(!) The visit was in the summer (June '24), so I don't know how relevant it is in late autumn-winter.
The place is very cool, calm, atmospheric. Many people come to work with a cup of coffee or another drink.
There are trees nearby, you can say you are in a park (in fact, it is)
Very attentive and friendly staff is a separate plus for them for the people.

It's a great atmosphere. A large selection of drinks and food. Even with a large load, drinks are quickly prepared.
Of the disadvantages, for me personally, there is no opportunity to drink on the spot, they always have a glass to take away (but there is somewhere to sit). At the same time, bamboo tubes. Which had advantages until the last one, until they tried to drink through them. They taste disgusting 😅

Two stars for a picturesque place, there is nothing more to put on. The staff is boorish, the prices are above average, the barista persuaded us to take cider instead of coffee (apparently lattes take longer to make), so then they also went to see that God forbid we did not bring anything from another institution. We arrived at 7 pm, repairs are underway in the lobby of the coffee shop, drills are cracking, there are 1.5 tables in the coffee shop itself, which are occupied by "businessmen" with laptops. The barista answered my question "are you working?" (the question was asked because he ignored us and just laid out coffee standing on a chair) He replied something unintelligible. Hurtful.

I visited this institution on December 23, 2024. Yes, it turns out that it also works in winter. The area is small, but cozy. There are few tables, and the atmosphere is very peaceful during the cold season. There are blankets to cover myself with, but I was warm, so I didn't need them. Nice barista girl. I ordered a latte and a carrot sponge cake, both items were to my taste.

Super lamp coffee shop, very pleasant atmosphere, you can sit on the street, there are various establishments and bars nearby, but the coffee shop among them lives its own life. The guys have their own roasting, their achievements are known far beyond the borders of Belarus, which indicates their level. The staff cannot be called just employees, in this place you feel like in a circle of acquaintances, if you have questions about coffee and not only, they are always ready to share their experience. There is no need to filter one time at a time. It's good, then not so good, then the leftovers that are already cool, then bitter, then tasteless. It would seem that set up the grinding, put the right water filter with a mineralizer, drain it every 3 hours and cook a new one, but no. The situation is the same for grains: the brewing method is always v60, the temperature is always the same, I use scales and a timer, there is only one water, and still there is a difference between even one batch. So I switched to another roaster. Fortunately, there was a top one in Minsk.
There are no questions for the staff, they are always polite and good. Apparently there are problems with management, lack of enthusiasm and turning a good rosteria into a very ordinary business.
