I signed up for a Japanese pedicure. The recording was done online. The phrase on the website that "online recording is equivalent to recording by phone and does not require confirmation" allowed me to confidently plan a visit to the salon. In the evening before the day of the visit, I received a call and was told that for a Japanese manicure (or pedicure - I don't remember what the administrator called, but since I was booked for a pedicure, I was sure that it was about him) there are no materials and you can sign up in a week. But since I needed a pedicure urgently, I said that it was not fundamentally Japanese for me, but you can do an ordinary one, coated with a light or transparent varnish. The receptionist asked me to reschedule the recording and I went to the meeting. The receptionist met me at the studio and said that the MANICURE master would be right there. To my objection that I had signed up for a pedicure, the receptionist began to convince me that it was about a manicure. Even a screenshot of the recording did not immediately convince her otherwise.
I was accepted, but... When I was asked to treat my feet, they replied: "if we make it", as a result, they walked me a couple of times with a grinding machine, but at home I noticed how poorly the work was done.
In addition: the workplace is dirty, the tool is in a mess. I was only sure about the processing of the scissors, because they were packed.
It is clear that the situation is freelance and the administrator made a mistake (it happens to everyone), but except for a quick and simple way to provide a service, neither the administrator nor the master did anything.
PS I am surprised to read reviews about the proposed drinks and other things. They didn't even offer me water, although it was hot enough.
The impression of this salon is very negative...
I thought for a long time about leaving a negative review or not, but I must admit that Minsk, represented by the nail salon Brushes, disappointed me. Essentially manicure: different length of nails on the hands, one thumb is generally uneven, the middle finger in the morning turned out to be either broken off or unpainted, the nails are not painted along the borders. During the manicure, 4 cuticles were cut, which are now inflamed. And yet, as it turned out, French, ombre, and the master does not know how to do design. In general, I am disappointed, if I lived in Minsk, I would return for the cost of services.
It is very dirty, there is dust on the table from the nails of previous clients. The palette with shades was not given immediately, gels were shown directly from jars (also dirty and dusty). The master worked without a mask, without gloves. The gel was applied in a fairly thick layer. Well, in the end, they incorrectly read the amount of manicure for 1 rub (a trifle, but still), they did not name the price when paying, they immediately gave a terminal for card payment.
Impressions are so-so)
