For $10 (single room) you get a safe, clean, quiet and completely suitable place to stay overnight with good-natured staff who are always ready to help and go to a meeting. If you have paid an absolutely symbolic amount for a quiet night, but are waiting for a super-4 seasons hotel, then you are unlikely to like it here (as in many other places), so you can protect yourself and others and just stay at home.
Many thanks to the hotel staff for their help in checking in. I put 5* on my own.
The only hotel in the whole city and the lack of competitors affects - rooms and furniture from the USSR - repairs have not been done, probably, since the 80s of the last century. The bathroom is just awful. A narrow bed and a cotton mattress. There is no elevator.
Of all the advantages – responsive and inconspicuous staff, the absence of bedbugs and cockroaches, Parking near the hotel. The linen seems to be clean, but the size of the towel is only for wiping hands.
The money seems small – but not for such squalor!
We executed the transaction at the cadastral agency. Only professionals work. Fast, high-quality, reliable, competent. Without further ado. Mentally. Everyone will tell you how to do it quickly. I recommend.
Convenient location in the city center, shops, pharmacy, cafe within walking distance. Excellent staff, friendly, offer help and help, leave a pleasant impression! Cozy room, value for money, there is a refrigerator, a kettle, a shower stall, new furniture, a lot of channels on the TV. Of the disadvantages, there are not enough sockets. You can turn on either the TV or the wall lamp that hangs near the closet, there is nothing above the bed, it can be seen in the photo.
No comments. Even for that kind of money. It is terribly dark in the bathroom, the room is smoky, the TV does not work, wait for hot water for 5 minutes until it merges, choose to plug the refrigerator into an outlet or a wall lamp. I can go on for a long time. We stopped on a business trip due to the lack of an alternative. I don't recommend it.
Quite a good hotel for a small town.
The room is clean, the bed was not with a sagging mattress. The staff is friendly.
There was no disposable shampoo or even soap in the toilet/shower.
There is a shop and a cafe nearby.
I did not like that it was not possible to get through, but just an ordinary hotel from the 80s, in principle, you can spend the night, there is a TV about 30x30 cm, a kettle and a faceted glass, the linen seems clean, the bathroom is scary, but clean in principle!
Funny service: there is a refrigerator and no Internet. There is Internet, no refrigerator. A beveled bed. Thresholds. When you walk with a suitcase, narrow openings and thresholds simply kill when climbing above the second floor.
The staff is useless, they just don't care, they were banging on the door for half an hour, in vain. Do not waste your time and nerves on this piece of excrement. And we haven't reached the numbers yet. It is indicated that around the clock (for those who don't really understand) we were banging on the door and ringing the phone for half an hour! And zero reaction! People just don't give a shit. Do not encourage such an attitude towards yourself with money! Never order rooms in this, God forbid, establishment!!!
To tell the truth, it's just a nightmare, despite the fact that this is the city of Dumpling, a very small, beautiful summer town)
We got room 305... Smoky, facing the street, where you can see a building that looks like a normal hotel. But it doesn't work. 2 single beds, despite the fact that I was with my wife and the documents confirming it. Shabby furniture, chipped corners, scary carpet, the main light makes the room darker than it is at dusk. I had to turn on 2 wall lamps. The restroom deserves a separate description. To be honest, while serving in the Russian Army, military service, even in school there was a better toilet. A brown tiled space with a foot wash tub instead of a shower stall, a shower head near the sink without mounting on the wall, a mirror at a lower-than-average level, along with a sink.... Separately, I would like to note a rooster on someone's site. He yells from 3 a.m. to 11 p.m. He yells so much that it seems to me that his master is deaf from birth, and the chickens rush 8 times a day from his cry. And of course, the cherry on the cake is scooters driving late into the night.
If you urgently need to spend the night in Kletsk and you do not have a tent, a place in the car, acquaintances or friends, my advice to you. Before checking in, look at what you are being sold. Take a room facing the courtyard, be sure!!!
We rented a room from July 22 to 23, came at 01:00, knocked, rang the hotel number, heard the phone ring themselves, but no one took it, sat for 2 hours, no one came out, had to look for an overnight stay elsewhere, punish the administration
An ordinary hotel. I live there when I come on a business trip. The cons are, of course, showers and lack of WiFi. There was always a nice girl at the reception
If you want to see the 80s. Then you go there. And there are no three stars there. It's a horror, not a hotel. For this money, you could rent a good apartment.
