I was in February 2025. The usual inexpensive foursome. Cleopatra Beach's 4-star hotels are almost all the same. The food is normal, but monotonous. The room is well cleaned. The hotel itself is small, as far as I'm concerned, it needs a little renovation. In general, in the end, If you just sleep together and have a snack at the hotel, then it's normal. If you are traveling with your family and will spend most of your time at the hotel, then of course this is not for you. Yes, it's worth writing about the karaoke bar opposite. I read a review that hinders, but I didn't attach any importance to it. The music is very loud there and they sing so much that if you go to bed early and your windows overlook this side, you will be allowed to fall asleep. They sing until 23:45min .
Nice budget hotel, close to the sea. The food is of high quality and varied. There are a lot of greens, fruits, and delicious desserts.
The rooms are a little tired, but clean, everything works!
And the main location of this hotel is super, close to shops, the promenade and the entire infrastructure of Alanya.
I recommend
Great location. 3 minutes to the magnificent beach. Good value for money. Friendly staff.
The hotel itself is a bit "tired", especially the plumbing and bed linen. The food is good, but there is not enough variety.
I liked it here. It's cozy, even if it's an old bathroom. We took half board. A nice bonus was the Coffee break. The food is varied, I didn't get tired in 4 days, soups every dinner, fish, chicken are cooked differently every other day. And, in general, tea and coffee are always available. Near the sea, a view from the window of the mountain with a castle.
Awesome hotel! We were here from August 15 to 22, 2024. The room is great, the air conditioning is working, the room is cleaned every day. Nice pool. Food is fire, more variety, everything is very tasty! The beach is 100-200 meters away, the beach is great!
Of the cons: all the bad is free alcohol (beer, gin, vodka, everything is diluted). You can drink at least a bucket of beer, the effect is 0. Only the wine does not seem to be diluted according to the sensations. The staff hardly speaks Russian, only English.
The renovation at the hotel is excellent.
In general, I liked everything in general
This is closer to 3* than the stated 4*. At the same time, the hotel is very cozy, the atmosphere is pleasant, the guests are from different countries. We were comfortable, close to the sea, away from the center, so there are no endless parties. The street at the main entrance is more pedestrian, there are few cars. On the other side, the windows overlook the street, which is noisier, but is this a minus if you can see the Mountains through the window!
The pool is rather decorative, the food is a lot of greens, salads, fruits, meat, side dishes, dozens of sauces. The coffee is delicious, the juices are not very good.
Desserts are interesting. In the evening, a good lounge sounds (we were even surprised!), I want to have dinner before)))
There were oriental dances one evening, but this, of course, is a kringe.
If you don't plan to stay at the hotel, take it and get high from your vacation!
The promenade is beautiful along the sea.
Alanya is big, we haven't been around the whole week!
Thank you, Turkey!
Average rest. Russian Russian is not a friendly attitude, no one will talk to you here, even in English, realizing that you are Russian - they will pretend that they do not understand you. I had to pay extra for the beach, even though it was included in the package. The food is average. The hotel itself is also not very good, the furniture is old, the room is cleaned superficially. I do not recommend this hotel in general.
Close to the beach, near supermarkets and bus station, pleasant atmosphere in the lobby, drinks tea and coffee from morning to evening. The disadvantages are the audibility in the rooms according to people's reviews...
This is the 2nd time in this hotel! A very cool hotel. lots of delicious, exotic food. salads, fruits, vegetables, cereals, fast food, various sauces, seasonings, toppings. The beach is just great!! the water is warm. beach No. 15. The hotel is located near the sea. that is, not far to go for 3 minutes. I put 5 *.It's worth it!
Nice clean hotel! Delicious food, good staff;!! There were 3 days left to wait, as everything was busy everywhere. But we were very surprised, it's nice!
