The hotel was chosen according to the principle - to fly straight tomorrow, it is not in the stop and is immediately approved, they are ready to settle me alone (unfortunately, there are many hotels in Turkey where one man simply does not settle). What can I say - an old hotel. I won't say that he was killed, but I think repairs were done here a very, very long time ago. The food can be said without a choice - it was the same all the time, although it was in August. There is absolutely no choice in drinks, cocktails are made only simple and it is not clear how. If you want something a little better than it is, pay. The beach is so-so, but you can live. On the beach, only water and jupi are available for drinks. Will I come here again - of course not. If I go to Alanya, maybe I will, but a little further along the coast, there are normal hotels there.
We've been here 2 times. Yes. The hotel is not very popular. There is no super duper entertainment. But the prices were affordable. I don't know now, maybe they've gone up in price. I liked everything there, as we walked, looked at the surroundings, went on excursions. We didn't stay in hotels for a day.
We were accommodated in a 5-star hotel, in fact 3. As for our "ultra all inclusive" accommodation, I would say ultra everything is off. The Bible globe, Anex, and Intourist are famous for these works. The hotel is on a solid three. There is almost nothing for free, the kitchen is not very diverse and constantly peppered. I repeat, everything in the hotel is for money, except for standard rooms and the usual all-inclusive for Turkey (three meals, and local disgusting swill, which they themselves do not even drink). The beach is across the street (underpass), there is a bar, everything for money (except soda), very large pebbles. Yes, there is also evening entertainment for children (20 minutes) and adults (40 minutes). The pastels are rarely changed, the rooms are cleaned every few days (at least the garbage is removed from the room every day).
We went at the end of May. The staff is good. Everyone is smiling and saying hello. The room is a bit old, but you can live. The food is delicious, but there is not much of it. There is no smell of bleach from the pool. Slides are standard. Animators are always joking, etc. I don't know why the reviews are bad. Maybe the staff has been corrected. By the way, we were supposed to live in Building C, but it was under repair and we were given in A. There are enough shops on the main street. We drove to it for 3.5 hours. But our bus broke down halfway. So maybe it would have been faster. Not a bad hotel.
Overall, I liked it. 1st line, close to the beach. Clean, rooms are cleaned daily. The food, although All, is average. There is little meat and fish, a lot of cheese and vegetables. Animation for children, monotonous. The beach is private, there are sun loungers. The entrance to the water is not very convenient, there are a lot of large stones. On solid 4. There is a minus, far from the airport, 140 km. We drove for a long time.
There are three single beds in the room for two, I had to move two, but it's still not very comfortable at the junction. One bedside table with one drawer has a phone on it; the second bed was covered with blankets, used as a dump for things, since there were 4 hangers in the closet, although the closet itself is very impressive in size. The room has excellent air conditioning, three sconces, a lamp above the door; a large clean mirror, under it a table with one drawer for various small things and a mini-refrigerator with two bottles of water; next to it on the next table is an antique TV, from Russian channels - Russia, TNT. There is an armchair and a small table near it.
The bathroom is small, a huge mirror, a huge granite sink, a dispenser with liquid soap, a hair dryer and an additional outlet next to it, a phone for some reason; a bathtub, a shower, a dispenser with gel + shampoo 2in1 (liked it); an old curtain; a bucket for garbage, three rolls of toilet paper, towels large 2, medium 2, there is one for the legs, a dryer and a shelf for towels. WiFi is paid, weak and expensive.
A balcony with a view of the neighboring residential building and a bit of the sea; on the balcony there are two plastic armchairs, a small table with an ashtray, a clothes dryer is very squishy; the side of the room is not sunny.
There is a smell in the room, either of dampness (I did not notice mold) or chalk (lime, whitewash), as my boyfriend says; they opened the door to the balcony to ventilate - it does not help, over time you get used to it and sniff. The smell is musty, like damp things. The furniture, linen and everything else in the room is very old and old, but tolerable) It was as if they had come to visit their grandmother in the village.
The food is not bad. There is little meat, a lot of cheese, greens, vegetables. The bar has a small selection of alcohol. They are fed three times at the hotel: breakfast at 8:00, lunch at 13:00, dinner at 19:00. From 16:00 to 17:00 they are fed on the terrace by the beach. The kitchen is open at night, where you can eat soup, olives, olives, cheeses and a bunch of breakfast cereals. Queues of three forks))) I had to either stand and wait or come later, but then all the most interesting things were already swept away.
A great budget vacation on the first coastline, the food is super! The on-site pools and animation work perfectly. The rooms are average and cozy. The staff is friendly. The Internet is terrible, wifi is paid, and it pulls very badly. In general, we are satisfied with the rest.
A good 4-star hotel, of the disadvantages, it is far from the airport, there may be problems when checking in since the hotel has 3 buildings in block C, it is better not to check in, there are many Russian speakers in the hotel and the bar is open 24/7, Tagil may appear, but this did not happen with me, the staff is kind, especially the bartenders Wi-Fi is paid, the bar is on the beach, too, except without alcohol. The entrance to the sea is normal, there are plates, but there is a large place between them to enter, in general I recommend this hotel
Review of the Klas Dom hotel. Alanya, Mahmutlar.
At 3 with a minus!!!
