I must say, the kitchen is perfectly assembled. I would like to say separately about the kitchen designer Olga Tsvik. A girl with a "lively" mind, well-versed in work programs, who knows the company's product base, in the topic of new products and trends in furniture design. An excellent specialist, I thought about many things that did not even occur to us, but they are so important in everyday life. She took into account all our wishes and created a unique design. Throughout the assembly, I always helped with advice.

I've been ordering the kitchen since early November. Everything was fine in the beginning. The designer worked perfectly and offered the best option for us. But then things started to get weird. The kitchen was delayed on delivery dates, and the logistics team refuses to book installers and hinting at that. that we have everything spelled out in the contract. This was very frustrating because you don't get any communication skills for your money in the future. I advise you to contact another company that will plan everything for you! And that's it. This company does not have its own staff of installers. In short, the staff's response is "We paid the money-figure it out for yourself"

It's time to replace the kitchen. They began to search and ask. The choice fell on the "Kitchen Module". We came across the manager Daria, who steadfastly endured all our "wishes". My wife and I have different understandings of what should be and how it should be. Daria suggested everything, explained, and clearly showed the differences. Everything changed from the color of the facade to the number of cabinets and their location. The kitchen itself was assembled quickly and it remained in the warehouse until the installation object was ready. Installer Ilya, (special thanks) even at the stage of laying tiles, took the time to specify the points that may arise during installation. I worked without a "tambourine", as everything is bad and crooked. It was done beautifully 🤝
Of the disadvantages, the installation of the kitchen was carried out by one person, although the object is large and complex.

We ordered the kitchen. As a result: 1. They wanted to open the upper cabinets behind the facade, but in the end they just can't open half of them, they have to pick, because there's nothing to grab on to, no one even said about it. 2. I wanted a pull-out shelf in the column for a coffee machine, I said all the sizes and how I want, as a result, neither the height nor the width of the coffee machine does not stand up. 3. Where there are pushers, which I didn't even know about, the software designer put expensive closers, why is unclear, as a result, I have to approach and manually close everything. 4. For some reason, the sockets were made according to the project not in the middle, but near the sink, as a result, the kettle does not even reach the hood. 5. The kitchen floor in undercuts is a separate kind of art, the installer did not even cut according to the project, but cut it in his own way, because the kitchen would not even stand up. 6. Two facades were lost, then the hinges were forgotten to order, they were fed breakfast. A week later, they found the facades, ordered the hinges, but again they were not the same - I had to run myself instead of buying work, because to go buy from them is about a month of waiting, and the designer stopped contacting after that. 7. The manager promised that the collector would put the backlight on, but he said that he was not an electrician, he had not shot anything in advance and had to hire an outside person. If it's short, then just a song!

This immediately endeared us to KM, since they took measurements from us elsewhere and said that they had such a number of projects that in 2-3 weeks they would start drawing a project for us. Everything is in place right there. They show you how the kitchen can look like, they orient you according to the final price. You understand what to expect and just enjoy the process. Tea, coffee, water in the office. Everything is very wisely done) pleasant service. You come to the company and realize that the manager understands all the nuances and does not want to sell you something more expensive, but works through your request from top to bottom. A good selection of fittings, facades. We had a lot of questions, as the first experience was such and there were nuances with the gas pipe. Everyone told me in what order to do. Olga was in touch all the time and even on her day off she picked up the phone and consulted, for which I am very grateful to her as a specialist and as a person. Everything is according to the contract, every cost is spelled out. The only thing is that we were a little set up for faster production times. But the kitchen was done for a long time, the whole repair was on time. You always need to focus on the deadline for readiness, we have learned)) in part, we expected faster production, because we were convinced of this in the office. But then the support department said that there were some supply problems with our facades. As a result, it took another week to wait for the installation. This is the only moment that was a little disappointing in cooperation with KM. Otherwise, everything is great. The installer is just gold. Everything is sooooo neat, high-quality, polite. All questions have answers. We lifted everything to the 7th floor on foot, as the deadlines fell on the replacement of the elevator in the entrance. Thanks to all the staff, it was not easy, but no one refused to lift the furniture. Everyone who comes to visit us notes that the kitchen is very beautiful. My mother-in-law ordered a kitchen for herself as well in KM. I can safely advise you.

Good day everyone! We ordered the kitchen from the Kitchen Module Online company. Three companies contacted us with options for our cuisine… Only in the Kitchen Module Online manager Daria approached our project with full responsibility. Our initial project has undergone at least three changes, during the month Daria was always in touch and steadfastly tolerated our wishes. The kitchen was made earlier than promised, but we were not ready to accept it. The company held our order and as soon as we were ready, it was delivered. The delivery and lifting to the apartment was promptly carried out by one person (I'm sorry I don't remember the name). After delivery, the collector Sergey contacted us and started working within a week. Sergey's attitude to work is beyond praise (assembly culture, scrupulousness in small things and deadlines for completion of work). I haven't met such people for a long time.
