We rested at the hotel from 07/11/24 to 07/19.24. Somewhere it corresponds to its 4 stars, somewhere it does not. Positive. The main advantage is Cleopatra beach, 5-7 minutes walk to it. The purest warm water, there is always a place on the beach, beautiful views. Other advantages: a city hotel, in the evening you can always leave the hotel and walk around Alanya, it is beautiful. Nearby is a Migros chain store 100m away, like our Intersection - groceries, alcohol, manufactured goods, clothes. The prices are low, the choice is not bad. But no cards are taken from the Russian Federation, even Union Pay (but it is accepted on the Carefour network, it was very convenient to pay there without cash, it is 15-20 minutes walk from the hotel). There is a lot of food in the dining room, especially different vegetables. The food is delicious. Fruits are always ripe and fresh. I haven't tasted meat. The fish was 1-2 times all the time, it was delicious. Alcohol is only available at the pool bar. The beer is good, as are the local dry wines. There are no free drinks anywhere on the beach. We lived in a family room, 2 rooms. They cleaned it every day. Overall, the hotel made a pleasant impression. Minuses. There is no free Internet even at the reception. $ 20 a week, and for each device separately. The fitness room is just a name. There is no air conditioning, it is stuffy in the morning, there is no opportunity to practice. The rooms are clean but tired. Audibility, as if the walls are made of plywood. It's noisy by the pool in the evening, but the earplugs helped)).

Well, in general, for a city hotel, it is average, but there is food (it is absolutely monotonous for breakfast, lunch and dinner)a big minus for the dishes!¡! Plastic cups that are not wiped. The appliances are not wiped either... the plates are correspondingly the same.
For alcohol: of course, efes (diluted with water)
And small funfires with vodka, gin, liqueur and something else (I do not know, my husband and I did not drink it))) Aah, they still have wine, of course it's very cheap... white and red. (we haven't tried it either)
The pool is constantly dirty, it is cleaned every 4-5 days. The rest of the time it is cloudy yellow.
Bed linen: washed, wrinkled, pillowcases are not clear at all whether we changed them or not... The bedspreads are gray and dirty. The towels are white (fluffy), maybe we just came across them.
About the air conditioner: it worked for 2 days , and in the morning, when we turned it on, it poured water on us, then it grunted, made a noise, growled and we turned it off. A repairman was called: after 2 hours we had another battery, they came-replaced-connected. The repairman left dirt, there was a cleaner on the floor right there, I called her, she cleaned everything, and replaced the bedding. Because the repairman threw his tool on the bed. As a result, the entire room was completely cleaned for us!!!! They replaced the sheets, towels, and wiped the floors.
The staff is probably the only plus in this hotel!!!! The guys are young, smiling, joking, always positive.
True, there is one old man who went and got everyone, but he works on weekdays and until 5 o'clock)))) everything is much more fun and better without him)
This is not a 4ka... This is 3ka🤷♀️

Nice hotel! Great location. The restaurant is trying hard! The star was removed for poor noise insulation in the rooms, but this is not critical. The beach is public. The sea is great. The fortress is not far away. There is a place for walking around. Promenade. We were in early November, there were few people. We really liked it. The last photo shows a view of the fortress from the room.

We vacationed at Kleopatra Ada Hotel 4 * with the whole family in April 2024. Overall, I liked everything. The hotel rooms are clean and tidy. The service is polite and attentive. The food is like everywhere else, quite satisfying, without frills. The beach is comfortable, the sea was cool. I left a pleasant impression of the spa with a hammam and massage. Massage therapist Kadir Erdal works wonders. After his massage, my back stopped hurting, I felt younger and more beautiful. Thank you for a pleasant and useful stay.

Good evening! I never write reviews, but here it is really necessary that people know if there is an opportunity to make their choice in favor of another hotel, CHOOSE another one. We returned the other day, vacation July 2024, a family of 5 people, we are not picky.
Of the advantages, but this does not apply much to the hotel: the sea, the sun, meeting new super people. Another great massage, a massage therapist - Kadir (I'm sorry if I didn't spell the name correctly) at the hotel in the hammam. I went for a massage 3 times - Great!
Cons: as already mentioned, the dishes are dirty, maybe because of this, half of the hotel experienced all the symptoms of poisoning. Of the staff, the boys work hard, they have overseers who make sure that the vacationers do not eat or drink too much, the attitude is disgusting, angry.
The room was cleaned, but it was just a mess with a rag, I took a mop myself and washed the floor. The towels are all from a previous life, they should probably be white. The pool is very small.