So, here we are just back from this hotel. We were there for the first time, looking for a quiet city hotel to come to eat and sleep. The first thing I want to note is cleanliness. Cleaning every day, towels were changed every day. Secondly, we arrived at night, went to room 401 at midnight. The toilet tank was leaking. I went downstairs and asked to be eliminated, so they came to us all week and fixed everything they could)))
At the same time, asking if it is possible to make noise, if we are not asleep. And hence the third thing - the staff is excellent, the guys are just great. They are nimble, smiling, polite, and try to speak both English and Russian.
Next, about food and drinks. The food was all inclusive. We never stayed hungry: fruits, gorgeous vegetables, incredible watermelon, two types of apples, plums, pears, excellent desserts. And salads, mmmm Chicken every day, fish every other day. No shrimp, of course, but everything is very fresh and delicious. The desserts are gorgeous and not a blunder. The dishes are perfectly clean!
Water is available 24/7, coffee from the car is just a fire, and I am a connoisseur of this drink. Everyone praised the beer very much, but I don't drink it. From strong - gin, vodka, whiskey. The wine is white and red. Cocktails are not as usual, but 2 cocktails and a tut) for children, for safety reasons, in plastic cups, for adults in beautiful glasses. Next, the pool and Sun Loungers: despite the small and cozy pool, I personally saw every day that bleach was added, there were always enough sun loungers for everyone. And if there was not one word available and it was dragged in. Again, bravo to the staff. A separate topic is massage and the one who did it. I have a large hernia and I suffered periodically. To which Mr. masseur asked me for a photo of my hernia and said let's go. He gently and carefully removed the load from his left arm, which was not moving at all. He didn't take any money without any subtext, but I left it myself)) He was the best animator every day - he chatted with everyone, told them something and advised them what, where and why they could go.
The location of the hotel is extremely advantageous, it is 5 minutes to the sea slowly. The cave is a 20-minute walk away, and Cleopatra Beach is 15 minutes away. In general, we walked day and night with my son.
It was cheaper to take sun loungers and an umbrella at the hotel than on the beach. You could also take a subscription. But honestly, they never took it because they didn't get out of the sea at all) And they didn't turn on the TV either, so I have no idea what Russian channels there are))
Security and Internet: I didn't take the safe, I left money and jewelry in plain sight, nothing was ever missing. The cleaning aunts are great there. Internet Wi-Fi is everywhere, not bad, does not slow down and even flew in the room for FREE, which is amazing))
Harmful /useful tips : Don't be lazy and take a walk to Cleopatra Beach, 107 beach. There's the most boring frozen lemonade and the deck chairs are cheaper. Very tasty Turkish coffee and the beach itself is completely different. Walk 15 minutes along the boulevard with palm trees, past the Aladdin hotel and in front of the restaurant to the right. There's also an excellent exchanger. Without commission and so on.
How did you sleep: the beds and mattresses are excellent. I really liked the large balcony and the perfectly working air conditioner. Access to the street and the mountains, so we slept a sweet sleep.
The entrance to the caves with stalactites is 100 lire per person, but they generally charge pennies for children. From there, you can climb the mountain to the fortress for 200 liras ascent + descent per person. We spent 4 hours there, we never regretted it))
At the end of August, 1 lira = 2.8 rubles.
Dolphins - phone booths are a landmark for you.
And on the other side of the fortress towards the pier there is an awesome local cafe: fresh mussels 15 lire piece, insanely delicious tea - 20 lire piece. The menu is in Russian) is called Balik Ekmek. The view is gorgeous on Both and the fortress. Delicious)
The hotel is mainly populated by Europeans and Poles) There were few Russians.
I would have gone back there.
In general, that's all for this) I hope it was useful))
We have been vacationing with my husband since 05/17/2024. In principle, we were satisfied. Russian Russian is not understood by the staff, although most of the guests are Russian. The food is delicious, but scrambled eggs for breakfast are boring. And the fish is not tasty and dry. They probably don't know what to iron the bed linen)) It's always crumpled. It's so clean. Opposite the hotel, the karaoke bar is always singing loudly, sometimes howling)) It's until 12 a.m., and then there's music playing. After all, the directorate needs to resolve this issue. And so close to the sea about 3 minutes to the beach. And in the evening it would be possible to arrange some kind of leisure, at least music and a disco, otherwise only the merchants entertained a couple of times with belly dancing and showing some cheap jackets.
