Negligent attitude towards customers.
I signed up for cleaning. Red flags started almost from the threshold:
- unfriendly admins who did not react to me at all, and I just stood at the entrance for 2 minutes
- the interior is in the style of "dorgo-richly", but at the same time all the furniture is in film and the tables are in oilcloth. Probably so that the peasants don't get dirty.
Otherwise, after the consultation, it seemed to me that the specialists themselves were OK, and I decided to go for a cleaning.
I was taken to the office for cleaning, where there were 2 couches - during the procedure, a girl was still lying next to her and another cosmetologist was doing something to her. At the same time, even during my cleaning, some girl was watching and someone was constantly coming in 😬
I had a mechanical cleaning and mesotherapy was planned at the end. And here the tiniest thing begins. To check if I was allergic, the cosmetologist injected the drug into my arm and LEFT. I started to burn all over my arm, a red spot appeared (about 6 cm), and the worst thoughts immediately began to flash through my head... I called a cosmetologist, but she did not come, and I had a panic attack: I was panting, crying and shaking.
People immediately came running, started checking for a pulse, etc. — the danger was over. The admin immediately flew in and started SCOLDING me: - girl, you're crying, you're scaring patients, how could you, etc. I am in complete shock — that is, you inject the drug, leave, do not explain what the reaction will be, and then the patient is also to blame for being afraid that he will die now. Anaphylactic shock in which a person dies from suffocation in a couple of minutes is some kind of nonsense for you? 🫠
When I complained about the actions of the administrator, I was stupidly ignored and told to come back every other day for a repeat procedure, no one even thought to apologize))) When I left the clinic in tears, the admin literally ran after me because… I DIDN'T BUY THEIR FUNDS. I think this is a great illustration of the fact that they just make money - they don't care about people.
I waited for my turn for 2 hours, although I was the first in line, I was accepted only when I ran out of patience and was about to leave.Of the good things, I can mention the girls at the reception, they are very polite
