An interesting concept of the hall itself, it is long but narrow. It is convenient that you do not need to walk in circles from simulator to simulator, but this leads to the following disadvantage — you constantly have to maneuver between people walking back and forth.
There is a drinking fountain, so you don't have to worry about water.

I have been visiting the hall since the first day of opening, it would be correct to say from the first minute of opening. Among the advantages from me, I can highlight a large selection of modern and effective exercise equipment, free weights. The main advantage of the gym is the presence of an excellent coach – Dmitry Doronin, with extensive experience and real knowledge with whom you can train and achieve real results. It always helps and tells beginners how to do the exercise correctly or how to use the simulator.
For his part, for the visitors of the hall, he did everything that depended on him. It is a pity that due to a lack of understanding on the part of colleagues, Dmitry had to resign from the team.
I would like a more friendly attitude from the administrators. Repeatedly, my questions were answered in a rude tone. I will not escalate on this.

And fitness, and boxing, and crossfit, etc. If you want to practice on your own, you want to take a coach and practice individually with him. A good gym, plenty of space, something to breathe and do, build, crossfit, kick, etc.!!! Personally, I did not have enough dispenser for free drinking and did not like a small cluster of glamorous people who come to stare, chat, laugh, take pictures!) In general, I definitely recommend it!