A very decent hotel , the food is good, fresh and varied, the location is super the best in the area of Cleopatra beach is not noisy and close to the center ,the beach is good, convenient with children on foot less than a minute from the hotel
We rested at this hotel in the first decade of November 2023. The weather was unexpectedly pleasant - air +26, water +26, cloudy. This smoothed out our impressions of the hotel. The location is convenient, in a quiet street, 3-5 minutes to the sea at a leisurely pace. Exit to Cleopatra beach number 15. The beach is convenient because there are no plates when entering the water as on other compartments of Cleopatra. The exterior of the hotel is quite pretty with cheerful colorful balconies. We arrived at the hotel around 21.00. We were quickly issued, but we were not offered a snack after a long road. The room is on the 4th floor. The furniture is very old, but the worst thing is the bathroom with a shower, which was leaking and there was water on the floor all the time. The taps are old, the impression that they are about to break when turned on. We contacted the reception about the leak of water in the shower, sent the master, but it was half-measures, the leak decreased, but it was not possible to make it hermetically. The food is without frills, most of all I did not like that there are no pastries in the breakfast, only bread, cookies, waffles. And so, you will definitely not stay hungry. Desserts at lunch and dinner are modest and monotonous. The bar drinks beer, wine and something like gin. Cocktails are paid. The staff does not speak Russian from the word at all. The translator in the phone helped out. Wi-Fi is free, weak and slow in the rooms, better in the lobby. The hotel pulls on 3 stars
Good afternoon!
The hotel is located 50 meters from the beach, umbrellas and deck chairs are available for a fee at a discount, the food is small but tasty, there is a swimming pool and a bar on site, the rooms are average but cleaned every day. The water is not always hot.
The only plus is the delicious cooking. The rooms are terrible, the room was cleaned, the sheets and bedspreads were adjusted, the linen and towels were not changed. The floors were just soaked very badly, all the hair and sand remained on the floor. The pool is sooo small. There was little food, only watermelon from seasonal fruits (at the end of July). The deck chairs were paid, they were forced to take three pieces for three people. The water is dirty, what have we not seen in the water! Two adults and a child paid 124,000 for 6 nights, the price for such accommodation is a maximum of 50,000. If not for the booking, which failed, they would not even have lived there for one day.
We had a rest in May 2024. the food is quite varied. The rooms are small, with a tiny TV. But, separately, I want to pay attention to the bathroom. If you decide to take a shower, then step out of the shower stall with your right foot into the toilet. And if you're sitting on the toilet, then your left foot is in the shower. It's a cool solution, but I didn't really like it)). Cleopatra Beach is a 5-minute walk away. The market is 20 minutes away..The staff is helpful.
I stayed at the hotel with 2 children in August 2023. The main advantage of the hotel is delicious food, in principle, this reconciled us with the other disadvantages.
We were unlucky with the room - a lamp was broken in the bathroom, the toilet was wobbly and there was no soap dish (there are empty holders in the wall, there is no soap dish itself). In the photo, you can estimate the distance between the toilet and the shower stall (there is also no such thing). The room itself is bright, but there is only one shabby armchair for 3 people, the corners of the furniture are also stripped. At the same time, I saw a 2-bed room without the described disadvantages - it had 2 of the same chairs, but new, a whole lamp in the bathroom, a soap dish in place and a toilet that did not crash into the shower stall.
As already mentioned in the reviews, they do not speak Russian at the reception and there is a karaoke bar opposite, where music plays until 23:30. But that's not all, it turned out that there is a mosque nearby, where they sing daily at 5:00 in the morning. Of course, this problem can be solved (there is a large selection of earplugs in the neighboring pharmacy), but it is better to know about it in advance.
