There is only one advantage in this market, a grocery store located opposite the entrance from the bus stop. They make delicious and inexpensive coffee there. Otherwise, no one has been involved in the market yet. Personally, my opinion is that the market remained in the nineties, you can't pay with cards everywhere, there are a lot of cash for would-be builders.
