I haven't written reviews before, but then I felt it necessary to do it.
I was in Turkey, at this hotel from 02 to 10 November 2024.
The hotel was offered to me in the travel agency, the company Korel, I read the reviews, I didn't really like it, but I agreed (allegedly with a small 5% discount). It was offered to pay for the sea view from the room on the top floor (6k) - I did not regret it for myself.
I also had to pay extra for a night flight from Moscow (Sheremetyevo) - this turns out to be a more profitable time and for choosing a seat on the plane (although it was possible not to do this). It takes 2.5-3 hours to drive from the airport to the hotel.
Upon arrival at the hotel, I was invited to have breakfast in the dining room, where the waiters kindly fed and even treated me to a glass of raki vodka.
Then came the "misunderstandings" and the absurdity. The clerk at the reception, a young Turkish woman who does not speak Russian, refused to put me in a room with a sea view, but offered me a view of the neighboring hotel (the distance between my balcony is about 3 meters). Of course, I expressed my refusal, to which the receptionist" began to run around the hotel and scream at everyone in Turkish and English with a heart-rending Vereshchagin and show on the spot that they say some one who disagrees with their rules has arrived here. There was a Turkmen man nearby (who spoke Russian, who later turned out to be a representative of some travel agency) and Mohamed Ali, a representative of Korel and a hotel guide.
Instead of helping, they began to threaten me that they would take me to the police, conduct examinations, put me in jail for insults, etc. And this Turkmen tried to attack and threaten me the next day. I told them to call the police, the Russian consul, the manager or the director of the hotel. Of course, they did not call the police, but the director-owner came, and also, instead of somehow smoothing over the incident, said that everyone was to blame except them, and either I would check into the room offered to me, or I could go outside.
At the same time, the sneaky Mohamed Ali acted and egged on like a jackal Tabaki.
After lengthy consultations with my tour manager and with his participation with Korel, I still had to check into that room (with a view of the neighboring hotel).
Further, in conversations with vacationing tourists, I learned that I am not the only one and far from the first to be deceived.
It turns out they have a cunning trick: tourists are offered to pay extra for a sea view, but in the voucher, in tiny letters, they spell out in English "side view", i.e. you go out on the balcony and through a narrow gap between the buildings you can see the sea.
My whole mood for rest was spoiled by these troubles, although I came there to spend my birthday there.
Then I went to the sea, rested.
Now about the hotel. It's very small. There is no territory of its own. The sea is across the street. The beach is sandy, but the entrance to the sea is obstructed by slabs. The food is extremely poor and tasteless. There is no meat, only chicken and sometimes turkey. At first there were salads, but they disappeared somehow quickly. The soups were tasteless cream soups. At first there were several types of pastries, but at the end there were 2 types of cookies.
The only thing that was pleasant was the receptionist Peri, a very pleasant person, and it is also worth praising the work of the waiters.
In short, the impression of the hotel is extremely negative.
And this is only due to their fraud (embezzlement) when selling rooms, as well as unacceptable attitude towards tourists from other countries.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
And I will only speak negatively about him!!!
I recommend it ! Great hotel. Friendly staff, fulfill any request. Very tasty and varied cuisine, for 10 days there were different dishes. The chef is always in the restaurant with the guests . The bar works great. There were days with animation , we watched performances of artists with pleasure . The sea is nearby . But the entrance is with slabs, we need to look for a passage with sand. We are satisfied with both the staff and the quality of service .
We were two years ago, the food was acceptable, the service was excellent - the bartender in the bar on the street with an eternally dissatisfied face, even despite the tips, the reception staff, the waiters are friendly! The room was taken from two rooms- normal, on the top floor with a view of the sea, cleaned well- tipped.the beach is good because there are few people, but there is a stove under the water, you can hit your feet.

It was in early September 2024. In general, the impression is good. Pros: the rooms are clean, the furniture is not worn out, they clean every day, 1.5 liters of water every day, you will not stay hungry, you will not stay hungry every day, 2-3 meat dishes every other day, fish, fruits, a lot of sweets, the beach is urban, but the sea is clean. Alcohol is acceptable, the choice is not rich, but you can drink.
Cons: in the evening it is very boring there is no entertainment, only a lobby bar or a promenade along the beach; the bar works either at the pool or lobi, only one; Russian speakers are served according to the residual principle of Europeans first.
But that seems to be it.
Rested in September 2023. The hotel is great. Food, cleanliness, location, room stock are all excellent! Wi-Fi is good (I even caught it on the beach). The service is amazing. The only such significant drawback is food. The food is quite modest. Exceptions are fruits and desserts!! There are no problems with them) but the first courses are modest. Although the hotel has more advantages, of course)
We stayed at this hotel in August 2021. Clean, cleaned daily, a bottle of water is brought to the room every day, friendly staff, close to the sea (there are plates at the entrance, you need to adapt to them and then the entrance and exit from the sea will be calm). The food is good. There is a place to walk in the evenings.
I rested at this hotel in July 21, I liked everything, namely: the beach is nearby, the room was cleaned every day, although the food is not familiar to me, but you can eat, and in principle for such money I think everything is fine, the only minus is a "surprise" from the transfer driver, but about that I will write a review to the tour operator.
It was 2021. The floors in the room are dirty as if they don't wash at all, there are no slippers.the water in the mine bar was only on arrival, they say the rooms are replenished only once. The beach is public, anyone can relax on it, everything is paid for sun beds, drinks, etc. The hotel bar is open until 23:00, and then either for money or tap water. I won't go there again for sure!!!
