Extremely disappointed with Kiwi Post services. My package, delivered by FedEx, mysteriously disappeared at their branch. Despite FedEx providing a document with the signature of their employee, Kiwi Post denies receiving the package. Moreover, the company admitted that couriers sometimes sign on behalf of their staff, exposing customers to enormous risks.
I also discovered that they failed to review video footage when I first raised my complaint. A month later, they started investigating but claimed that the recordings might have already been deleted. If I had known about such negligence and lack of transparency, I would never have used their services. Be cautious when entrusting them with your shipments.