The hotel is a 3-minute walk from the beach. The price of 2 sun loungers and an umbrella on the beach is 15 when purchased at the hotel 120 lira (on the beach 160 lira). There are no complaints about nutrition. Beer and white wine are quite good quality. The Internet catches only in the lobby and in the rooms near the elevator, but not always, we triple it for several days and there was no Internet at all until 11 o'clock. On Tuesdays, there is some kind of entertainment program during dinner.
The location of the hotel is excellent, you are close, Cleopatra beach is the best in Alanya, the room got a sea view) relatively clean) the food was breakfast - dinner - excellent, very tasty, varied) and if you evaluate the price - quality, then there are no complaints at all) we liked everything, only two weeks is not enough)
The location is great. Wi-Fi in the rooms is excellent and there is no extra charge. The rooms are very clean, but also very tired.
Pillows, beds, blankets are not 5 stars.
The food is modest, but everything is delicious.
I was unpleasantly surprised by the offer of a local crayfish exclusively for money, 100 lire per serving. The wine is ordinary and good.
The price for the hotel at the end of April was very pleasant.
I recommend.
There was just zero friendliness at the reception and from the employees) we were accidentally brought to the wrong hotel (both Cleopatra), the man at the reception was rude when he took our documents and said that we were going to another hotel - when asked which one and how to get there, he defiantly rolled his eyes and shrugged. At first we thought he was joking like that, because it was very indistinct and no further explanation followed. But it turned out it wasn't a joke)) This is the first time I've come across this
I expected the worst)))
Positive:location, close to hotels, shops, beach 50 m, relatively fresh renovation, cleanliness, do not find fault, delicious food, respect for the cook, everything is fresh, turkey, beef, fish, vegetables, friendly staff, good atmosphere)
Cons:a small room, a dead but working plumbing, gray bed linen with a hole in the pillowcase, sometimes dirty glasses, a karaoke bar in the next house, 200% audibility, you can sing along))) but it's good until 24.00.By the way, it's cozy and not expensive, I advise you.
The contingent at the hotel is a bit strange, elderly people, sometimes just someone to spend the night or eat.
I recommend the price, the quality of the fire and just a nice, quiet place))))
I strongly do not recommend it. Of the advantages, only a good location is the center of Alanya! That's it! Cons-the hotel is dirty (room cleaning is poor, the tablecloths in the restaurant are dirty, the floor on the floors is dirty, sun beds, tables have never been washed). Towels do not change, they did not give out towels for the feet (when I asked them to give them, they replied that they were not there). The linen is stained, very washed, it does not lie down pleasantly. The furniture is old, taped up. The staff is dead, they don't speak Russian. The pool is small, not cleaned. Drinking water is only in the cooler. The food is monotonous (children cannot be fed), mostly fatty vegetables). Beach - sun beds and umbrellas are paid, there are no beach towels, the beach area itself is not cleaned - bottles, cigarette butts. Drinks are paid. The hotel is declared as 4 stars, in fact 2!
Budget hotel. The rooms are tired, but for me, it's not critical, there is a place to wash and sleep and no insects. For that kind of money, it's just super! It is constantly full. To the sea 2 minutes on foot, near 15 Cleopatra beach. For fans of fives, I do not recommend it, do not book, otherwise there will be no place for us!
Funny people who liked the food here probably for the first time in Turkey.
The hotel is old, and is living out its time before a global renovation. Everything is not very clean, and if you don't ask, they won't even change the towels.
There are cats in the restaurant, the territory sometimes smells of sewage.
There is WiFi, free, but slow and very slow under load.
Essentially:
I should immediately note that, of course, a 4–star hotel does not pull - this is a normal three-star hotel.
Location:
The hotel has an excellent location: 150 meters from the beautiful promenade, which is immediately followed by Cleopatra beach.
Along the embankment you can walk to the cable car leading up to the fortress and Damlatash cave there. Along the way there will be beautiful small parks and squares with illuminated fountains.
The whole way is within 1.3km. And there the very center begins.
