The hotel corresponds to 3*, much depends on the room. We were settled on the 3rd floor, not smoky, new mattress on the bed, new plumbing. Yes, the furniture is tired, the air conditioner is there, but not used. The room is spacious, with a kitchen-living room and a bedroom. The windows faced the water park, and it was quiet at night. The stove, hair dryer, microwave-everything works, there are enough dirty towels to change to clean ones, you have to go yourself. The staff is good. Cons-the bed linen is not ideal (there are holes, stains), the room is not cleaned (she washed the floors and took out the trash), very few dishes (2 small coffee cups and 4 plates). The cons didn't bother us, we knew where we were going, it was an apartment, without food, cleaning, etc. the charms of all inclusive. But it has a great location in the center, everything is nearby.

I just don't understand why you should sell travel packages if the hotel is being renovated. It smelled like paint. They tried to move us to another room a couple of times. The guy at the reception just came into the room when we were at home to drill something. On the last day, when we were about to leave. The hoteliers decided to clean the hotel. In general, they washed like this: they let water in from the top floor, which had a fountain all over the stairwell. It was impossible to get through, even to pick up the suitcases. Not a foot is needed. Pillows are dead, towels are dead. I understand that the location, etc., also used to think so, but I still want a minimum of comfort. There is no. Well, PS, they didn't clean our place ONCE in 9 days, and we ran and asked for toilet paper...

Positive.The location is great for a city hotel. Everything is nearby.and the beach, and shops, and the center, and disco, and cafes. The rooms are spacious. Clear. Minuses. Some rooms have a view of the wall, there is no normal shower hose, there are not enough kettles and other utensils, TVs do not work in all rooms, In principle, it all depends on luck and which room you get into. An old hotel where a lot of things are broken. It has a lot of regular customers. And its disadvantages are nothing to me. I'll go again.
