The first time they made it so that only I could close the window. The handle turned with very great effort, and moreover, it did not completely twist. They started saying that my pen was bad, something else. We came to redo it, it got a little better, so now the wind began to blow through the window. They don't want to fix it, they don't accept it as a complaint. The company's excuses: you need to change the window, the handle, and in general, the adjustment was not included in the price. We can come to adjust it for 80 UAH. A curtain… I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!
