I came to an appointment with Andrey Ratinov, paying 1000 som, with the conclusion of an MRI (protrusion), he immediately ran over me sharply why do you come to me without a disk, I say -and how did I know that it was a picture that was needed when I signed up, no one warned me about anything at all, at least the MRI itself I thought of doing it in advance. He was not at all embarrassed and continued to run into me - is this the first time you've seen a doctor, you must definitely take a picture, you didn't even read my conclusion and didn't do an examination. As a result, he brought me to tears in a couple of minutes of rudeness. In the end, the truth gave the back and offered to take the picture and come to him for free between patients. But after such communication, thank you, I don't need anything anymore, I don't want to be treated by such a doctor, then I will have to treat my nerves. He also talks like doctors in free clinics, if not worse. The result is 1000 SOM for two minutes of conversation and tears after that. Great clinic, bravo. I add a photo of the receipt so that they don't comment on what the competitors wrote. Apparently, they turned off the ability to write comments on Instagram for this reason - you can be rude to patients and not face the consequences.

Good afternoon, I thank Dr. Ratinov's clinic for the professionalism and competence of the doctors! Got into good hands! After giving birth, I had problems with my back, I couldn't lie on my stomach, severe lower back pain, well, who had a cesarean and after several years of carrying a child in my arms, they will understand me. We performed diagnostics, MRI, prescribed a course of treatment, everything was planned very competently! I liked Dr. Yana Alekseevna, my attending physician, a kind and responsive specialist! I also got a consultation with Andrey Sergeevich himself, a surprisingly young specialist who knows his business very well! The apprats are all that are needed for the back, everything is there, new, you don't need to go anywhere. I felt the result in the first week of the procedures. Here comes the 3rd week and I can already do physical therapy and I'm happy to go for a massage, to the girl, I'm sorry, I don't remember the name, my hands are golden! + the device warms up the muscles deeply, it feels right, I've never done this before, the feeling is super! I recommend it to everyone, you will not regret it!
