This is not a hospital at all. I don't even know what to call it. The fact that it is necessary to buy all medicines for Ukrainian medical institutions is not news. They surprised me by asking if they had brought bed linen with them. Mom was admitted to cardiology. There is no thermometer or tonometer in the department. No procedures are performed on weekends, there are no doctors at all. That is, they put ivs on for three days, then a three-day break (Merry Christmas, dear doctors!), then they are going to put IVs on again. At night, one of the women in the ward had a nosebleed. They couldn't get through to the nurse on duty for more than an hour. There's just no one there at all. I remind you, this is cardiology. On Saturday, some pipe burst, they say, on the fifth floor. The cardiology department is on the second floor. Water flows down the wall and drips from the ceiling in the corner. No one, not the department head, not the doctor on duty (it looks like they don't have doctors on duty on weekends and holidays). Outside the window -18. The room is damp. Everyone is already coughing and putting a bottle of water under the door to somehow ventilate the room.
