And we really like this place. The cuisine is really original, there are delicious and unusual dishes. The staff is very polite. The price tag is average, there are places with higher prices. This is one of our favorite places in Kharkov

It's a disgusting place.
We were a company of 7 people on 06/16/2016. We had booked a table in advance, but it was not ready for our arrival. The menu was brought one for all, 15 minutes after the request to bring more menus, we finally received 3 additional copies.
The dishes turned out even worse. During the order, it was agreed that the longest cooking dish would be ready in 25 minutes, but we received our order in 1.5 hours!!! During all this time, no one has ever approached, asked if everything is in order, no one is at all interested in whether the customer has received his order.
After serving the dishes, they asked for bread and napkins. Bread was received after 40 minutes, after 4 reminders, napkins were not received at all.
The receptionist in the hall saw the situation, however, did not solve it in any way. Moreover, she acted as if everything was in order. Coordinating the work of the waiters is probably not her responsibility.
In addition to the above, I will also clarify that only 6-7 tables were occupied in the establishment that day, and there was no problem with timely service at the next table from us (near which the administrator was constantly located).
If the establishment can't handle serving half of the tables they have, then what was the point of opening at all?