We were in Turkey for the first time, and it so happened that we ended up in HELL.
Let's start with the pros. Employees (not all) They are trying to make our vacation better. The hotel is located 3 minutes from Cleopatra beach, Migros store (I recommend buying a store card from them right away, as the products are cheaper).That's all with the pros!
Now the cons.
The bed linen is not changed, even after the change of guests.The food is normal, but monotonous! Breakfast for children is only cereal and boiled eggs!For 12 days there has never been porridge, butter - it's also margarine. You can drink beer at the bar, the rest is not very good.The music is only Turkish (the hotel owner does not allow you to turn on another one!!!) ,the same music is playing (12-15 songs), by the end of the vacation we almost learned the songs (so if you are a fan of Turkish songs, you will like it)!!!!
Upon arrival at the hotel, we checked into a terrible room, in the morning we were given a more or less clean room with the help of American rubles, we forgot the children when moving jeans in the room (they asked to return them, but alas, they are gone!)
In short, I do not recommend the hotel!

The first time we flew to Turkey, we chose this hotel for 10 nights, as we are not picky. The rooms were cleaned off schedule , we were cleaned after 3 days , the next day after the first , then 4-5 days later they offered cleaning (before our eviction). The glasses on the bar were dirty , I took beer twice, and found crumbs at the bottom ... almost the whole rest smelled of sewage, at night the window could not be opened, the smell was very strong. Flies are flying everywhere, infuriating. The hammam seems to be free, but we went there, asked to turn it on, it was cold, and it remained. The pool is clean and nice. We rested in July-August 2024 at the Kleopatra ADA hotel, I do not recommend this hotel when choosing a tour - the rooms are small and dirty, in need of repair for a long time, the furniture is old, the bed linen is not ironed, the towels are old with holes, there are no bathrobes, there are not even disposable slippers, despite the fact that the hotel positions itself as 4*. On the plus side, cleaning was carried out daily, towels were changed according to schedule. The food is not bad in principle, but due to the fact that glasses and dishes are washed by rinsing, many vacationers have contracted a rotorovirus infection.

A very "tired" hotel, for a small three.
The rooms are modest. The cleanliness of the rooms leaves much to be desired. The laundry is washed, gray in color. The curtains are never washed. The furniture is battered. Showers with mold and broken parts.
As usual, the water drains badly.
The room has everything you need. Refrigerator, TV, hairdryer in the shower, safe. There is a small balcony and a towel dryer on it.
One blanket is warm, although in a double room it is strange.
There is WiFi, but it is paid.
In general, the hotel itself is like a well. Everything that happens below is amplified by sound.
The hotel has a recreation room with billiards and a small ROOM, apparently a gym was supposed.
There is a swimming pool, a hundred in general pleases.
Towels are paid.
Meal. It is not diverse, but what pleases is delicious cooked. There is meat and chicken and fish every other day.
The big disadvantage is the staff.
The attitude towards customers ranges from complete disregard to outright disgust...
If you pay a tip, then something is done for the client.
The location is a little far from the center. 35-40 minutes on foot.
But there is a supermarket, pharmacies, and a beach nearby.

An ordinary city hotel. The room is clean, the bed has a good mattress. The laundry is cleaned and changed every three days. Conditioner. A parody of a refrigerator. There is a swimming pool and a bar on site. The staff is friendly, tries to understand and communicate in Russian-Turkish-English. The restaurant's selection of dishes is not large, monotonous, but you will not stay hungry. The sea is a 5-minute walk away. The beach is urban. Sun beds and umbrellas are paid (2 sun beds and an umbrella- 210 liras). There is a large Migros store on the road between the hotel and the beach. There are several small shops with local fruits in the area. The hotel is average, but the location is very good.

