I celebrated my birthday in this space (a large hall), there were 18 people and it was very comfortable, spacious and atmospheric for everyone.
The hall is technically well equipped
Artyom, the person who met us, was very friendly and comfortable, connected everything, explained, showed.
I solved any questions quickly.(the receptionist is always in the room, so you can safely approach to ask for help)
All the guests respond positively, I am very glad that I found and addressed you specifically.

The location is quite convenient, trams and buses run nearby, there is a metro nearby. An effective loft-style room. The courtyard area allows you to park, but the road surface leaves much to be desired, it will not be very easy to walk from an abandoned car in high-heeled shoes. It is also worth considering that on weekdays the gates from Chapaev's side close at 21:00 and you can only get out towards Zakharova Street. It is also very fresh in the corridors and toilet during the cold season

On December 30, I spent my birthday, 25 people, rented a room of 75 sq. m.
comfortable, decorated the hall in a New Year's style, a beautiful and cozy location for both photos and entertainment.
The administrator, Daria, helped with the connection and actually helped in cases where something did not go according to plan.

I didn't like the fact that the edge (a small side) protrudes along the edges of the tables
We played the settings and it was impossible to move the card from the table. It runs into the edge and it pisses me off :-))) We were noticed with the maps, but a little alcohol made this quest quite fun.

It's a very nice place! Cozy, warm. The design and interior are pleasant. Today was a friend's birthday party. In my opinion, the hall is designed for about 20 people (so as not to push their asses), but you can accommodate more. Smoking outside (not very convenient, considering the 3rd floor of the steep USSR factory stairs). The rating is 5 out of 5. Everyone was satisfied.

My favorite space in Minsk.
Firstly, the ONL is equipped with amazing technology for all occasions (it captivates me that as a speaker I only manage to work with a head microphone here) and it's a pleasure
Secondly, the staff here is like a family. No one will leave, they will always help, all requests will be taken into account and they will be there for the duration of the entire event
Thirdly, the venue is suitable for both concerts (TOP sound) and chamber events due to the interior.

We booked a membership for a family holiday. It is not the first time that we entrust our events to the art space "Bricks" and every time we remain completely delighted! The space is perfect for different event formats, and the atmosphere here is simply unique. The organization is at the highest level, everything is thought out to the smallest detail. I liked the space itself, it was cozy, quiet, and just what I needed for small creative events. Friendly receptionist. In general, it's not bad. But it would take time to find something. There are no signs from the entrance to the territory, and then everything is OK in the entrance. There's even a self-service coffee machine.

I booked a hall for an event that does not fall under the Tour, on the advice of other guys who did the same format there repeatedly. I called, agreed, made an advance payment for the reservation for the end of November practically. The hostess, after talking with us a little, sooo insisted on a meeting, and all she was worried about were the most detailed questions about our event. We immediately replied to her in the messenger about the event and the format. It even began to alarm us - what kind of unhealthy interest!? When the same events take place there often !!! As a result, they said that we would come but later.
Further, for certain reasons, the event had to be canceled and then the "dancing with a tambourine" began, They immediately sent us a form on which there was no text for a refund, just by receipt, as in the store they said they would not refund the money! I wrote a statement, signed it and sent it to the messenger, but they told me that I had to bring it personally!!! Although the law says the opposite, (you can send it in electronic form so that the money is returned)...
In general, the experience is extremely negative, the incomprehensible behavior of the administration, incomprehensible unnecessary questions.
According to the guys, the space is not bad, but the administration is not ...
I also asked the director to send a payment card to the bank for a refund based on an e-mail application, she never sent it! That's such respect...
and it was with great pleasure that she informed me that I would receive the money only on Monday (after the weekend)...
Decide for yourself, friends...
That's the kind of negative experience I had with this organization.

The room is beautiful, and that's it.
It is difficult to find a place, there is no maintenance. If you are not an organization, but a private person, prepare for the difficulties of communicating with the staff, then Nick will not lead you by the handle and will not show or tell you anything about the room and conditions, unless you ask yourself. The main feature of this art space is "unpleasant surprises".
The deposit for the refusal of the lease has not been returned for a year, although I sent two letters, since there is no desire to go there and meet with these people!

A good room, neat decor and lighting, reasonable rental price. The acoustics are not very good - there are a lot of echoes, the sound flies and reflects off the "brick" walls. However, it is quite possible to build up a good sound for a musical group with live instruments and even drums.