Beach:
Cleopatra Beach – we go directly from the hotel directly to beach No. 15. On it you can rent sun beds and umbrellas with a 50% discount when paying at the hotel reception (they give you a coupon, you can pay with a card). We took 2 sun beds and an umbrella for 30 lira and 3 sun beds and 2 umbrellas for 45 lira – this is for the whole day. And this is quite democratic, given the exchange rate (as of mid-October 2021, 1 lira = 8 rubles), the beach is sandy. In places in the water at a depth of 40 cm to 1 m. there is a natural stone almost flat slab, which is periodically washed away by waves with sand and then the slab is not noticeable at all. That is, it is good for children to splash along the shore to the stove, for adults – it passed the stove and then good sand, the depth is waist–deep.
Food:
The hotel has quite a variety of food – a large selection of vegetables, good fruits (melons, watermelons, pears, plums, figs, apples, etc.), 2-3 types of turkey, sometimes chicken (not every day). For breakfast, they give scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, fried sausages of questionable quality, muesli, yoghurts, honey, jam, turkey sausage (such as ham), etc. – quite well.
French fries are made for dinner, but somehow it doesn't matter much - a couple of times it was only fresh and delicious. There is often a fish – it tastes medium and mostly very bony. There are several types of cheeses.
As a minus, I note the complete absence of beef and mutton.
The bar (open from 10.00 to 23.00) has coffee, tea, wine, beer, gin and tonic, etc. The quality is average.
Number:
The numbers are three. The repair is too old. Plumbing is the cheapest, in some places something is hanging out, something is leaking.
There are 3 sockets in the room (one for a TV). There is a small refrigerator without a freezer.
There is a good balcony. On the east side of the hotel, the sea is diagonally visible from almost all balconies.
One of the 4 corners of the hotel (south-west), where we were given a room on the 4th floor, goes into the depths of the block – there is almost no sea view – the sea is visible through a narrow gap between the houses in front. We thought about changing it at first, but then we did not, especially since our second room was on the 6th floor and faced northeast (street intersection) and we came periodically to sit on the balcony, admire the views of the fortress, mountains and the sea.
It was very quiet in the southwest corner of the hotel on the 4th floor - nothing interfered with sleep.
Internet:
Local Wi-Fi is free, but very unimportant. You can use it everywhere - in the bar, at the reception and in the rooms. But when there are a lot of people, the Internet generally falls off all the time. In some rooms, it does not charge at all.
I recommend taking a local SIM card. The mobile Internet is very good and fast – almost like in Moscow. We took a taxi near the center in the official salon of TurkTelecom for 165 lira (1300 rubles). It includes 23 GB of Internet and local calls (700 minutes) and some SMS in Turkey. The Internet can be distributed.
Seeing how people suffer and curse at the local Wi-Fi, I realized that 1300 rubles. for the excellent mobile connection (Internet) received everywhere (and not only in the hotel) for 2 weeks is not a pity at all. We constantly talked on video, watched videos, uploaded videos and photos to I-disk, used Google maps - we used up only about 12 GB in 14 days.
Resume:
The proximity of the magnificent beach is one of the main advantages. A beautiful well–groomed city, a beautiful embankment and green squares are also a huge plus.
If the tour is for a good price, then it is quite possible to go and not pay attention to the disadvantages.
We had a rest in October 2021. There are significantly more advantages than disadvantages. For those who are not very picky and fastidious, I can safely recommend it.
Of the advantages:
- the location is very good. Everything is nearby: the city center, the beach, the market, the funicular;
- delicious and varied food;
- spacious balcony in the room ;
- friendly and helpful young staff.
Their disadvantages:
- we arrived at 20:00, we did not check in immediately, saying that there were no rooms, but 10 minutes later we miraculously found them. But most likely it's the Pegas tour operator, we weren't the only ones like that on this day and all the subsequent ones.;
- the rooms are not super-duper repairs would not hurt.