To say that the hotel is bad is to say nothing! Think before you book whether it 's worth spoiling your vacation!
The hotel is old , repairs have probably not been done for a long time ! The rooms are dirty, bed linen, towels are long overdue for a write-off! The restaurant can be called a dining room, no more. The food is not tasty, it is monotonous. There is not even enough space for everyone to accommodate . The staff is not tidy. Flies!! There are plenty of them - they fly right over the food ! Tables, chairs, cutlery are either dirty, or they are not washed from old age. There is nothing to say about the bar... there are no places near the pool, everything is dirty, they do not clean even on request! WiFi is paid. We arrived from this hotel a week ago happy and tanned.
And imagine, they didn't catch any infections or poisoning. And annoyingly, neither beetles in bread nor maggots in potatoes have ever been seen, such a show was missed!
And my husband and I failed to lose weight on the local "meager" diet. In the morning– a traditional Turkish breakfast consisting of a French loaf of overnight pastries, vegetables, two types of cheese, two types of olives, three types of sausage, hot in the form of menemen or sausages. Plus boiled eggs, cigar-berek, waffles, butter, honey, jam, halva, four types of breakfast cereals with milk, yogurt… And so, I could forget something else about the little things. For lunch, chorba, hot with at least two different side dishes, vegetables, salads, snacks, several types of sweets, fruits. For dinner, two hot ones and everything else on the same list. Not enough??? And most importantly, no one looks into your plate, does not reproach you for eating a lot. The cook on duty or the administrator is constantly on duty in the hall, making sure that the dishes are constantly replenished, no one has gone hungry, they are ready to answer any question about food.
With glasses, yes, there is a problem. The glasses are plastic, worn, but there are not enough of them, they are washed manually. The furniture is tired, the linen is old and washed, yes. But it is impossible to say that everything is broken. What breaks down is immediately fixed. The shower broke down – they fixed it for us within an hour, and at the same time they changed the lamp in the bathroom to a brighter one. I didn't see any broken tiles, cracked glass, or stripped corners anywhere.
The pool is good, deep, it was cleaned and treated when I was there. I swam mostly at seven in the morning, and then we went to the sea. I don't know where the people saw yellow and dirty water in it!
Naturally, we did not expect any bathrobes, slippers, bottled water, or a tea station in the room from the 3* hotel. It's stupid. On the very first day, we bought 5 liters of water in Migros for drinking and rinsing teeth, and the issue was closed.
Upon arrival, there was soap, shower gel and shampoo in bubbles for two people in the room. There were no questions with an extra blanket, replenishing supplies, cleaning and changing linen, I communicated normally with the maid. A good woman, kind.
And in general, the hotel staff are pleasant, friendly people. Thank them for our vacation!

It's not 4 stars or even 3. The hotel itself is in great need of renovation, the room is cramped, the pillow in the room was put smelly, had to be covered with a towel. The shower cabin does not close, the sink drain barely works, the balcony is meter by meter and dirty broken chairs. The food is more or less, the breakfasts are meager, but the lunches and dinners are better. There is a small pool and a territory, there is no animation, not even music. They play three Turkish songs and spin them in a circle for a couple of hours a day. The glasses on the bar are dirty, I had to wash them.

The hotel is nice, the staff is friendly and helpful (as you are to them, so they are to you). The food was pretty good, you can't go hungry for sure, there are a lot of greens, salads and snacks of various kinds. About the hot stuff, I can say that there have been various things: both fish and meat in different forms, as you get there (sometimes you did not have time). But overall everything is great. About the room: yes, the furniture is not new and the refrigerator is not very freezing, but at the same time we had a gorgeous view (a little bit of the sea, a little bit of the mountains and the pool) and it covered everything. And in general, when you go to relax and walk, and not sit all day in the room, it's not so important at all. The main thing is that the water is always hot, all sanitary equipment is working! Everything is clean, tidy, cleaning was done every 3 days, we did not breed dirt there, so we were quite satisfied (we did not ask or force anyone). The sea is a 3-5-minute walk away, near the Migros store, Pharmacy, and transport stops. But with the kids, if they go, they will be bored, because there are no animations in the hotel. And so I liked the Hotel for active recreation) I advise those who go for a walk, and not sit in the room around the clock. We have been with the family since July 14, 2023, plus only for the location. There is no 4* here, this is 2. It is impossible to sleep in the heat, the air conditioner is not alive. The food is of very questionable quality, sometimes it was sour and spoiled, in general we did not starve, fortunately there are stewed vegetables and a supermarket nearby, but be attentive to the menu offered. From meat, leftovers of chicken (ribs with skin, and very rarely legs), fish was 1 time, inedible, beef was 1 time. Vegetables , if not sour , are normal. The dishes are dirty, yes. There is no bottled water, buy it in Migros better, you will be healthier. The coffee is bad, the tea is black normally, strong, boiled because. There have always been watermelons! Apples and sometimes oranges. Baking is monotonous, it's dangerous in the heat, we got a little poisoned. But such a chocolate sponge cake was very tasty, it was immediately disassembled.
I want to say for the staff! They are very persistent guys, they don't have air conditioners anywhere, even at the reception, they are all sweaty and sweaty, but they smile and keep up the fighting spirit. I had a rest in early June. The advantages of the hotel are its location, not far from the sea. Cons: the room is dirty, dust is everywhere, I had to buy wet wipes to at least wipe the table, a dirty pillowcase on the pillow. They had to clean the room for three days, they didn't come to us, they came to the reception, they were stupid, they had to ask the cleaners to clean the room themselves. In short, there are not 4 stars, but 2+

