphere and warm welcome. I stayed at the Cypress Hotel from August 29 to September 13, 2024. The hotel has a very convenient location, it takes 5 minutes to get to the sea with clean, spacious beaches, and there are many different cafes with reasonable prices and a wide variety of dishes for every taste and request. The well-maintained green territory of the hotel with benches and cozy gazebos in the shade. A beautiful hotel with clean, bright rooms that have everything you need for a comfortable stay, free Wi-Fi, and air conditioning in each room. Rooms are cleaned every day, bed linen is changed every three days, towels are changed every day. From the bottom of my heart, I want to thank Denise for the daily cleanliness in the rooms, for her kind word and smile, and the receptionist, Saida, for her warm welcome and responsiveness. I recommend the Kiparis hotel to anyone who dreams of a comfortable stay in a beautiful and hospitable place. I myself will definitely stay in this wonderful place again next year.

We have been at this hotel since the first of August 2024. We stayed at this hotel for the first time. The hotel is very good. Everything is clean, neat, beautiful, convenient. The staff are just handsome! Pleasant communication, they will always prompt or help if any question arises.

On the 2nd day we rest in this wonderful hotel! The territory of this hotel, it seems to me, is the most beautiful in the whole of Pitsunda, if we consider similar hotels. It's the best I've ever seen here!
When choosing a place to relax, the most important thing for me was the condition, furnishings, repairs in the room (so that there was no "chicken coop"), a beautiful territory and there was no devastation in the circle (like there is beauty on the territory, but you don't want to go out the gate). Cypress meets all these parameters!!!
Many thanks to the maids - while we were at the sea in the morning - they cleaned everything clean, took out the garbage both from us and from our relatives. Although we are only the 2nd day.
The check-in was quick, no questions asked, dear administrator Sabina! (Natalia and Valery no longer work here). At the end of the rest, I will write a more detailed review in 7 days.
We will not look for other hotels in this price segment. We won't find a better territory.
The balcony opens onto the courtyard from the family 2-room room. And on the side of 2 standards. The remaining 2-bed standard balconies overlook the territory of the neighboring Anna Hotel.

I really liked the hotel. There were no problems with check-in or eviction, eviction is like everywhere at 12:00. The hotel has a wonderful location at the very beginning of the cypress alley, with a pleasant view of the street from the balcony. The territory itself is very well maintained, there are benches and a gazebo, you can sit after going to the beach. Natalia is a completely contact person. Upon departure, we used the transfer service, and Valery quickly took us to the border with Russia. The room was cleaned every day. It may already be necessary to renovate the rooms, but it is still quite decent. There is everything you need, a refrigerator, a TV, a hairdryer in the bathroom. The beach of Pitsunda is just wonderful, we will definitely come again!

Excellent hotel in the center of Pitsunda, beautiful garden, many cafes nearby, 10 min walk to the sea, 5 min to the temple. Huge room, bathroom, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, dishes, kettle. There is an iron and a microwave on the floor. The staff is very sincere. Closed parking. Reasonable price.

We had a rest from July 14-22, we were completely delighted with the hotel, we really liked everything.We were well and politely welcomed.Cleaning was done every day, towels were changed every day too, linen after 3 days.The staff is polite and pleasant in communication, they will tell you everything and prompt you.It takes 7 minutes to get to the sea slowly.The beach is clean and well maintained.I advise you to go to the Amshyn restaurant on the coast, they cook very tasty and the staff is just great and responsive, we celebrated our son's birthday there. I rested in this hotel on the 23rd and 24th year, I really like the spacious rooms, everything you need is a refrigerator, air conditioning on the floor, microwave, cleaned every day, linen change in 2-3 days, however, before leaving for two days we asked for a change -we did it without talking. A very nice hotel. The photos correspond to reality. We were checked in at 5 a.m. There were no problems with the settlement. The staff is helpful. Room cleaning every day, which was very surprising. Parking is private, guarded, paid. Fruit and berry trees grow on the territory, fruits can be plucked from the trees.Everything is within walking distance. The sea is 5 minutes away from the hotel. We arrived as two families with 3 children and were told from the doorstep that they did not like to check in with children. You can only get to the paid parking lot where cars are located if you find the husband of the hostess of the hotel, since access is closed, and only he has the keys. Before entering the hotel after the beach, it is necessary to wash your feet in the outdoor sink.
We had cleaning 2 times a week! And it can't be called cleaning either - they didn't wipe the dust, they wiped the floor in the middle, we even went into the room with hair on the floor.
You need to throw out the garbage yourself!!! This is not part of the cleaning lady's duties.
Well, you will not leave or check out until towels, glasses and cutlery are counted, and it does not matter that you leave at 3 am!!! Sit and wait for them to come and check.

