The five of us traveled around Georgia with relatives, had lunch in different cafes and restaurants, there is something to compare. Objectively, khinkali (this is the main dish on the menu) is mediocre, the main advantage is the thin dough. The fillings are different, we tried 5 different ones, the most unsuccessful is mushroom, it is almost impossible to eat - very salty and peppery, excessively, there is no juiciness. Khinkali with meat- little filling.
Long waiting time - we waited 40 minutes and received food only after we were warned that we would leave. Another recommendation is not to go to this cafe, if your main language of communication is Russian, you will not be welcome here.
A very tasty and authentic place. I really liked the original khinkali with potatoes and suluguni. We were served quickly enough, as there was a large company of 7 people
The most delicious khinkali (cheese + potatoes) and wonderful Georgian lemonade.
I definitely want to come back here again.
And the place itself is very atmospheric and friendly. And there is also an album with reproductions of Pirosmani.
It was stated that the wait would be 40 minutes, as a result, we waited 1 hour and 20 minutes. There is no discussion, they did not warn that khinkali with mushrooms is very spicy (even for fans of sharper ones). In general, khinkali is ordinary, but after mushroom, some had consequences....🥲
tips of 18% are already included in the receipt, it was very hot to give such money for no service
super tasty kninkalis, stylish interior and friendly service
definitely recommended!
compatriots who underestimate the rating for not being served in Russian — stop shaming and shaming everyone else.
no one is obliged to serve you in your language outside of Russia. learn foreign languages and you will be happy
Without exaggeration, here are some of the most delicious classic khinkali in Tbilisi! At least from the list of places where we have already tried in three years of living here, they are the best!
The dough is thin and delicate, the fillings inside are from the heart!
Meat khalakhuri is the juiciest, as it should be according to all the canons! My separate love is cheese, here they have an unusual combination in the recipe, I have never tried such, suluguni and guda!
And my wife really liked the tenderest ones with potatoes!
The only possible disadvantage is that sometimes during business hours the institution was closed for some reason, to our chagrin!
5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ points on all points
Good luck and prosperity to you ❤
P.S. I will allow myself a few comments about some negative feedback from people who expressed their dissatisfaction with the language of communication of the staff: dear, no one here is obliged to know Russian, you are not in Russia. Georgia is a sovereign independent state, with its own culture, language, etc. You won't demand that waiters in France or Germany know Russian!? Have respect for people, their traditions and culture. And best of all, learn foreign languages, learn your history better, learn new and unknown things through communication with people. Stop being so dense.
A peaceful sky for everyone.
Terribly delicious khinkali. If you are a fan of spicy food, we advise you to take champignons, it is incredibly delicious! They also took it with cheese, it was also very tasty. We definitely recommend it. We waited for 40 minutes, but it was worth it
They served very quickly, it's a pity they don't know Russian, but we shouldn't be in Russia either) in general, everything is delicious. There are not many people, the style is similar to the underground. There is not enough light, but the music is pleasant
You cannot order khinkali with you and there is no hot water in the toilet. However, the khinkali was very tasty and really the best that I ate in Georgia.
Khinkali is very tasty, with mushrooms and potatoes + suluguni especially, but the service leaves much to be desired.
A couple of times they came during working hours - the institution is closed.
The phone is almost never picked up, so it is impossible to find out in advance whether the place is working.
We also came a couple of times, guests were sitting in the institution, but we were told that the kitchen was already closed (the funny thing is that they did not come at closing time, but at 5-6 o'clock).
In general, to try delicious khinkali, you need to be hung with good luck talismans (and it's not a fact that you will get)
Khinkali is good. The wine is decent. The design of the Spartan club loft establishment. Special respect to the staff (separately, a young woman who worked at 09:00 in the morning on 07/12/2023) - forgot a bag with documents and a "bunch of money" the day before, and she returned it the next day. Everything was safe!!!
Russian Russian at the meeting, when We greeted him in Russian, the young guy, the waiter, immediately made it clear to us that he does not speak Russian. But after I realized that Our English was very bad, I spoke very well in Slavic, and said that the order would be ready within an hour. When asked why it took so long, he answered "the problem". By the way, the waiter told us that this cafe serves only khinkali. We went to another cafe, fortunately there is a place in Tbilisi where you can have a delicious and quick meal.

