I stayed at this hotel from 30/10/24 - 05/11/24 . The staff is very friendly. They speak 4 languages. Mostly the guests are Russians , Germans and Poles. I am very pleased. Delicious food. But , it seems now it will not be a hotel , but a boarding house ( so , I heard it out of the corner of my ear ) . All this : thanks to tourists who collect full plates of food and do not eat it. I liked that they have their own beach literally across the street. The warm Mediterranean Sea .

The staff speaks Russian, is kind and helpful. The food is excellent - it is suitable for those who are not picky;) in 2024, the room was not worn out, clean, the windows overlooked the neighboring hotel, but the sea was visible from the balcony, the area was not large. The sound insulation of the room is good or the neighbors were not noisy. Tourists are mixed: Russians, Germans, Poles. There is a pool with sun beds at the back of the hotel, but during the day it is mostly shaded.

Clean, cozy, buffet decent, friendly staff, not all employees speak Russian, but knowing English at the school level, it will be quite possible to express yourself, the only minus is the small area of the room.
A sun lounger on the beach for a fee, a safe in the room too, free Wi-Fi only in the lobby.
In my not particularly discerning opinion, a good hotel.

Good location. You don't have to take a room with a sea view - take a chair and stomp on the balcony. The surcharge for a room with a sea view is 20€ per day. They feed normally out of season. The rooms are very noisy. Very. You can hear every sound of the neighbor. This is probably the main disadvantage of the hotel. There is no code in the restaurant. The chef is a great guy. I'll probably come back.

The best 4* hotel in Alanya! Polite staff, well-fed, first line. Beautiful embankment. However, there is no animation, no gym. The hotel is for those over 50. Quiet, cozy, with a great view of the sea. There is a supermarket nearby, 2 km from the center.

Great hotel. The sea is across the street. 3 minutes at a leisurely pace.
The power supply is normal, the air conditioners are working
By sea - the beach is not much dirty (papers, etc. well, when the sea is stormy, it pops up). Slabs are placed in the sea, due to the fact that they are very slippery when entering.
There is a supermarket nearby. The airport is 50 minutes away by car.

We stayed at the hotel from 08/08/21 - 10 days. 10 days of high. Wonderful staff! All with care for the guests! Very clean and beautiful! Both in the hotel itself and around it! The first line - that says it all! There are cozy terraces where you can sit in the evening! The bar! Clean pool with sun loungers! An endless stream of positivity and positive emotions!Simply unreal beauty! A wonderful place, next to the cable car (telefirik) to the Alanya fortress, a salt cave, a port of pirate ships-on which there are cool walking tours of the sea with a foam party! All the cool places near the hotel!!wonderful people and a magical sea!!! I definitely recommend it!

Nice city hotel. The rooms and grounds are clean. The territory is very small, only a small area by the pool, but it is normal for a city hotel. The choice of food is not great, but there is always something to choose, even a child has always found something to his liking. There is no porridge. For breakfast, the cook fries a delicious omelet with cheese, sometimes pancakes. Alcohol is like everywhere else, everything is in glassware, not in disposable cups. The guys in the restaurant (bartender, waiter) are good, nimble, quickly clean up empty plates, by the way, they speak Russian if it's important to someone. The hotel has 2 terraces, one with a very beautiful view of the sea, the other on the pool. Free Internet is only in the lobby, we bought a local SIM card for two, it is not expensive and convenient to have Internet everywhere.
The room is small, but fresh enough. There is 1 double bed and 1 single bed for a child, the mattresses are comfortable! Clean and change towels more often than necessary). There was no animation for a week, but we didn't need to, we spent little time at the hotel, walked a lot, went on excursions, there are a lot of interesting things in the city! Perhaps those who like to stay in a hotel will be bored.
Well, the first line is of course a big plus.
We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, we already want to return)

We are resting at the moment. A very good hotel, super employees, 70% of them speak Russian very well and this is not a little important. The food is more or less, we did not stay hungry, the hotel is decent for 4 stars. The first line, the sea is super, the deck chairs are $ 5 per person, it was expensive for us, we were lying on a towel, no one drove. With drinks, everything is not very inclusive, wine, Gin, vodka and beer. I'm very into this case, I was offended. There is also a problem with ice in drinks, the leaders, well, be kind enough to buy another ice machine, and let this machine stand behind the bar, otherwise he is still carrying this bucket from no one knows where, he already has 40% water from ice.And so the hotel is very good, cleanliness, order.

We had a rest in October 2021. I must say right away, the hotel is not 4 stars, not even 3 stars.
I'll start with the numbers. There are no double beds at all in the hotel, you only need to move two beds together. A second bedside table is not provided. The room was very small - 9m3, so there was still no table, chair, wardrobe was very small and inconspicuous. There are 3 channels on TV in Russian - Channel 1, Russia-24 and NTV. I.e. watching TV was torture) All countries have at least STS and TNT. The bathroom is also small, the shower cabin has already seen the sights, it was necessary to try to close the doors in it. All the plumbing is scratched.
The audibility in the room is just terrible, everything that happens in the corridor / on the right / on the left / on the street - everything is as if in your ear.
Cleaning is only on demand. There were no slippers, teapot, glasses in the room either, I had to ask at the reception.
Two words about the reception itself - only one girl understood Russian. Everything that we came to ask for, we offered to go and pick up at the bar ourselves (glasses, water, corkscrew). Here is such a service.
By food - every day there are 15 variations on the theme with tomatoes and cucumbers, there was almost no meat, fruits were sweet every other time, sweets were the same for all 7 days. Then at all - you didn't finish the fish for dinner - finish it the next day. Have you not eaten enough cheese? Mix it into the salad.
Animation is a separate story. There were 2 shows per week announced. In the evening, everyone gathered by the pool and a certain man introduced a group of teenagers who just danced to national music for half an hour with obvious displeasure, after which the girl performed belly dancing for another half hour. While this was happening, the same man gave the couples a discount to the fur salon, and at the end of the show he took out and began to offer the audience to buy fur coats and fur vests!
The beach is paid - $ 5 per day for two sun loungers and an umbrella.
In general, the whole hotel has not seen repairs for a long time, all the furniture is very shabby, the cleaning is very mediocre, there are streaks everywhere, overflowing trash cans.
The only plus is the first line. The sea is really visible from almost every room and terrace.