The hotel is small, not well maintained, devastation, garbage. The furniture and plumbing are old. The loud slamming of the doors in the rooms is very annoying. It looks like they're clapping hard on purpose, but maybe it's drafts. I can't sleep. But there is always hot water. The beach is also dirty: there are a lot of cigarette butts in the sand. Although there are urns, it is more fun for our tourists to smoke right on the sunbed, shaking the ashes into the sand and then extinguish the cigarette butt, leaving it in the sand. There are a lot of broken sun beds, torn mattresses. Nevertheless, you need to run to the beach early in the morning and score at least something, otherwise everything is already occupied by 9 am. Many are lying on the sand, buying their umbrellas and towels. You need to have your own towels for the beach, they are paid here. The entrance to the sea is good, it does not hurt, because there are very small pebbles, almost sand. There are many large stones and slabs under the water, you need to swim carefully. It is better to wear a mask, there is something to see underwater, a lot of fish, squid. The sea is warm and clean, it made me happy!
And now about nutrition... I've never found fault with this fact, but it's a nightmare here. There's always a queue. There is no choice. It's the same thing every day: rice, stewed vegetables, sometimes potatoes. Meat is mostly chicken. There are not enough places at the tables, you need to run around looking. The staff is lazy, not efficient. I always had to look for forks, napkins, and plates. They do not have time to clean the dishes and set the tables for the next tourists. Soup bowls are always unwashed, with a touch, I stopped taking soups after the first time.
On Wednesdays, they say, a Turkish night is arranged, all the staff rushes into dancing and singing, tortillas are fried, grilled fish, meat on a spit, like a shawarma, that's delicious, but you need to queue for about an hour behind all this!!!!.... A huge cake is being brought out! Delicious!
Bars - almost everything is paid. Pour it yourself from the vending machines for free.
We had two days of rest left, and suddenly it turns out that some of the tourists were moved to another hotel. And they didn't touch us, because we were leaving soon. But because of this, there is nothing to eat in the restaurant, and the already meager selection of dishes has been reduced. On the beach, three quarters of the sunbeds and umbrellas were removed by brazenly dumping things on the sand, driving all the rest to a small part of the beach. No one explained anything, people are outraged!!!
In short, the hotel does not even meet the stated 4!
I'm not going there anymore!!!!
For everyone who wants to relax in Turkey, at the klas hotel, I do not recommend staying at this hotel. Reasons: the staff's disdainful attitude towards vacationers, disgusting service. The numbers are for two. After renting out the rooms, the hotel refused to feed us and demanded five dollars per person for lunch. In our room, without the use of force, the front door and the door to the toilet did not open. The refrigerators are not working, the cabinets in the nightstands are falling off. The electric kettle is cracked. The air conditioner worked from time to time. Wi-Fi was paid, although it was written on the website itself that it was free.In general, we did not like it
Wi-Fi is paid, there is no beach bar, no tennis, no pool bar, with breaks, only beer, whiskey and vodka are served, all of low quality. The rooms have old worn furniture. The rooms are cleaned only in the evening. There is no hot water, complete sanitation. Anywhere but here.

The only advantage is the location. There are no 4 stars here. 2-2.5 maximum!
The rooms are tiny, terrible, and have never been renovated. The restaurant is small, the food runs out quickly. The tables are always occupied, I've seen people eating standing at the bar many times! If you are "lucky enough" to live in this hellhole at the same time as the Turks vacationing here, get ready for open rudeness and outstanding arrogance on their part. They behave like monkeys, the staff is on their side. There are queues of 15-20 minutes at the grill and baking points. The staff is rude. The drinks at the bar are disgusting. The beach is small, there are not enough sun beds for everyone, they are always busy. The entrance to the sea is also disgusting (slabs, stones). Welcome to Turkey.
It is very far to get from Antalya airport, we drove 4 hours and Gazi Pasha airport is half an hour away from the hotel. I was outraged by this. The Hotel itself does not pull 4 stars. The rooms have antique furniture and the smell of antiquity.Curtains and tulle have not been tried for a long time. The bed linen and towels are white and clean. For some reason, they didn't give out a towel for the legs in the shower. The food was fresh and delicious. The sea is close within a three-minute walk through the underpass. The entrance to the sea is very dangerous everywhere on the entire coast of Mahmutlar there are natural plates If the sea is stormy, you can break your arms or legs or worse, hit your head. There are two swimming pools on the territory of the hotel, which helps a lot.In the evening, you can walk around the village itself, there are many cafes, shops all within walking distance and besides it is very well maintained.
The hotel is located by the sea. Responds to his class. Clean, good selection of food in the restaurant. Russians are behaving badly. They drink a lot and shout.
Arrived at the hotel on 06/21/2019. Well, guys, I want to say that everything is disgusting.food is not possible to eat.the rooms are dirty.pools too. Do not go to this hotel even with a burning ticket.

The hotel is certainly not 4 stars, but three. The food is so-so, I tried to eat. But after 2 days of eating, I switched to a cafe. I've hardly been to the hotel. Because I love outdoor activities. I advise everyone on the beach to build a house with entertainment (jet skis, banana, fishing) I went fishing very much, the whole catch is then cooked by the guys, it was very tasty.
They are rude. The manager from Kyrgyzstan cannot solve a single issue. Always making a face like a brick. At best, 3 people who are not striving for anything.
