I contacted the company "Climate 365" to install an air conditioner. Manager Alexander helped with the selection, gave detailed advice on the characteristics of various models, took additional photos and videos of several models of air conditioners. The conversation was conducted culturally, politely, and to the point, without imposing obscure brands and unnecessary functions.
The installation guys are calm. The air conditioner was installed very carefully, both the indoor and outdoor units. We worked cleanly and quickly. They showed and explained how to operate the air conditioner correctly.
The company offered a good price for air conditioning and installation (compared to other organizations, especially during the season). I also note that I did not have to wait for the installation for several weeks. The package was installed a day after the deal was concluded and without leaving home (all issues were resolved by phone, without visiting the office).
