About the good things. Excellent location, near the sea, a park with fountains, children's and sports grounds, a supermarket, a cable car (stunning views from the castle), Damlatash cave, archaeological museum, hammam. The food in the restaurant is very tasty, large portions. The highlight of the restaurant is the waiter-bartender Farhat. Friendly, energetic, will always find a common language with any visitor, I wondered where he got so much strength and patience, from early morning to late evening on his feet in the heat.
In the rooms, things are worse (The furniture is not washed after whitewashing, the edges seem to be bitten, the shelves are not fixed, they hang out. The lampshades are smoked, the chain on the chandelier is rusty with a thick layer of dust. Half of the switches are not working. But the TV is working, there are three Russian TV channels. The bed was clean, there were no interruptions with water.

The only good thing about this hotel is its location. That's it!
I confirm all negative reviews. I returned from this hotel yesterday.
Lived in Vevek, but breakfast and reception in Bavyera.
The lobby of the hotel is like some kind of catacombs - there is no light, a pile of dirty laundry is lying, someone spilled coffee on the floor has not been wiped for a couple of days.
The rooms are really very dirty (especially the floor), the bed linen is stained yellow, torn,
The breakfasts are monotonous, but you can eat.
You don't even have to think about Wi-Fi, it doesn't work here at all, neither in the room nor at the reception.
At my request (2 times!!!) to make a watering can from the shower - I received a sweet smile and an answer that they would do everything, but alas, in 8 days, of course, no one fixed anything.
The staff is not very friendly.
This hotel does not deserve even one star.
Of course, this is an economy option, but think before booking this hotel.

For a little money, in principle, the hotel is appropriate. The staff is rude. They were not very kind when checking in. The guest went into the room to use the toilet for 3 minutes, was reprimanded and warned that in case of a repeat, they would be evicted! Come on!!! The room itself is packed, of course! But it will go to sleep. Plus, it is located in the very center and the beach is 5 minutes away. Breakfast is simple, dinner will work in principle, there is a variety, but you can do without it. The bed linen and towels are clean. Wi-Fi catches downstairs well, in the room every other time. You will not be able to extend your stay through the website, and it will be 2 times more expensive at the reception.

We rested from July 23 to August 2, moved into the building opposite, before checking in, the hotel owner himself asked if we would take a balcony and air conditioning, but it was not indicated anywhere that an additional fee is charged for a balcony and air conditioning, and a rather large 5,000 lira, we refused and he settled us on the highest floor where the sun shone all day It was impossible to be in the sun even at night. We took a budget tour only with breakfast, we knew that the conditions would not be the best, but according to other reviews, there was no additional payment for the same balcony, and we calculated that all this was already included in the room rate. After waiting for the guide, we knocked out a discount, 1700 liras at once, a balcony and air conditioning, why only with a guide? Yes, because the owner of the hotel turned on the fool all the time and pretended that he did not understand even reading from the translator.
Now about the Internet, wi-fi was only on the ground floor and it was impossible to use it, I had to go to other restaurants to eat and at least someone to write to the same what's up or telegrams in the room there was no Internet at all.
The pool was listed in the description, but it wasn't there.
The hotel was a breakfast base, there was no variety, so I didn't want to have breakfast on the 5th day.
After talking with other Russian-speaking vacationers of this hotel, it turned out that the tour itself cost us one price, but he does not ask everyone for an additional fee for air conditioning and a balcony, for whom it is really provided for free.
The room was cleaned daily and the bartender spoke a little Russian and was polite, as well as the location of the hotel itself from many attractions, this is probably all that I can remember

I rested at the hotel Bavyera, Bebek, both belong to the same owner, there are no complaints about the hotel, they clean every day, towels are changed daily, the breakfasts are hearty, although I saw many of the men take their sausage. The contingent is German, the hotel is old, but everything is functioning in the room, the water was hot at any time of the day. I had breakfast, I could eat at the hotel, there is a restaurant and a bar. The location is excellent, it takes 5 minutes to walk to the beach. There was live music in the evening, a musician was invited, 2 times a week. All the entertainment and attractions are nearby.The owner is not very friendly to Russians, I read it in the reviews, that's how it is, although it didn't cause me any trouble, I rested for a month, I'm happy.

That's where the advantages end. The room was on the 6th floor of the Bavyera building. The noise of water from the roof water supply system, broken ventilation, the stench of sewage, dead rooms, paid air conditioners. Breakfast is of medium scab - boiled eggs, greens, vegetables, cottage cheese, cheese, olives, jam, tea, coffee, bread.
BUT if you need a location and almost free flight accommodation, then this is a great option. The tour in December 2022 cost 36,300 rubles (a/tickets, transfer, accommodation, insurance) for two people from Moscow for 7 days.

Super! Very cozy place, near the beach (300 meters on foot), friendly staff, clean and tidy everything inside. Simple, no frills in the room: bed, mirror, table, refrigerator, shower and toilet. The location is great - there are many cafes, souvenir shops nearby, even a supermarket and a market nearby.

The only advantage of this hotel is that it is located in the city center, respectively, the entire tourist infrastructure is close by and the fact that Cleopatra beach is across the street, and of course the price of the tour. The room stock is shabby and has been in need of repair for a long time. Breakfasts are boring and monotonous. The staff is not very friendly. Air conditioning is paid and at a brutal price, although there is a way out not to pay for it. Just download a program from the Google market universal remote control to your phone and you will be happy. You don't have to thank me for that). I cannot definitely recommend this hotel, but I was satisfied with all of the above.

We were in February of this year, there was a business trip, they settled in a room where there was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom and torn wallpaper on the wall, breakfasts were scarce, payment was asked for using the air conditioner, breakfast and dinner were paid through Travilata, but only breakfast was received and this was during the period when all cafes were closed because lockdown In Alanya, we ate as it turned out. Very unfriendly staff, the owner has 3 hotels on this alley, settles into this Bebek hotel even if they chose and paid for another one, just where the breakfasts were held. When asked where our dinner was, they were displeased - I would say aggressively - that they did not and would not. They answered unfounded and have done nothing so far: check in, you will get the difference back!! And it was not only us who did this, but only later I saw reviews from bloggers, and reviews from English-speaking tourists. The only plus is that this flophouse can hardly be called anything else, it is located next to Cleopatra beach and the apartment in which we were doing repairs!!

For those who don't bother with accommodation...I recommend it!!!!!!!
The beach is 2 minutes away. The funicular is nearby for 1 min.climb up the hill to the Byzantine fortress...You always don't have to go anywhere.
The Archaeological Museum is just a miracle nearby 2 min.
The pier and the red tower are one and a half kilometers away....on foot in 20 minutes.