We stayed at the hotel in October 2024. The hotel is tired, there are a lot of joints. There is a separate song about nutrition . They were poisoned on the last day . My husband suffered for almost a month, passed the test- E. coli. So draw your own conclusions :(((

I've never written reviews about the hotels I've vacationed in.I somehow arranged everything, and even 3-star hotels...but this one...how much I'm not picky about food, and for breakfast I can eat yogurt or hot porridge and that's it, but there's not even an omelet, no scrambled eggs, no pancakes or yoghurts! But they fry French fries.Breakfast starts on the 8th of the morning in many threes from 7 .. the bar closes at exactly 22 o'clock, and that's it, no coffee, nothing..for lunch, there was chicken and soy cutlets, which even the local cat refused to eat! Glasses are washed poorly, or rather it would be more accurate to say that they are rinsed. The hotel is small, not cozy. It is stated on tripadvisore that the hotel is the first line. Not the first one at all. There are two buildings ahead. The beach is paid $ 3. Dirty. It's full of garbage, bottles, cigarette butts. Like the whole of Alanya, they are garbage collectors. Containers and the smell of sewage are all around. It is absolutely not a typical resort town. Turkish "Abkhazia"..

I stayed at the hotel for 4 days. When I went into the room, there was half-filled toilet paper and a piece of soap.I asked for shampoo and more paper at the reception, they gave me no problems.The Internet is paid, which in my understanding is a tiny thing and spoils the impression of this hotel. there's also a paid scale in the lobby-to weigh 1 dollar. Maybe something else is paid, but since I was there for a couple of days, I didn't study everything.The room is very narrow, there was a 2-bed, there was a refrigerator, but I did not turn it on, the air conditioner stalled for 3 days, there was also a smell in the room (or something with sewage or a smell from the ground from animal feces), I sprayed cologne.The room is on the 4th floor.Since I left for a short time and almost never visited the hotel, I did not demand another room (I read that they ask for an additional fee for good rooms).The food is good, I haven't been poisoned by anything all the time, but the sweets are unattractive and cheap.The room was cleaned only on the 4th day.The hotel is on "3".

If you want a trash vacation, then you are here!
It all starts with the paid Internet! For $10 per device! Is Wi-Fi paid in the 21st century?! Next, you will find the way to the elevator-to dress it up is a success, because along the way you will encounter a deadly smell from the toilet. Next is a less impressive puked, stained, dirty elevator. Then you will be handed a huge key (yes, the key is not a card) from the interior door (krinzhatin). The room, like the hotel, recently, apparently, celebrated its 2nd anniversary, everything is shabby, the furniture is worn, old, scary, broken in places. The door to the balcony does not close without dancing with a tambourine, the cornice falls right on your head, white tulle is sewn with black threads, the phone does not ring (does not even have a wire), the refrigerator is not ale, the toilet paper holder will remain in your hands, the bathroom has its own life-mold everywhere, the shower cabin does not close from the word at all, and there is no hot water, period, torn bed linen in the green, dishes are either plastic or chipped, appliances are bent and so you can go on indefinitely. It's probably not worth talking about cleanliness. Supposedly, the cleaning is taking place, but in 12 days I had to catch clinkers on my own and ask to clean the room (the request for a cleaned room does not work through the reception). By the way, the walls don't seem to exist at all, you can hear the neighbors' voice messages and every rustle. The bar has a beer drink (beer + water + water), creepy wine, vodka and lemonades, the rest is for money. There is one name from the buffet: 2 dishes and greens, the same thing is literally served with different sauce for 2-3 days. Meat once every 2 days.
On the first day, an exciting circus was waiting for us: a fight between the hotel residents (ladies) and the hotel staff right at the reception (xuyuyur), then the police arrived, but it is unknown how the story ended.
From the good: the staff at the restaurant does not work badly.
The choice is yours, but think hard about whether these impressions are worth the money (no matter what)!
