When searching for a bicycle, the child was stopped at random at this store. During a conversation with the manager, we found out that they have such a bike that we were looking for. We received a pump and gearshift protection as a gift. The bike was completely assembled and the wheels were pumped up. Yes, they have a joint with delivery, after losing one day they drove up and took it away. Thank you, the bike price was the most pleasant in the city

We bought an electric scooter in this store, which broke down two days later, called the store and took the scooter away to find out the causes of the breakdown. Then the most interesting thing began, when calling the store by phone, the manager said that he could arrange for the examination to show our fault in the breakdown, with further calls, the same manager already threatened to send people to "sort it out" with us, he also offered the president's number so that they would call him directly and decide with him this question.

Before contacting this store, I advise you to monitor the reviews in detail. The real situation is in October 2022. We chose a children's bike and ordered it. What is the result? There was no chosen bike color, the completeness did not match the description (there was no basket), the pedals barely scrolled. The child's birthday is in 2 days. The website indicates a 3% discount when providing a supporting document. When drawing the manager's attention to this, we were told that this price is already low, we are selling off the leftovers and the discount is not valid, although there is not a word about it on the website! Draw your own conclusions.

I ordered NAMEKESS S2000D for the child with delivery. There are no questions about the delivery. They brought the bike – my wife took it. The box is whole – there are no questions. I returned home – there is a box from aist in the hallway (YES!!! A box with a turquoise stork sticker). It was kind of alarming. Well, it's not the box that matters, but what's inside… And inside it is a miracle. Yes, a miracle!!! Was he probably found in the trash??? It's all dirty, covered in some kind of red dust - you can't take it with your hand. Rusty!!! Yes, yes. RUSTY. The paint is knocked down in places, and has already become covered with a patina, it's a pity it's not noble. The frame inside is rusty!!! The steering wheel is just tin. There is no factory packaging on the frame (wrapping with a soft material). In this regard, there are numerous badass stickers and scratches on the paintwork. The axle of the rear axle is bent – the wheel!!!It is not centered!!! ("beats"). I wrote them a claim on the website - silence in response. Avoid this store!!!

I bought an electric scooter in this place, the weather was fine and I was too happy with my purchase that I completely forgot to take a guarantee, and the seller himself did not offer it to me.soon there were difficulties with the scooter , I called the store, they admit that the scooter was sold, but the director refuses the warranty.like your problems, maybe you changed something.I think that since problems started with him, it means that the store knew about the problems initially.I do not recommend this store to buy, take care of your money and nerves.I will give the scooter for repair (in my opinion, the battery was replaced in the scooter, since the scooter does not pass the distance stated by the manufacturer, it was charged 7 times and drove 50 km)
