A Magnificent Hotel ! Everything is at the highest level . Lovely and friendly staff. The kitchen is just a storehouse for Gourmets . I want to come back again .
We are currently vacationing at this hotel and are very upset, we are considering moving to another one with the loss of money. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially during off-season:
1. It is stated that there is a heated pool, plus a heated children's pool - there are none.
2. The children's club is open until 17.00 and there are no other playgrounds, and the entrance to the playground on the territory of the club is also closed after 17.00., the child asks for a swing, a slide - I don't understand why you can't swing with your parents.
3. There is no evening program, only karaoke and live music on the 1st floor. The theater does not work in principle.
4. The spa area is closed after 6 p.m. and the indoor pool is closed. Do not go to the sauna or massage in the evening. Question..when to go there, if you want to be at the sea during the day?!
5. What to do with yourself and the children is unclear, the territory is small - not even to walk.
6. They settled us alone (T. K.. we arrived by ind. transfer) 2 hours, they said that only the rooms on the 1st floor were available, the rest for an additional fee. Later, when they quarreled with the manager about the non-working pools, they found out that there were 300 people out of 2000 in the hotel at all.
The hotel is close to the airport. It is aimed at children. The food is just perfect, the bar is also not bad. Every morning I drank freshly squeezed juice (carrot, orange, grapefruit, cucumber) The beach is sandy, with a small strip of pebbles. The animation for children is very good.

In general, I liked the hotel. We got a good room, although we paid extra for a side view of the sea. The food is delicious. There is food for every taste. I really liked the spa center, they do an excellent massage. I liked the animation and evening shows.
Of the minuses - a small area, long evening walks are unlikely to be possible, but in general everything is very thoughtful, and there is almost everything in a fairly small area!
Overall, it's not bad.
Suuuper was very upset by the long check-in.
This is especially difficult when you come with children. It is difficult to explain to them that they have to sit for several hours and wait. And at this time, you can neither buy nor put yourself in order after the road. Plus, the child should be put to sleep at lunch, but there is nowhere to go.

I rested at this hotel from 07/06/2023 to 07/16/2023, I must say right away, this is wasted money and a spoiled vacation.
2 months before the holiday, we booked 2 rooms, one for my wife and child, the second for my mother and it was important for us that these rooms were nearby. Immediately upon arrival, we were informed at the reception that the hotel is full and there are no rooms available, there is only one family room (family room), who knows these rooms are much cheaper than two separate rooms. To my indignation, why so, we paid the money and agreed on everything in advance, the manager dragged his time and tried to persuade me (to sell what I did not order and for which I did not pay) as a result, after one hour of waiting and unpleasant negotiations, by some "miracle" they found us the rooms that we ordered and We paid for it. This is how they greet guests at the doorstep. Think about it, I went through the lobby many times and in 10 days, 3 times I saw conflicts at the reception, maybe this is their trick to fuck up their guest.
Food:
I cannot say that it is bad, but it is monotonous, not tasty, there is practically no meat at all, mostly minced meat mixed with something unclear. This is not a 5* hotel meal.
I have vacationed in various hotels and a lot in Turkey, I have seen enough of it all very high.
Service:
Service makes the best. You can order tea if it hasn't been brought within 3 minutes, you can be sure it won't be brought. The bartenders are angry, unhappy and tense.
Territory:
I read the reviews above, they write that the territory is large and green. Have you been to this hotel for sure? There is no thought out logistics from the word at all, there is no greenery.
Rooms:
The rooms are normal, it is clear that the repair was done by a blunder, the audibility is terrible, there are no questions about cleaning, they cleaned every day, the towel was changed. The elevators are breaking down. We got stuck 3 times ourselves. They lived in Building I.
Beach:
I also read reviews that the beach is big. It's not like that!!! It is small, the beach itself is printed, the entrance is pebbles!
Children's animation:
The animators are trying their best, but the children's pool and the water park area are something with something. The pool stinks of urine. The children go there and probably he does not have time to clean himself)))

We were at the end of October, sooo many people-on the beach, at the bar, in restaurants, near the pool, there are always queues. Not for lovers of a quiet and peaceful holiday!!!
We were in April 2023, to say that I am delighted, to say nothing! The hotel is beyond praise, everything is clean and tidy! Food for every taste, including mammoth cuisine! 5 restaurants, many bars, a pastry shop with delicious coffee and cakes! In general, everything that everyone dreamed of there!!! I highly recommend it!!! I will definitely come back!!!