If there was an opportunity, they would not have put more than one star. Hotel bottom, if you want to spoil your vacation- Welcome! There is no access to the car! You will be allowed into the room only after you wash your feet, and then someone else's hair will be lying in the room! The owners live on the territory of the hotel, so you can't go anywhere except the path. If you have children, it is better to choose another place, as they hate children. THE HOTEL'S PROFILE PHOTO DOES NOT CORRESPOND TO REALITY, THE PHOTO WAS STOLEN FROM ANOTHER HOTEL.

Check-in is only from 14.00 not earlier, please note this. But you can leave your bags under the stairs and go for a walk. Natalia, at each meeting, importunately asked when we would renew several times a day, starting with the paperwork for the settlement. And every time after the refusal of the extension, she said that this was the best place on the whole coast and there was no other place to find. In general, the sea is within walking distance. It's not bad, but I don't want to come back here.

It's been a week since we returned from our vacation, which we spent at the Cypress Guest House. Many thanks to Natalia and Vladimir for their hospitality and attentiveness to the guests. The territory is very beautiful and green, a gazebo, benches, swings. Excellent drinking water. Everything is in the room, although the light was sometimes turned off. The sea is not far from the street, where you can buy everything you need for the beach, eat delicious food and braid pigtails.. But if you wish, you can walk to the bay, where the water is cleaner. The road through the Pitsunda nature Reserve is very beautiful, and most importantly it is not hot. Wonderful vacation memories. And not a single negative emotion. I really want to come back here again.

Wonderful hotel, excellent hosts.
Located on a cypress alley, it is convenient to walk to the sea through a pine grove (the beach of the boarding house) or directly to the city beach.
The rooms are cleaned every day, the linen is changed every few days. The room has everything you need for a normal rest.
The territory is very beautiful, well-groomed, everywhere there are flowers, benches, there is a gazebo.

From 2012 to today, we have been vacationing in Pitsunda for a total of 5 years.
We have always stayed only at this hotel.
And this year we went there again, because there were always very good positive emotions after the rest ...
But not this time, to our deepest disappointment.
The hotel is really being refueled now, it is being refueled!!, by completely unscrupulous subjects Valery and Natalia. Yes, the subjects, there is no other way to call them.
My husband and I "held out" in these conditions for only three days, because every day something in our room broke, did not work, or went out of order... For example:
1. they tried to convince us that the refrigerator should not freeze, cool, but apparently only warm the food in it;
2. at the time of our settlement, the drain from the sink flowed to the floor, we were to blame for this;
3. the apogee of this story was just on the third day, the corrugation of the toilet bowl failed, and again we were to blame....
By the way, yes!!!!! toilet paper is issued only once, on the day of check-in and for the entire period of stay, Apparently in Abkhazia this is a very, very large deficit!!! The cost of the room, by the way, is 4000.
I'm not talking about the rudeness and endless lies of these comrades
By the way, Valery the man was constantly, to put it mildly, not sober.
And the "hostess" of the hotel is Natalia (although we booked a room with a completely different person!) She appeared at the workplace when she felt it was necessary.
And in general, a beautiful well-groomed territory was created only for the recreation of Valery and Natalia themselves
My husband and I travel a lot, but nowhere in Russia or abroad have I ever seen more rudeness in my life.
In general, we handed over the room almost according to the act of acceptance and transfer in order to avoid any more accusations or underhand dirty tricks from the so-called "owners".
As a result of all the above I have written:
I STRONGLY RECOMMEND, FELLOW RUSSIANS, NOT TO STAY IN THIS INSTITUTION, SO AS NOT TO SPOIL THE LONG-AWAITED VACATION ....

