We visited a barbershop with a friend, did styling. We were satisfied with the work of the masters. Well done girls. Attentive, courteous, professionals in their field.I recommend.
I really liked the service! Attentive and friendly girls . Pleasant communication and a great mood after visiting the salon . I definitely recommend it! !!
I went to this barbershop, asked to remove 1/3 of the total length of the hair from above, but the hairdresser decided not to visually show and not ask how much hair should be cut, but simply profiled the hair with scissors. Of course, this did not suit me, because this is not what I would like, so I asked her to remove her hair even more, but she continued to profile her hair with scissors. So I asked 2 times to change the length of my hair.
It's still okay, if it were all about unprofessionalism, then I wouldn't even write anything. The fact is that she (the hairdresser) began to behave passively-aggressively, and then she began to be indignant, regarding the fact that I myself do not know what length of hair I want, well, or I tell her wrongly, and she is of course right, and in general she needs to be faster, because a client is waiting for her by appointment, but she cuts my hair off the record and supposedly I should still be grateful to her that she agreed to cut my hair. For the most part, I simply did not react to some words - I did not want to swear.
With regard to the object of the dispute, everything is very strange, because I almost always get a haircut exactly as I asked that day, and for some reason all hairdressers understand how long my hair needs, but it was in this barbershop that some problems arose in understanding "please cut 1/3 of the total length of hair from above." The issue was so global and required an immediate solution that the hairdresser needed to spend all his energy to ruin my great mood. And yes, I almost forgot about the cherry on the cake: at the end of the haircut, she brushed her shorn hair with a brush, and at the end of the same dirty hair brush she ran over the collar of her shirt.
Well, in general, it's a great place if you're bored and want to fight with someone and spoil your mood, so I won't go here anymore. Thank you for the extreme emotions.
Oh yes, please remove the ashtray with the steers near the entrance, it is already overflowing. It's not a joke, it's really crowded.
Probably my first negative review of the joint. Which never happened, by the way.
1) I wanted to enroll a 4-year-old child for a haircut: there was no time on the day of arrival. I asked if there was time for the next day. There was no suitable one and the notebook with the record was closed. I had to ask for some time myself.
2) When we finally came for a haircut (my child does not really like to get a haircut, he went without enthusiasm)) They told us from the doorway: "I will not entertain your child, I do not have time for this. Overwrite to another one." There is no time. By appointment. And I still didn't understand what would change after the rewrite.
After that response, we just turned around and left. Unfortunately, there is zero customer orientation.
I also want to write words of gratitude to Natasha's hairdresser. This is a miracle, not a master. She will always cut and style beautifully. Now I only go to her. And her husband also said that he would only go to her. She understands all the requests for a haircut right off the bat. And she's very pleasant to talk to. And Olya, the master of eyelash extension, is also a master with a capital letter. Thank you girls for your hard work. You're great.
Excellent hairdresser, accessible by car, good craftsmen. However, sometimes it is difficult to find time for a certain master because of the workload of those who want to be beautiful)))
Great hair salon.
I attended with a child, 1 year old. We were satisfied with the haircut of the child. Although the kid is absolutely not diligent, but master Valentina successfully coped with him. She also did an excellent hair toning for me, took into account all my wishes.
Very reasonable prices. Polite communication (as it is very important for me!)
I signed up for a haircut for a child, arrived at the appointed time with another small child, and it was closed there. No one bothered to call and warn, or write on the door that it was not working. I'm not going there anymore. It's a horror, not a barbershop.