We have been to the hotel 2 times. The last one is from June 5th to 17th. The hotel was crowded, and the area was very small for full occupancy. The food is good, but monotonous. The rooms are clean, the cleaning is good. The beach is clean, the sun beds should be occupied in the morning. Alcohol: cocktails are watery, pure alcohol is normal. The evening animation is so-so. The Mexican restaurant a la carte is tin, when we were 2 years ago we really liked it, this year everything is absolutely tasteless. The scariest thing: rotavirus is in the hotel! Overall, the hotel is not bad.
They are greeted with dignity and at any time of the day. We spent no more than 10 minutes at the reception.
On the first day after the unpleasant flight and on the second day under the euphoria, I liked everything! On the third day, the euphoria ended and the impressions of the hotel and the service rapidly went downhill.
In order:
1. NUMBER
We have a standard with a sea view. The room is good, there is a lot of space: a double bed, a sofa, curbstones, a chest of drawers with a mirror, a chest of drawers with a refrigerator, easily placed in the room without causing a feeling of clutter; there is a sea view; a small closet - long things (even trousers) are not possible to tell a story; in the bathroom there is a fairly large shower, toilet (as everywhere in Turkey, with a built-in hygienic shower) sink, hair dryer, etc. Toothbrushes, shower gel, body lotion, shampoo, hair balm, shaving accessories: everything is there, the quality is not amazing, but it will do. What drove me into a stupor during my vacation in moments of thoughtfulness ;) so why did they decide to redo the brush, the dog knows where from the toilet?!
In general, the room is of course unused, somewhere it is a blunder, but not critical.
They clean well, often, there are no problems. They asked for an extra blanket - no problem either.
2. THE TERRITORY.
Compared to many other towns where I have been in Turkey, the territory is small, but in MAY it is comfortable, assholes did not jostle with anyone. The territory is cleaned well, but the flower beds are dead in places.
There is one large, combined swimming pool, almost across the entire territory of the hotel, which has branches near the bar (for animation programs), near the mini club, the main building (with Jacuzzi) and a rectangular part of 25 meters.
There are two water parks for children - pirate island, it looks very cool, and an adult. Also on the territory there is an overflow (Infinity) pool, it is also an adult area of 16+, with a pool bar. So, the concept of the ADULT zone 16 + does not work if you do not constantly kick the reception and guest service so that they drive children away from there. Everything is clear: the hotel is family-run and I have children, and globally I am not a child hater, but so is 7/8 of the territory for family holidays! But they still climb with children for 1/8 of a quiet adult vacation. Mostly, of course, compatriots, but also foreigners often ignore the adults only (16+) sign.
The beach is normal, clean, sandy, but there are pebbles at the entrance to the sea, so it is more convenient to go down or dive into the sea from the pier.
3. NUTRITION
24/7, BUT the logistics of the points and opening hours are not very convenient: breakfast, brunch (in fact, what is left of breakfast), lunch (respectively, what is left of brunch) in the main restaurant from 7-12 o'clock, lunch (we were once), dinner also in the main restaurant. There is a beach bar with food on site (not bad), a food court, a waffle maker, but they work from 12-16. I like to snack on what I drink, so for me, going to the pool / beach at 9:00 and before 18:00-19:00 it is not very convenient.
The food is good in quality, there is also enough quantity, there is a variety: seafood, meat, PP, pasta, rolls, pizza, burgers - everything can be found.
In any case, do not spend money on a la carte restaurants. We had the opportunity to go for free, we went to the fish shop. There is no service, the hot snacks were obviously heated in the microwave, but they did not take into account that the ceramics heats up faster than the food in it, so they brought a cold stew of shrimp and cold octopus under melted cheese.
They did not wait for hot food, and they were no longer hungry after snacks.
In general, I did not come to eat, so I am calm about food....
And I'm not calm about drinking)….
4. ALCOHOL
There is also a wide variety of alcohol. Imported, of course, is of better quality, but I love delicious cocktails and there is of course pain....
Normal cocktails are prepared only in the lobby and the lower bar in the main building. Yes, and there you need to remember the bartenders and come to specific bartenders in their shifts, because they cook a lot! All bartenders will have one cocktail with different serving and possibly different ingredients, respectively, different flavors.
There is NO menu, no bar card!
What they can offer needs to be intuited, or the QR code on the tables may shed some light on this issue.
At all other bars: pool, beach, etc. they prepare at the level of whiskey cola, gin and tonic, pour beer into a glass .....
In short, everyone has their own 🙌
A separate point about the waiters is that the service is weak.
They come up, smile, listen, walk away and if he is not there for 3 minutes, then he has forgotten the order, and even if you call him again, it will be like the first meeting for him ... I had to order 2-3 times to get something.

the day of arrival at the hotel, it was about 9 o'clock in the morning, as soon as the hotel staff got off the bus, they picked up our suitcases and put them in the luggage room. They offered to sit in the lobby, taking their passports. Everything was quickly arranged and despite checking into the hotels at 14 o'clock, after an hour of waiting (at that time we were offered breakfast) they gave us a room, after seeing us off and telling us everything. A couple of minutes later, the suitcases arrived.
If you switch from breakfast to hotel meals, then 5. The hotel is large and the main restaurant is divided into zones: Turkish dishes, pasta, wok, barbecue, sushi, fish, tandoor dishes, PP, well, as usual, cheeses, dessert, pastries, pizza, fruits (various and many), drinks, a children's table. There is a lot of everything, for every taste.
In addition to the main restaurant, there is a food court and a beach bar. Food around the clock)))
Drinks are also everywhere and delicious. I'm a cocktail lover. Mojitos, sex on the beach, pinacolada were popular all day on the beach. The territory is beautiful. There are slides for children, there are adults. The pool is for children, for adults and upstairs is for adults only. It's very beautiful. We prefer the sea to the sea, we do not go to the pools.
About the sea: there were always enough sunbeds, no matter what time they came. The entrance is sand with pebbles, the descent is steep, several meters and immediately deep. It is very comfortable for adults. Kids with armbands)
The hotel offers excursions both by representatives of tour operators and on the beach. The first ones are cheaper. The hotel is located at the end of Belek, there is nowhere to go for a walk. But it's not necessary. The hotel has EVERYTHING on site. In the evening, there is live music and delicious drinks in the upstairs bar. There are shows, concerts and drinks downstairs. The staff is responsive. The restaurants constantly serve drinks both in the afternoon and in the evening. There are also Russian-speaking girls at the reception. They will never ignore a request.

I want to warn users who will pay extra for a side view of the sea. Do not move into a new building. They start with numbers 93.. on the right side of the entrance. on the contrary, 15 meters away, across the street there is a ventilation unit of a neighboring hotel. You can't enjoy the view, the installation works around the clock, noise, smells. We lived right across the street. To my request for a replacement number. The answer was that there were no available rooms, and there was a side view of the sea.
