A quiet small hotel in the city. The menu is varied, alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails are all included, everything is very tasty. Cleopatra City Beach is a two-minute walk away, right across the street from the hotel. The hotels are newly renovated, the rooms are clean and everything works.

I have been vacationing since December 1 with Pegasus. I paid 60 tr for 6 nights (all inclusive) I read negative reviews and was surprised((. Hotel 4 is great. The room has a sea view. The location of the hotel is perfect and the best beach and center are nearby and the bus station is nearby. We checked in as soon as I arrived, I didn't wait until two o'clock. They gave me breakfast. Everything is in the room and everything works. Clear. They clean up every day and spin the swans. The food is normal. There are few tourists in December, so the waiters carry food on trays (breakfast, hotel, dinner) The coffee machine is always available. Alcohol is poured into the glass. We had a rest in November 2024.
The service of this hotel is very far from even good. Only when checking into the room there were 2 small shower gels, soap and 1 bottle of water (for two people)). By the way, living in building No. 2, if you wanted to drink, you had to run from the 4th or 5th floor (of course, you can take the elevator, it's good that there was one, although it was very untrustworthy), go through the hall, go outside, reach the other building through the reception desk and go outside again to the bar there is a water dispenser in which Sometimes there was no water either. It is necessary to arrange a convenient drinking regime for people living nearby (on the floor at least). Continuing this theme, vending machines with lemonade and tea / coffee are turned off at 11 p.m. and turned on at 8 a.m. in the restaurant and at 10 a.m. at the bar. That is, with all the desire, there is nothing at night.!
About nutrition: I'm not particularly picky, so I'll say thank you to the chefs, there was always plenty to choose from. Fish, chicken, potatoes, pasta, grilled vegetables, herbs, stew, Cake, milk porridge, omelets, etc. every day! (Photo attached).
At the reception, the administrator didn't speak Russian at all upon arrival, the rest of the staff seemed to understand the basic things they needed.
The bartender (big with a ponytail) is disgusting, not kind, not clean at the bar, he has a lot of dirty dishes and on the tables when he works dirty and does not clean. He pours a little out of principle for some people, and then for others it's normal. It's very strange. While he is away, the waiters from the restaurant are working, great guys are kind and polite. Their dishes are always cleaned and everything is in order (there is one unpleasant waiter who walked around in a beige jacket in the evening, people are eating and he is shaking between them in his street jacket).
The restaurant has a sea view, and there's definitely not enough background music for lunch and dinner, otherwise only the spoons are clattering like in the dining room. I think it's necessary to allocate a little area for smokers (there are children and non-smokers here, and those who smoke immediately start smoking, and you eat) The guards are very kind, they understand Russian! There was a singer and a dancer at the hotel a couple of times, nothing else to entertain them. Good music could be played in the evening to dance and have fun, but there is only tasteless background music on the bar.
We were lucky and were given a room with a beautiful view of the sea, which is a huge plus for me. The room was usually not very comfortable, there was a refrigerator. The bed linen was changed 1 time when the "please make sure" sign was hung and cleaned 2 times in 9 days. Apparently it is necessary to ask.
Within walking distance there are grocery stores and chain stores with more affordable prices, pharmacies and guided tours. The location of the hotel is very advantageous. The beach is 2 minutes away. walking.
Wi-Fi in the room is charged 2 euros per day. Lobbi is free, but tight.
In general, if you are going to a nice beach and the sea, perhaps you can consider it, but it is the great comfort of the hotel that there is no entertainment here.
The overall impression is normal with a touch of negativity, as we walked a lot, spent a lot of time by the sea, and arrived at the hotel for a short time. My rating is 3+
