Too frequent delays have started and it would be fine for 1-2 days, but sorry for a week it's too much. As they said at the warehouse, until Astana collects 25 tons, there will be no shipment to Karaganda. So sorry, we are not going for free, we pay for the transportation of cargo. In December, I couldn't receive it from the 15th, I received it only on the 22nd. In January, there is a delivery on the 7th, today it is already the 12th, there is no cargo.

Good afternoon! We ordered delivery through this company from St. Petersburg to Karaganda. When opening the package, traces of nails were found on the furniture (due to the crate). We have compiled a letter of claim, attached photos and videos. A month has passed, there is no response and no refund! The company cannot answer clearly!
