Upon arrival at the hotel, we had a force majeure - our room was occupied, apparently they sell it on different sites, and they don't always track it...at first, of course, I was shocked, we were driving from Antalya on our own and absolutely couldn't drag ourselves, but...they apologized to us 5 times, ordered a car that took us to a nearby hotel, which we liked even more than ours, and the next morning they also picked us up from it. As an apology, we were offered 2 free sun beds and an umbrella for the entire stay. Honestly? What kind of three-piece would you see that in? There is a clean swimming pool.
Friendly staff, there is one person at the reception who speaks Russian.
Cons: the buffet is poor, but no one will stay hungry. We took breakfasts and dinners. There were sweets for dinner, I don't recommend it. The melons and watermelons were delicious. They don't even give you water for dinner. And now the main disadvantage. The waiters offer to drink or something else, without warning that you will have to pay, besides at restaurant prices! We unknowingly got to coffee. And take pictures of the mini-bar immediately upon arrival, preferably in front of witnesses! We were billed for water and cakes during the eviction. Which we haven't even seen. Of course, we paid for only one water, which we actually drank. It was very unpleasant. The safe is paid. Wi-Fi is free only in the lobby, paid in the rooms. Sun beds are only offered for a fee, towels are not provided on the beach.
