It's a pity, they moved from the center to Shabany. But an Industrial warehouse is more interesting and there are no problems with parking, as in an overloaded warehouse on Platonov.
The cargo arrived undamaged, I contacted the company 2 times, everything is fine as always, the location is great for me. Nice girls at the design, especially Elena.
I am a calm person, but when faced with this company, I was beside myself. Part of the cargo was missing 2 times. To make up an act is 1.5 hours of time from life. It is impossible to find out about the approximate arrival of the cargo, no one takes the phone. I wish them new leadership, because the staff is the only one I think works the way they are allowed and paid.
This company in Russia operates on a solid 4, this branch does not even reach 1. They promise to call back for 2 weeks and do not call, they may not pick up the phone, courier delivery is a separate kind of perversion - a courier without maps and navigators and messengers will call and, threatening non-arrival, rudely swearing to find out the way) dear company, buy a navigator for the courier!!
They are constantly being driven for a long time. The last shipment went for more than a month, it was disassembled into two different places. As a result, to this day, the second part of the cargo has not arrived and in general I think we have lost it. I don't recommend it.

On December 21, a parcel was sent from Krasnodar, the delivery date is December 26 (they always delivered 3-5 days in advance, although sometimes other people's parcels). From 12/27 to the current moment (lunch on January 3), I do not know where the parcel is, no one picks up the phones, robots are in chat rooms and, if I'm lucky, some girl who knows nothing and has nothing to do with Minsk. Management, why the hell can't I get through to your "specialists" for more than a week and find out where my expensive cargo is?

The delivery of goods in the warehouse takes forever. No one serves customers, half an hour in the cold is unclear what you are waiting for. The bottom is full.
