Convenient location, close to the metro, on the way to the metro you can walk along the cozy streets (especially everything is very beautifully decorated in winter). There are many places near the center where you can have a delicious meal and drink coffee.

A good business center with its own Parking and security. There is a car wash in the underground parking. However, there is a Dynamo stadium nearby, which often hosts events that can interfere with the workflow.

A stylish building with a small coffee shop on the ground floor and a cute flower shop. Office layouts are not bad. There is another small cafe for the staff of this building. Parking, but only for employees (but not for everyone). Parking is, in principle, a problem.

Honestly, I waited for the 10 minutes necessary to smoke and recover, found out three times that "the subscriber's device is outside the network coverage area" and left.