Meager rooms, sometimes a leaky air conditioner, a very small toilet with a shower cabin, about food .....varied but very low quality, sometimes just ate vegetables and herbs! It is better not to touch cakes and desserts, and even more so children 100% palm oil!!!The coffee is disgusting even by the smell! The only administrator you can talk to is Rajab, the rest are frozen vegetables! In the summer, the difference with the hotel is also 4 times, but ten times better 2k-4kTL per week is within 20k rubles!I won 't go there for the 2nd time !
Have a great holiday to everyone
Three with a stretch)) The hotel is tired: problems with hot water - it is rather warm, the wifi is constantly falling off, there is no sound insulation in the rooms - you will hear sneezing / snoring behind the wall. The food seems to be nothing - everything is fresh, even the menu is varied. The beach is 5 minutes away. In general, it is normal for the budget option, but with an eye to the fact that it is three stars.
Solid 1 star. A bathroom in any hostel will be better. Think 10 times before choosing this hotel. Everything is sooo old.

The location is gorgeous. The staff does not speak Russian. The Internet is good. The food is delicious. Overall, it's clean. The rooms were disappointing. I liked the rest.
A very good hotel, matching the stars, not pretentious, cute, good-quality! I liked everything: the food is incomparable, the selection is huge, everything is fresh! The sea is nearby, the beautiful Cleopatra beach, not far from the hotel there is a bus stop, you can go to the center, shop around... And the cable car is a separate emotion!! The views from above are excellent! Recommend. The hotel is just a miracle! The city itself is amazing!
I am currently staying at the hotel. I really liked it. Large, bright and clean rooms, balcony, air conditioning, shower, everything works. The location is great, 5 minutes slow walking and you're on the beach 15 on Cleopatra. I liked the food, everything is delicious, fresh, there are always a lot of greens, vegetables, fruits, soup for lunch and dinner is always one.Dishes of chicken, turkey, fish every day.Fruits-watermelons, melons, peaches, grapes, apples, plums. Nothing ever ends, dirty dishes are removed instantly. In general, thanks a lot to the restaurant staff. You can get to the center of Alanya by bus, stop nearby, or walk for 30 minutes. I will be happy to return to this hotel.
We had a rest in late September- early October 2021. It is quite consistent with the level of 3 stars, it does not reach 4 stars. Upon check-in, we faced an unpleasant moment - they told us that at the moment there are no rooms in the hotel, and offered to settle in a hotel of the same chain at the opposite end of the city (allegedly people even pay extra money to settle there). We categorically disagreed, and we were given the key to the backup (or quarantine???) rooms. The next day, with the help of a guide, we were moved to a regular room. This situation greatly spoiled the mood and attitude towards the hotel (or maybe it was the policy of the tour operator - but we won't find out))). Objectively, it's an average hotel, neither good nor bad. The food is normal, the staff is responsive, the hotel has a small pool, room cleaning every day. The karaoke bar in front of the hotel entrance, loud music and singing until 24.00-01.00 makes it very difficult to fall asleep. A strange theme with a refrigerator works only when you are in the room - when the key is inserted into the cell that turns on the electricity. Light bulbs are fine, but why is the refrigerator too? The conclusion is that you can live if you don't have too high expectations))
A small urban-type hotel, near Cleoparta beach (No. 15), food at a height for this category of hotel, service for 4, cleaning for 3, in general, if you are not picky, you can visit!
A normal hotel, price, quality, convenient location, close to the sea.

The impression of the hotel was spoiled already upon check-in. The manager at the reception did not want to check into the hotel, like there are no rooms available. I offered another hotel from their chain on the outskirts of Alanya. After arguing in raised tones, the room was still found)) and it's quite good, with a beautiful view of the mountains. Everything else was fine: 1. Not a bad kitchen, the food was delicious. 2. Responsive and friendly staff in the kitchen 3. The sea is close 4. The rooms are old, but everything you need is there and everything worked. But I can't recommend this hotel, because their policy of moving to other hotels negates all the advantages of the hotel.
