The hotel is a very good three-star hotel, even I would give 4 stars! The rooms are comfortable, everything is clean, there is air conditioning, free for a minute! The staff is friendly, everyone is always very friendly with the children, we had breakfasts and dinners-yes, no frills, but that's about how I eat-I really liked it-breakfast is good tea and coffee, there is some kind of lemonade, we did not drink, always eggs in different versions, fresh pastries of one There are several types of sausages, about 10 types of cheeses, herbs and vegetables, as well as breakfast cereals and milk. For dinner there were always a couple of hot dishes, different side dishes, also vegetables, herbs, some snacks, such as hummus, pickles, fruits-oranges, apples and watermelon, sweet baklava, desserts like pudding and based on a sponge cake soaked in milk -I really liked it)
Upon arrival at the hotel, we had a force majeure - our room was occupied, apparently they sell it on different sites, and they don't always track it...at first, of course, I was shocked, we were driving from Antalya on our own and absolutely couldn't drag ourselves, but...they apologized to us 5 times, ordered a car that took us to a nearby hotel, which we liked even more than ours, and the next morning they also picked us up from it. As an apology, we were offered 2 free sun beds and an umbrella for the entire stay. Honestly? What kind of three-piece would you see that in? The hotel manager, of course, is very charming and just well done, he certainly has 100 points and

The hotel is normal, everything is clean in the room, only liquid soap is available from soap dishes. The food is good, the buffet is good, everything is delicious. We can come here again. Cleopatra Beach. But we didn't reach our 7, we were lying on the sand, but for free.

We were together from September 5 to September 12, 2024. Pros: The hotel is small, nice, with cozy rooms, the renovation is fresh, everything works. The beds are comfortable, the mattresses are good, the bed and towels are white and clean. They cleaned it every day. Towels were changed 1 time. The sea is across the road, close. There is a clean swimming pool.
Friendly staff, there is one person at the reception who speaks Russian.
Cons: the buffet is poor, but no one will stay hungry. We took breakfasts and dinners. There were sweets for dinner, I don't recommend it. The melons and watermelons were delicious. They don't even give you water for dinner. And now the main disadvantage. The waiters offer to drink or something else, without warning that you will have to pay, besides at restaurant prices! We unknowingly got to coffee. And take pictures of the mini-bar immediately upon arrival, preferably in front of witnesses! We were billed for water and cakes during the eviction. Which we haven't even seen. Of course, we paid for only one water, which we actually drank. It was very unpleasant. The safe is paid. Wi-Fi is free only in the lobby, paid in the rooms. Sun beds are only offered for a fee, towels are not provided on the beach.

The location is super 👍 the hotel room is clean, there are enough towels, only soap from hygiene kits. The bathroom can be updated (in terms of repairs). The pool and Wi-fi are normal, the staff is friendly and speaks Russian.

We had a rest in October 2024. The location is great, the beach is 3-4 minutes away at a slow pace!
The hotel itself let me down: the rooms are standard, but the cleaning is minimal, the rooms are dirty!wi-fi is paid, free only on resapshina.
I'll pay 3 for the food, and in 10 days they gave me fried fish once, which was impossible to eat!and drinks: free water, tea only for breakfast. There are no drinks at dinner.You need to buy them at their restaurant and you can't take them with you.
In general, the Turks are fucked up!

Close to the sea, this is probably the only plus.
The buffet in this hotel is literally two small tables, there is no choice of hot dishes at all.
The hotel has paid Internet, it was announced in advance, but in the lobby it is free. At the same time, it is impossible to stay in the lobby and in the restaurant, because even in 35 degree heat, employees refuse to turn on the air conditioner in the lobby, explaining that "it's not so hot right now." During my 9 days at the hotel, I never found the air conditioner turned on. I won't say anything about the fact that the Internet works every other time.
It is clear that the hotel should already be closed for repairs. The furniture is quite shabby, there is black mold in the bathroom. Of course, this hotel was not originally positioned as a 5-star or even 4-star hotel, but there are more decent alternatives on the coast for the same price.

Hello, here is my review of this hotel, vacation in 2024. In my opinion, the hotel deserves more than 3 stars, but falls short of 4.
Of the advantages:
1.Excellent staff, everything is positive and humorous
2. Excellent room, wonderful bathroom (plumbing) shower, huge balcony.
3. A good variety of menus/food, new dishes every day, and a very tasty 10 out of 10.
4. Close location to the sea.
5.Within walking distance of the funicular/damlatash and the exit to the castle
6. There are a lot of cafes/ restaurants
nearby, which are disadvantages for me:
1. Paid WiFi (price bites)
2.The refrigerator is not cold in the room
3.Do not spread shampoo (soap is available in two dispensers)
4. And the most incomprehensible thing is the paid hot drinks (tea, coffee) for dinner, and you can not shine it, since the kitchen is a restaurant, for dinner all drinks are for sale.
Bottom line: my rating of this hotel on a 5-point scale is 4 solid.

We visited this summer in June 2023. The room is clean with a balcony. The room has air conditioning, a safe and Wi-Fi for a fee. The room is cleaned every day, the maid girls are very nice, there was always hot water without interruptions. The food was normal, there were fruits and local delicacies, I really liked cheese with herbs. The staff at the hotel understood Russian. I would also like to thank the hotel manager for being a very pleasant and caring person. The sea is nearby, sun beds and umbrellas are paid, the beach is sandy with good access to the sea. We had a rest in October 2023, the hotel is small, only 65 rooms, the maid during this period was alone on 6 floors, so cleaning is carried out before check-in. In our room, cleaning was carried out 3 times, the bed linen was changed twice, the towel was changed more often, the garbage was taken out by themselves, tips do not matter. The audibility is as if you and your neighbors have one bathroom for two.We had half board, i.e. dinner with no drinks at all, including tea-water. But the supervisor in the dining room forbade pouring drinks for breakfast, it was suggested to come with their cups and pour boiling water, the tea leaves were bought in the store. This is the first time we have encountered this. There is no price list, you just give the money to the warden as much as he says, without a check, in his pocket. Before leaving, something changed, it turned out that you can still drink tea in the morning, we began our cups and even became very kind) And another big minus! On the ground floor, the restaurant after 22.00 turns up the volume at full power until midnight, or even up to 2.00, I have been to Turkey many times, but I do not recommend the hotel for the first time.

The hotel is clean, cleaned every day, the staff knows Russian well, the food is great!!! There are various dishes every day, there is a swimming pool, there are always places on the sun beds around the pool. We had a great rest!!! We ordered pizza at the Blue Hawaii restaurant, very tasty, and the most affordable prices, live music in the restaurant on Thursday. The room has a TV with a Russian channel. The refrigerator works great. Local drinks at the bar, all inclusive. Towels and bed linen can be changed upon request. Administrators always help to resolve issues if there are any!
The sea is across the street. 3 minutes of walking, at a very slow pace. The bus stop is a 5-minute walk away, go to Waikiki, mavi, etc. or walk 15 minutes. The cable car is a 15-minute walk away. If you have a Sberbank MIR card, it works in Waikiki, mavi, colins, etc. But not everyone needs to be asked. You can withdraw in cash from Zirat Bank, and if you have a Tinkoff card, then you can also withdraw from others.

The most important thing is that I chose this hotel based on its location. The mask was sold at the pharmacy for 50 lira (670 rubles), this is rudeness. I had a rest from 03/09/2020-03/19/2020. So have a good tourist season. No matter how you smile, you are all exactly for "them", a bag of money. This is certainly upsetting!!! I visit Alanya three times a year. Now I'll think about going again or not.