Cozy atmosphere, attentive staff, and most importantly it is Khinkali. They are very tasty, the filling is different, for every taste. I recommend visiting this cafe, you will definitely be satisfied.
I went to try the vaunted khinkali with mushrooms. I got into the institution only the third time - the kitchen closes at 21, then at 20:30. They don't take the phone.
The place itself is modest. The music is not in the subject at all - a straight barrel is hammering as if it came to techno. They refused to collect the takeaway order, but it was possible to eat at the institution. Why so - xs)
I took khinkali with mushrooms, I didn't like them. They are salted so much that there are no mushrooms there.
There is no desire to go to this place a second time
I have not tried such incomparable khinkali anywhere else, I definitely recommend going in and trying it, especially with mushrooms, the appearance of the exterior and the modesty of the interior, do not be afraid, the main thing is that it is delicious and cheap here
Khinkali is delicious, the prices are quite pleasant, the staff is nice. Below they write about the difficulties with entering the institution, we were in the afternoon and easily got into the institution)
Insanely tasty place, it happens that the mushrooms are a little too salty and sometimes they are closed or the kitchen is closed a couple of times they stumbled upon closed doors during working hours. But this does not affect the taste and atmosphere of this place.
Great place, delicious khinkali. I tried cheese, specialty and kalakuri. We did not disappoint. The staff speaks Russian perfectly. I was a little upset by the black tea - it turned out pale, barely yellow
The entrance is inconspicuous and looks off-the-wall.
But when you get inside, you realize that they will feed you delicious here.
Khinkali is a cannon. Wine, especially Sapiravi, is nectar. The staff is friendly and not arrogant.
And most importantly, it's cheap! 20 lari for a glass of good wine and 5 hinkals is nothing.
There is a chance that here you will starve to death, since the order will not be accepted from you. They came, sat, waited, and went to another place. I would understand if there was a tight fit, but no - there were plenty of empty tables.
During the 40 minutes of our stay in it, the service staff made it clear in every possible way that no one would approach us. They went to another place.
We made a fire, tried it with cheese and potatoes, with meat. I liked the wine too. It's hard to find the entrance, then they barely opened the door. A quiet and peaceful place. We were in the afternoon, not in the main stream.
We arrived at 21.30. The kitchen is not working. The waitress emphatically does not understand Russian. He understands English.
Chamber music. But yes, we could do some khinkali, especially since the hall is full of guests. The service has a fat minus
Delicious khinkali, which in fact are the main menu of this small family cafe. We took khinkali with beef and cottage cheese / suluguni and white wine, we liked everything. The order arrived quickly. In addition, the prices are very attractive.
It is not clear how this institution works. We really wanted to get there, but it didn't work out. The first time they came at 20:30, they said that they had run out of khinkali. The second time they came at 14:00 it was closed, they said they would open in an hour.
I still couldn't get to know the place, the kitchen closes whenever, we went in at 20:30, the kitchen is closed, at 20:00, the kitchen is also closed. The impression of this place was disgusting.
The place is pleasant and cozy, khinkali is delicious, wine and beer are also cheap. But waiting for an order for 45 minutes kills... maybe we were unlucky, but apparently the process in the kitchen is not very debugged, ha this is a score
very tasty khinkali! I also recommend ordering a pickled plate, there are various pickles (cucumbers, green tomatoes, peppers, pears and some mysterious but delicious herb). a bottle of dry white wine of tsinindali - 28 GEL. I really liked everything! the cafe itself is cozy, the hall is not very large, but everything is very nice.
These are the most delicious khinkali I've eaten in Georgia. All the other restaurants were a disappointment. I highly recommend it, don't even eat khinkali in other places. The courts came on the recommendation and are very happy 🙌
We tried to get in three times, each time there was some kind of problem.
The first one took place at 20:30, they said the kitchen was closed, although they work until 22.
The second time at 17, they said a break in the kitchen, they will start cooking in an hour.
The third time, they came at 6:30 p.m. They were closed.
I also couldn't get through, they reset it.
