I called in the morning, made an appointment with a certain master at 13:00, arrived at 12:55, the master has a client for a haircut.The girl said that you need to wait 10-15 minutes.(the haircut has just begun)I don't understand the point of recording if you still have to wait, explaining that people are walking.There are no complaints about master Elena, but the management and the girl administrator leave much to be desired!!!I didn't hear an elementary "sorry".