Liked it · We rested at this hotel in mid-September 2023. The hotel looks nice , modern .
You are met by two subjects at the reception ( Dada is the subject ) in another way you can 't say Natalia and Valery . Everything is fine until you give them the money for the accommodation , after which a complete trash begins !
I didn 't like it · The price at the booking and in fact ( according to Valery and Natalia ) is very different , plus you will pay for expensive parking , the keys to which are at Valery . That is, you will not have access to it.
We were 2 families of 4 and 6 people .
We took 3 family rooms .
It all started with the fact that you will constantly make some comments to hurt you somehow. Valery and Natalia, when they want, then they come to the reception!
Returning early in the morning at 8.00 I had to go out to the parking lot . I stood at the reception for 15 minutes , and no one came up . Going out into the yard, I found a cleaner (Larisa) and asked to open the parking lot for me, to which I was told that the administrators would be in an hour! And I have pills and all bathing accessories in my car! The height of the fence so that you understand 1.2 m , so that you can get to the car .
Naturally , I did not wait 1 hour and climbed over the fence .Then the character Valery immediately flew in and started yelling that we are Russian savages .
Having tried to prove to him that he was not at his workplace and that I was not obliged to wait for him for 1 hour until his Majesty decided to do his business, I failed!
To which we were told the money that you paid us ( 50000t.r) for 3 nights for 3 rooms you can shove into your ####...
We did not continue to provoke a conflict because we have 1 day left to live .
Towels that hotels you have no right to take with you to the beach according to Natalia, they are very expensive ! At my house, a rag for the floor is better ....
After the sea, even if you have clean feet, you will be forced to wash them otherwise you will not come in.
Yes , when evicting , it also turns out that you have to take out the garbage after yourself !
After the eviction , you will find a concert that you do not have enough towels , cups , sheets in your room , which we were not given . Ultimately , they didn 't want to let us out of the parking lot .
I have visited many hotels in my life , but I saw such rudeness for the first time .
It was not a rest , but some trash .

We were at the Cypress Hotel from August 20 to September 3, 2022. With my grandson and my girlfriend. I want to say a huge thank you to the hostess of the hotel Natalia Semenovna and her husband Valery Alekseevich for the warmth and a very pleasant stay! I really liked everything! The room was taken by a family, everything is clean, neat! The bed linen is always clean and ironed! It was changed several times. General cleaning was also carried out several times during our stay. Air conditioning, refrigerator - everything worked, clean! Everything is neat in the bathroom, they give a towel under your feet so that it's nice to get out of the shower. The staff is very friendly and kind, sincere girls! Everyone is always happy to help! 💖💖💖The territory near the hotel is very well maintained, lots of flowers, the soul is happy! We will definitely return to this hotel more than once!

We had a rest in August in a family room.Good location, large balcony in each room with dryer, table and chairs, well-maintained and very beautiful territory, there is Parking (for a fee), the room has a hairdryer, dishes, kettle, refrigerator, air conditioning was only in one of the 2 rooms. The door to the toilet did not lock, there were only 4 channels on a small TV, colored bed linen, there was not even soap in the bathroom!!! The price is too high.

2022 Despite the not very pleasant vacation in 2019, in June 2022 our family decided to rest at this hotel again. It was THRASH! Fuck in the suite! Cleaning in 10 days 3 times, while there were other people's hair on the day of arrival, so they remained on the floor and in the bathroom! The request to clean normally was answered, it has already been cleaned! A man and a woman meeting people who are tired from the road, this is generally a separate story!! I have never met such a boorish attitude!Even teenagers (my 6 and 11 years old) are not welcome there, they had to move over the wall, God forbid they step on the grass in the yard!And, the photo on the site does not correspond to reality! There is nothing at all for children, a photo from the children's area is the neighboring hotel "Anna" A-ha-ha! I've never seen such arrogance before!

A very pleasant place! Hospitable and very helpful administrators 🤍 The hotel is located near the beach, not the first line, but still great! Cypress Alley Street can be said to be the main one in the city, not counting the "resort" where the boarding houses are. On the way to the beach and in the surroundings there is all the necessary infrastructure - cafes, shops, souvenirs. Relict pines grow all around!
If the windows of the room overlook the Cypress Alley, it may be a little noisy, Pitsunda wakes up quite early, but also falls asleep the same way. If the windows overlook the garden, it will be quieter. We had 2 rooms for 3 adults and 1 child, just divided into different sides.
To tell the truth, Abkhazia is not about the hotel. Here you need to walk, breathe the air, go on excursions, admire nature! We were not very lucky with the weather, but we still really liked everything!

We stayed at this hotel for the first time, as everything was busy. Terrible hotel and staff. No cleaning is carried out, 1 piece of toilet paper for the entire rest period. There is absolutely no place to dry the laundry, take out the garbage yourself. The Internet is not working well. In the morning, when the staff is still resting, they solve their current issues very loudly, slam doors, talk loudly, etc. The door in the closet does not work.
I definitely do not recommend it! It's not even worth it!

Of course, I would like to have some soft or felt stands attached to the legs of the chairs, because both children and adults roll your chairs on the tile, which can be heard on all floors, just on the brain)
There is no hair dryer in the room (I did not specify, maybe they give out ...), you can not cook, 1 roll of paper is given only once upon arrival, and then buy it yourself))) There are also no disposable shampoos and gels.

The sea is nearby, it is very pleasant to walk along the cypress trees along the alley, where cafes and shops are located. Through the forest you can walk, sooo calmly, to the bay in 15-20 minutes.
